Great stay in comfortable accommodations. Ground floor with nice cross breeze through the unit when the screen doors are open. Instructions are easy and hosts are friendly and provided great instructions. The area - coral beach - is great for those who want a chill beach vacation, and aren’t fussed about lots going on. If you want to do a lot, you will definitely need a car in this area as taxis get quite expensive (if you do take taxis, you can get the phone number from the first one you meet and use them later in your stay). Kitchen is fully stocked so you’re all set for making your own quick or more in depth meals. The beach bar restaurant has really great food and often has entertainment in the evenings as well. Don’t miss the spa in the building - it’s not super fancy but has unreal facials and massages!

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, clean, and the hosts have thought of everything when remodeling and stocking this beautiful unit. Ev and Ang were responsive and great to work with. We will be returning for sure!

The apartment is nested inside a small, gated community 15 minutes from the harbour and is right on the canal. We did enjoy great sunsets and sunrises from the balcony! Easy access and clear instructions. Derak was super responsive and very diligent to solve the very few minor issues we encountered. The place was clean and as described and near the beach (there was a small one 5 min away walking distance) and close to the supermarket, golf, Port Lucaya market place, beaches and several restaurants.

Beautiful property very quiet and private backyard is a great place to hang out and relax or play games the unit was very clean and had everything you would expect 10/10

Spent 6 nights at Dave's place. My first time in this area. Extremely close to the airport and easy to find, check-in and get settled. Upon arrival in to the condo, it had an essence that it had been closed in for a while. After opening the patio doors and turning on the fan, that went away rather quickly. Lots of cleaning, cooking, and beach amenities available. The patio was comfortable and very private. The surrounding area of the complex was clean. Staff was friendly 2 minute walk to the sand! Although there are other units available, I would definitely stay here in the future. One suggestion is maybe have golf carts available to get to a store or the Marketplace instead of renting a car.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour aux Bahamas grâce à Jens qui s’est montré très accueillant, très réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Grâce à ses conseils nous avons pu tester de bons restaurants et activités. Le logement est fidèle aux photos, et l’accès à la plage à 2min à pieds est génial ! Nous recommandons totalement !

Definitely enjoyed my stay here, the area was extremely private. The place was clean and cozy. I felt right at home. The hot shower was definitely a plus. Host was very helpful with assisting with my last minute booking . Will be returning . Loved it !!

We stayed in this House for a week . This place is located on property of Cooper’s estate (famous Bahamian businessman Harvard Cooper), where is located Cooper’s Castle (one of the tourist attractions) with absolutely stunning views from the hill. Recommend visiting this place. House we had stayed has everything you need for your comfort. Host Alice very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will recommend this place to our friends.

Ryan's Place was exactly as described in the post. The beds were the most comfortable of all the Airbnb's I have stayed in. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We were welcomed by a lovely bottle of apple cyder and water. We especially appreciated the water supply as our grandson had a tennis match early the next day and we arrived too late to get to the food store. Thank you Ryan & Cyndie!

What a beautiful home. We were minutes from fishing and minutes to shopping and amazing restaurants. The owner made sure we were not in need of anything. I highly recommend this property.

Brock was excellent in communication helping us get in his place. It’s a little bit confusing on how to get to his front door and how to open it. Make sure you keep your email instructions handy because in the app it’s not there. Also, the house smells a little bit musky or mildew I think just from being in high heat. Fortunately, the smell goes away after your in there a few minutes. The location you could walk to town but it was a mile or so so be prepared to walk or get a car if you want to get around.

I truly enjoyed my stay! The place was clean, spacious and well organized. It was also very well decorated and on theme. Amy was very nice and responsive and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay again whether I am traveling for work or just for leisure.

Wonderful home with great pool and backyard. Karen was very responsive and greeted us at the home. Great for family so everyone has space.

I recently stayed at Sonja's property this pass weekend and had the most peaceful weekend ever! The area was quiet, which was ideal for my staycation. The place was immaculate and decorated tastefully just like the pictures. Checkin was simple and Sonja was very responsive before and during my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and I was able to make some delicious meals. and the outside was so nice and resort like, definitely enjoy a glass of wine out on the patio. I felt safe and secured and would definitely recommend Sonja place for your next visit!

This was our second stay at this property. The house is fantastic. The location could not be better. Everything is on point. The host is great and communicates before, durning and after. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful stay at Coral beach. Great location on a beautiful beach, with incredible ocean views from this top floor condo. And condominium offers a pool, and has an on-site restaurant and bar… Wonderful place for vacation. The condo was as described and perfect for our family of three. One thing to know is that the large outdoor patio is not fully enclosed as it does have fire escape stairs… So you do have to keep an eye if you have little ones. Condo was stocked with basic amenities to get you started, clean, and cozy. The host Don was very helpful and communicative and met us for a smooth check-in. Coral Beach is definitely one of our favourite spots near Freeport. Other beautiful beaches, restaurants and bars are not that far away… (by car or taxi). We will definitely be back again!

I cannot say enough about this place... right on the beach (and a stunning beach), spotless and comfortable space and Andi was so helpful with everything!!! Her home is immaculate and brand new. Comes equipped with all cooking necessities. The neighbours in the building were welcoming and friendly. The Lucaya market was about a 15 minute walk (one way). Solomons grocery store is about 2 miles... so walking there is a good trek and there is always a taxi to take you back (cost about 10$) The unit faces the beach and the all day view will not disappoint. I highly highly recommend this space!!!

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we needed and made exploring so convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This condo was really comfortable and the location was good. Kitchen had everything we needed. The beach is beautiful and we saw a few interesting things while snorkeling. There is a nice restaurant by the pool area and there is a shuttle to the grocery store. You can walk to Port Lucaya marketplace where there are restaurants, shops and you can rent a scooter or car.

Had a great time. Have stayed in different units in Riviera Towers and Coral Beach Condominiums before but can say this unit is by far the best. Corner location with great views of the water and beach. Has evrything you need...beach chairs, snorkel equip, kitchen gadgets...all things to make your stay enjoyable. Will be back. This was our second stay with Arjet. He's super responsive, welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, nice cross breeze through the home, beds SUPER comfortable. We would definitely stay again. As a note: opening the TV stand where the internet router is stored makes the internet run great, no problems with zoom calls.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Andreas Wohnung sehr genossen, es war alles klar und deutlich beschrieben ( wir waren nur etwas unsicher, weil wir nicht wussten, dass man sich am Empfang bei der Anmeldung meldet, aber das hatte sie eigentlich gesagt). Wir haben nach einem Tag doch noch ein Auto gemietet, weil die Gegend sehr weitläufig ist. Das Appartement hat einen großen Wohlfühlfaktor, die Abende am Strand und Pool waren sehr schön. Andrea ist eine sehr aufmerksame und prompt antwortende Gastgeberin. Wenn es nicht so weit weg wäre, würde ich sagen, wir kommen bald wieder. So bleibt es ein Traum 🙂

The condo is in an awesome location on the water. We could see a ton of fish, sharks, and rays right outside the condo. The only negative was the bed was smaller than what we thought possibly a full and pillows were flat. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations. Car rental was definitely needed and we had no problems driving around. It was an awesome vacation
