We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Comfortable private, quiet and spacious loft apartment with great views and outside balcony to enjoy. Excellent amenities, ideal for self catering. Comfortable living space and bed. Close to supermarkets and shops. Beautiful area near water and 20 min walk into CBD. Sally and partner were welcoming and very friendly. Parking was on street but was not an issue. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. One thing of note is the apartment is accessed via a steep set of external steps which may not suit all.

An extremely friendly host with very clear, polite, proactive and easy communication throughout the process (before and during our stay). The unit is well located, a short drive to the city, salamanca market, great restaurants etc while maintaining peaceful surroundings. Once you're in, you'll notice some little thoughtful touches throughout the house which made the experience all that much nicer. Easy parking options at the house itself or on the street. It was a lovely stay overall! The only slight comment (and I'm nitpicking) is that if you're in the downstairs bedroom, you can sometimes hear the footsteps above, but that didn't really hinder our experience at all.

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

We wanted somewhere a bit out of the city, with great views and eating options within walking distance. Felicity’s place ticked all of the boxes. The view was amazing and we just loved the great cafes etc around the place. The beach itself is pristine and perfect for a stroll. Felicity was very quick to respond and we were extremely appreciative of the early check in 😊

Julie was very responsive to all our queries. She went over and above with beautiful snacks, bread, milk, juice, homemade biscuits and more! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, outdoor balcony with gorgeous views. The perfect place to stay!

Natalie’s unit was beautiful! So well appointed and had all the little extras like laundry detergent, fresh milk in the fridge and the pantry essentials if you felt like cooking. The garden and surroundings are SO BEAUTIFUL and the bed was super comfortable, it has wheels though so just be careful if leaning on it. We loved the location! Close to everything and felt like a beautiful home away from home ☺️ definitely recommend.

This was a great very clean apartment near everything and it had almost everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. We were able to make meals in the kitchen. The cons: No breakfast, portable fan, laundry detergent, all the white towels were stained but clean and no communications from our host Amanda during our 3 nights stay. The apartment is up for sale. We did enjoy our stay and everything was very clean, but wanted to give advice to the next guests.

Claire’s cottage on the beach was a beautiful hidden gem. Only a 30 min drive to the centre of Hobart, meant it was the perfect place to relax as a base point, and then go on wonderful day trips from there. Watching the sun rise over the water each morning was spectacular and the evening skies on dusk were just as stunning. The coffee machine produced incredible coffee, and the bottle of Tassie champagne was a lovely surprise! The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! Thanks Claire for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. Hoping we can make it back again one day!

Wonderful property in the perfect location. We truly felt comfortable and naturally at home. A true credit to Angela and I would 100% have this on my recommendation list. We had 3 couples and 2 children and the layout was fantastic for the group.

This was our second stay at Ann's place, and we're so glad we chose to come back. Ann's place is so beautifully located in the peaceful Denne's Point, just a minute walk to the beach. It is so easy to see the love Ann has put into this home - it is so tastefully decorated and feels just like home. There are so many little surprises awaiting; an outdoor shower, cosy linens and mosquito nets, beautiful soft couches and the stunning deck outlook. I would encourage everyone to book their stay at Ann's!

Amazing warm and homely! Helen was so very kind and lovely to chat with, super host! Her kitchen was a dream to cook in, too sitting on the deck too being cozy with the fireplace was magic! You will be very impressed and won’t want to leave! I’ll be back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely stunning, and we loved how close and walkable the beach was—it made for the perfect getaway. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was quite hot on our first night, and we foolishly didn’t turn on the aircon—but once we did, it quickly cooled down the place. We’d definitely recommend using it when it’s warm! Overall, a wonderful stay, and we’d love to return.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning holiday house in Sandy Bay and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding on the deck, the river view was breathtaking! It was the ideal place to disconnect and unwind. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach access was an absolute gem! Being able to step directly onto the beach whenever we wanted made the whole experience even more magical. Overall, this holiday house offered an exceptional blend of comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular views. We loved our few days at Lucy’s! We were lucky to score some hot weather which had us swimming at beautiful Carlton beach (between the flags) each day! It was so nice coming home to Lucy’s and relaxing in the comfort of the air con and ceiling fans, after beautiful hot showers. Our kids just loved the space, the house feels very spacious and cosy at the same time! Many spots to retreat to, read, movie, play and a very decent yard space too! The kitchen was amazing to prepare meals in! Bonus was the breville coffee machine. We would so love to come back and stay longer next time! Such a great base to many hotspots!

Vi havde en dejlig overnatning i James’ hyggelige lejlighed. Vi havde spurgt om tidligere indtjekning, men det var desværre ikke muligt. Derfor var det en dejlig overraskelse, da James skrev til os om morgenen og fortalte at det alligevel godt kunne lade sig gøre. Hyggeligt med en lille hilsen og en flaske vin, da vi ankom til lejligheden. Meget praktisk med parkeringspladsen kun 10 m fra lejligheden. Stille og roligt område, og man kunne følge kysten til Hobart efter 15 min gang.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place! The place had everything you could need, we especially enjoyed the multiple fruit trees around the property. The area was clean and tidy. The bed was a little creaky but was very warm during the cold taste nights. We would happily stay again as the location was awesome 😄

Coralie and Costa are great hosts - the apartment was comfy and incredibly well stocked with food and goodies. They are very attuned to what visitors want (games and library too) and it was a pleasure to stay. Fabulous views too.

The Binney in Hobart is a beautifully furnished and stylish retreat, thoughtfully curated with every detail in mind. It was impeccably clean, incredibly comfortable and perfectly located close to everything yet wonderfully peaceful. A fantastic stay all around - I highly recommend!

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!
