We'd been looking forward to coming back to The Recycle House since we first stayed there in 2022. Safe to say it was just as we remembered it...great house, great location, wonderful community. Looking forwarded to returning.

The close-up view of farm animals and cooking farm fresh eggs were most pleasant and enjoyable for our 3 nights in the country. We were there during an April cold spell and enjoyed the warm and cozy nights indoors. Very comfortable bed linens were especially pleasing for a great night's sleep.

It's hard to find Airbnbs that can accommodate several people in central CT. Luckily, Caroline's listing came to the rescue! Good location in a quiet Manchester suburb, close to Main Street. Nice Ikea dishware, spacious fridge. Parking (no garage), was ample. The upstairs area has low ceilings, but the beds were fine. The main living room area was cozy and full of CT-related board games and books, and several candles. The dining table gets the job done, though we threw some pillows on the dining chairs to maximize comfort. Also, the listing clearly states this, but keep in mind that there is only one bathroom. Caroline was a great communicator. All questions were promptly answered. She also extended a complementary extended checkout, which came in handy.

This place was amazing from the moment I walked in being welcomed with a stocked kitchen of breakfast essentials. The rooms were cozy and clean. I was so intrigued with the house being built in 1802 and history on the walls with all the renovations. My host was very responsive and helpful from start to finish. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Vasily’s home. The host is a responsive host and the home is uncluttered, which helped us easily navigate the new environment with young children. South Windsor has a lot to offer, with its long rural roads leading to well-made public parks and well-designed commercial areas. The Library is impressive, and the expansive children’s department is actually on its own floor. The tenant on the lower level of the home was friendly and helpful to us in a pinch, which we certainly appreciated. It was a lovely place, and we would certainly consider it again should life ever bring us back to South Windsor. Many thanks.

Erin was very responsive and approachable. She gave clear instructions on entry and exit to the house. It was cozy and clean and relaxing. He little touches of luxury were everywhere to be found. I would go again in a heartbeat.

Maria's place was so nice and cozy, very easy to check in, and everything was well organized, clean, and makes you feel like home! Had a winter storm on the day we went there so we had to stay inside and spend our time there. She and her team were there the next morning to clear up the snow from the driveway so we could leave and gave us 2 extra hours to check out free of charge!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was extremely clean! There were basic necessities provided. It also had a cute, fashionable interior design. The shower and bedrooms were nice. We liked the layout of this property. Our only issue was that either the heater in the master bedroom wasn't working, or we couldn't figure out how to use it.

This is a beautiful, cozy and tasteful home. We loved the contrast between the original 300 year old farm beautifully maintained and renovated and the newer rooms. Kitchen was great and the fireplace worked wonderfully. Wifi and office space were perfect to get a few hours of work done. Had a great week skiing in nearby Mohawk and visiting Litchfield and Bantam. It was useful to inquire about the lay out and steep stairs. Daire was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had 13 people staying at the house and everyone had a comfortable sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a large crowd. There was plenty of parking. The big draw for the kids was the air hockey and pool table for the adults. Had it not been raining we would have taken advantage of the large deck with plenty of table space and seating. I would book again based on the positive feedback from everyone there.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

Beautiful home, exactly how it was described and looked even better in person. Incredible surrounding areas and activities. Steven was helpful throughout the stay and incredibly flexible. Wonderful host! Will definitely be planning a yearly visit.

David’s home was wonderful. The views from the house are breathtaking. I had so much fun spending my birthday weekend here, the hot tub was a definite plus. Would totally recommend!

Our stay at Kartik's very charming house was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The house itself is beautifully decorated, blending comfort and character effortlessly. The location was perfect- peaceful yet conveniently close to many trails, activities in Bethlehem (great indoor flea market) and Bantam lake. We especially loved hanging in the living room close to the fireplace watching the scenic views. Kartik was an exceptional host, responsive, kind and full of great recommendations. This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! One of the best I have ever been at. Like home

Luke and Grace were excellent hosts. They were very responsive to messages, and took care of things right away. It was the perfect combination of them being there when we needed them, yet they let us have our privacy. The keyless entry was easy to use and reliable. We stayed for almost 2 months as we waited to move into our new home, and it was the perfect fit for us and our 2 cats. We were comfortable and felt at home. It was a bonus we could use their washer and dryer during our extended stay. I would highly recommend their cozy suite to anyone!

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

Mya is an amazing host. Very responsive, helped us out with everything we asked for. Home is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay. Jeri was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, warm, and friendly. The place was beautiful, and all the amenities made the stay very pleasant. Fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, along with chickens right outside really set this place apart. Wonderful place, wonderful stay, amazing host.

I was very pleased at the pet- friendly features of this home away from home. There was lighting throughout the edge of the backyard which allowed me to safely take my dogs out before bedtime. We also took short walks in the neighborhood. The area was very quiet at night and I slept very well. I lived in the same city in a different area for years and had never experienced that level of quiet!
