You will have everything at your fingertips, including deeded access to a private beach, dock, and boat launch to use our 2 kayaks! The cottage is equipped with a lovely hot tub on the deck overlooking the property with two chair hammocks! Landscaped with a gorgeous fire pit area, another lounge hammock under the trees and a screened in gazebo.

Beautiful cottage with additional sleeping spaces on the shore of North Canoe Lake in Hants County. - The main cottage has 3 bedrooms and all of the amenities of a year round home. - additional bunkhouse on the same property which is more rustic. It has one bedroom with two single beds and half bath, used for extra space. - small bunky with a bunkbed if you need even more space. Private 1.2 acres with 200 sqft waterfront perfect for swimming, fishing, boating and exploring. Come and relax!

Our 2 bedroom cottage is 680 square feet, but feels larger as is so open. There is lake access with a community beach as well as boat launch, nearby gas station with a convenience store, NSLC as well as a take out window (5 minute walk). There is a pebbly beach to swim! The cottage itself is not far from local attractions such as Ski Martock, OnTree, wineries and a local craft breweries. Wolfville (home of Acadia University), Chester, Lunenburg and lovely ocean beaches only 30 minutes away.

It is a short drive to local wineries, recreation trails and all amenities in the quaint Town of Wolfville, home of Acadia University. Perfect home base near the ocean to take in all the Annapolis Valley has to offer!
