I have just come back from Jamaica and all I can say is wow. The apartment was perfect and I felt like I was home from home. The host Stephen was excellent so friendly and helped with suggestion for things to do, also introduced me to neighbours in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.

We loved our stay at Scott's place and would stay again if we had the opportunity. Absolutely beautiful property--Scott has done a great job with providing comfortable accommodations, a really beautiful pool, and there is a bar on the property where you can buy some beers or rum lunch and chill by the pool/water or take a dive or snorkel into the ocean. We enjoyed the beautiful views and sunsets and spotted some dolphins as well. Location is close to Rick's Cafe, a quick drive to Seven Mile and has some nice restaurants and stores nearby as well.

Since my last stay at Papaya Beach, I had to return once more.. the place is a gem! Coconut room is amazing with a beautiful view of the sea and the setting sun in the evenings, as well as the saltwater pool down below. The room was clean and tidy when I checked in and I was happy to have a very hot shower after a long day of travel.

Fendi's place is really cute and looks even better in person. We really enjoyed staying here. The view was amazing day and night. There's nothing like relaxing in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine while watching the stars. There are lots of nice people on the property. It's very close to restaurants, night life, and grocery stores. Fendi was always available for suggestions and very responsive. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great value and cozy place to stay.

WOW! What a host and great stay at Dawns place. Dawn was always there whenever we needed her. Stellar communication! The apartment was a quaint and quiet space with the little privacy wall and all. Felt just like a one bedroom / studio. This community had a lot of elderly people who were just simply relaxing. The beach was a five minute walk and it’s next to a nude beach. However, Grand Lido is in the opposite side full of families and fun! The TV was a bit hard to figure out. No worries Dawn gave me step by step directions to turn it on. She said she would put instructions up for the next guest. The apartment is on The third floor and the light in the hall was out. The rock pool was great. Just be careful of the little sea urchins cradling the side walls. The shower is on the small side and it’s enclosed with glass. The space had two balconies one for standing the other was to relax on. This apartment did not disappoint my husband and I at all. I missed my flight and Dawn welcomed me

This stay was beyond amazing. My girlfriend and I absolutely fell in love with the place. We’ve even considered possibly getting married on the property. It’s an absolute gem. We will definitely be coming for another stay.

Jackie was a great host. Available for all questions. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils so we could cook if wanted. Never needed to use AC units since the cross breeze is wonderful.

my father and I loved our stay at Gabriel's place. it was very clean and comfortable. Their is a full kitchen, bathroom, Ac, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, tv, hot water. Everything for your convenience is here. Their is a resturant, supermarket, and a few clothing stores located in the same building. The location is easy to find and close to all amenities. it is also walking distance to the town. Everything you need is in close proximity. Gabriel is an amazing host with a beautiful spirit, he was compassionate, attentive, and welcoming. overall our stay was comfortable, peaceful, and we were provided with way more than expected, highly recommended!!!!We will be back soon.

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

John place is always a wonderful time. It feels like home. The housing scheme is very calm and relaxing, the amenities such as the pool and lounging area are amazing. This is my first time where they had a commissary and THAT WAS A ADDED BONUS! They have the best ice cream!!!! John home is very spacious and very beautiful, if you are unable to book with him I would reconsider my travel dates simply so that I COULD book with him.

STAY. HERE. I cannot stress that enough-- this was easily the best air bnb I've ever stayed in. The hosts are great communicators and obviously love their home, they go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. Rashawn (the driver Jeffery recommends) is incredible, he was always available to take us to dinner or an excursion. On the way back to the airport he even made a side stop to show us a little history at Fort Charolette unprompted. Selina, the house manager, is so friendly and kind. Ask her for a recommendation on anything and she will help out and please please PLEASE ask her to cook you a meal (or three). Her goat curry and oxtail were phenomenal. The house itself is pristine and the beaches immaculate. Bring snorkeling gear. There's a ton of reef fish, we also saw a huge stingray and there are a couple nurse sharks that hang out close by. We saw them almost everyday. There were maybe 7 other people at the beach at any time. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shawnn’s place; it felt like home, and we had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and highly responsive to all our questions and suggestions. If you're considering it, definitely book this place—you won't regret it. Great location also ! I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Butterfly House! This was hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs yet. The space is stunning! & thoughtfully designed, super clean, and the views? Absolutely breathtaking. ☺️ One of the highlights for me was the gorgeous garden. 🌸 It felt like stepping into a tropical paradise, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery framing the most perfect ocean view. Whether I was enjoying my morning coffee outside or unwinding at sunset, it was pure magic. Beyond the beautiful setting, Verna and Ben were the sweetest hosts. So responsive, so thoughtful, and always making sure I had everything I needed. Their hospitality made the stay even more special. If you’re looking for a peaceful, picture-perfect getaway in Negril, this is the place! I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Awesome location, safe and close to restaurants and markets. The pool, the sea.... winners!

This is my second stay at Andrea’s place and it did not disappoint. Andrea’s place was as described and I will be back next year. She was very responsive and the surroundings are beautiful. I was able to walk the grounds each morning and the private beach is beautiful. Additionally, Andrea’s place is close to a lot of local restaurants and bars if you want to leave the grounds. I would recommend Andrea’s place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay in Negril.

If you are more into a non-resort experience then this is the place to experience. The place is nested amongst a quiet residential area. Robert gave a great recommendation for airport pickup whom we connected with and used as personal drivers to get around during our stay. We were able to both enjoy the airbnb and experience local shopping and beach activities. Perfect for a family getaway but still be around local culture.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Our host was very responsive and made everything easy for us. The only thing to note is that the beds in the twin room are quite narrow for two adults. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved Patricia's Air B N B. Spotless, clean, warm interior space. Great amenities, kitchen had what we needed to make a few meals. Great water pressure and hot water. My husband, son and I stayed nearly a week and we would have liked to stay an entire month. Patricia was very quick to respond, helpful in every way. Freeport is always one of my favorite neighborhoods to stay in MoBay, 24 hour security, quiet and always feel safe. The condo unit overlooks the pool, short walk across the property to view the beautiful bay with sitting areas to watch boats coming in and out. Beach is across the street. Patricia can support you with taxi drivers and bus tours etc. but I like to have a car to get around. There is a yacht club next door serving meals and drinks with a beautiful view. The Boat House Grill is a unique experience about a mile away. If you are confident driving I would recommend renting a car. Overall I would 100% book again at this beautiful property with Patricia!

Exactly as described. We particularly loved the immediate access to the incredible beach, which was just steps outside the door. The lush and green garden/courtyard were beautiful and a lovely view for waiting out afternoon rain. The place itself has everything you need to enjoy your stay, and is simple and clean. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The only downside was that neighbors are close, so if you have loud ones it can be a bit disruptive, but besides one night we didn’t have a problem with the noise. Would absolutely stay again, the beach just outside of the condo is unparalleled.

Honestly gorgeous gated community and condo with pool included. The view was amazing and communication was great, we were connected to a great driver while we were there and felt safe!!

The place was clean and had everything she said it had. The grocery store below was a great perk and the food options in the building too. We had an ocean view right out of our window and were a short taxi ride away from 7 mile beach. She was very responsive too! We were literally less than half a mile from the venue where our friends wedding was being held
