The house was beautiful and sparkling clean. The surrounding were beautiful. There was tea, coffee and milk which is always handy. There were games available, even a bird book and binoculars. The only downside was the shower was in the en-suite, for us as a family it was fine but it could be awkward for couples staying. We will definitely go back.

Absolutely lovely place. My second time here and it is just perfect. Amenities are top tier with clear instructions - we booked the games barn extra and had a lovely night playing games and making pizzas in the pizza oven. The house is extremely homely and cosy, with plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub and sauna are great. Love the animals in the garden. Lovely location for gentle walks and pub just over the road or a nice walk into the next village. Well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including some little treats, and even robes, extra towels, toiletries and flip flops etc. Really excellent home & hosts. Thanks very much!

Our stay was excellent. The cottage was immaculate, the photos don’t do it justice. Instructions were great, well equipped and brilliant for our pooches. Excellent location not too long a walk to Rutland Water. Great pub within 100m of the house. All in all a fab stay and would definitely stay again.

Charmaine's place is the perfect accommodation. Easy to find, straightforward check in and out. Clean and cosy, offers everything you need. Highly recommend.

A usual stay for me with work, I would absolutely recommend

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

We’re a family of 5 and were staying at Lesley’s house for our daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for our multi generations and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend staying in South Croxton.
