Pauline's place was perfect for my stay, cozy and warm and with everything I needed. The views from the deck in the late afternoon were stunning. The weather was beautiful and I could walk almost everywhere I needed to go, including to the nearby restaurants which feature locally produced food on their menus. Canning is a sweet village in a gorgeous setting - I look forward to another visit before too long. Thank you, Pauline!

Everything was great, the place looked just like the photos. Stocked with what you’d need for a short stay, great for 4 adults. Most comfortable futon ever! Perfect location, close to everything downtown Wolfville! Thanks for a great stay Jeremy, we’d come back anytime we’re in Wolfville!

this was my second stay here and it was very comfortable and accessible. i enjoyed my time here for sure and it was in a perfect location to be close to everything!

We really enjoy the place and nature, the house was clean and look like the pictures, Hot tub Was clean and smooth, kitchen and bedrooms were clean and comfortable, Highly recommended for everyone,if wants to enjoy vacation and build lovely memories, I want to rebook for summer again.

Modern, beautiful, comfortable cottage overlooking the ocean with spectacular views. Two outside decks offer peaceful spots to watch the tides and ocean life. Met some friendly neighbours, and kept warm by the fire in the evening. Nice spot.

A wonderful weekend getaway. Mandy’s place has everything one could need for a weekend or week stay. The wood fire place made the weekend so cozy. We loved the view. We stayed in the winter but being right on the lake would make for an amazing summer spot. The hot tub was great and well kept. Overall a 10/10 stay! Highly recommend.

We do a family girls trip in February every year and this year we switched it up and tried The Lux. The first day was overly windy and cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor space but on day two, we had the best time! We went for a skate on the easy to access lake, followed by a sauna and hot tub, and showers in the main room which was great for getting in out of the hot tub and showering multiple kids at once. The rooms were all very cozy and we loved watching a movie in the dark movie room. Host was proactive and very responsive. Thank you!

The Lily Pad was a great location for a cozy weekend getaway! Loved the views and the hot tub! The cottage was clean and warm for our stay and all the things we needed were available. Jolena checked in with us and made sure we knew she was easy to contact if needed. Thanks for the great stay!

The cottage was lovely with a short walk to Kingsport Beach. We were in the area to visit family for a few days, so I don't feel like we made the most of the cottage, such as eating out on the deck or using the firepit. It was more of a "home base" for exploring and visiting in town, but it was lovely to have multiple sleeping options for our family of 6. The photos of the upstairs bedrooms on the listings don't do them justice - you can barely see the gorgeous vaulted ceilings that greet you in the actual rooms. There are of course a few quirks, being an older house (such as the fridge being away from the rest of the kitchen), but nothing too challenging. There was a house manual that had all the information we needed (and more!), so we didn't need to make use of the host reaching out to see if we needed anything, but the gesture was appreciated. We also very much appreciated the abundance of nightlights throughout the cottage, especially with children staying there. Great place!
