Great place to stay. The beach is across the street, lots of restaurants and bars walking distance. Lived the lower deck and roof top - spent lots of time on them. Nice to have chairs, towels, floats, lotion etc all right there. Would go back and stay in a heartbeat !

Fabulous place to stay. Quiet and yet very walkable location. Short drive to beaches and provided beach equipment. Definitely coming back next year 😁

Everything was great. We didn’t meet Anissa, but she was always responsive. Olguita checked us in and made us a delicious breakfast the first morning. We also got lucky as they changed our dollars at a fair rate of 240, which wasn’t always the case in other places in Havana. The Wi-Fi was very slow and stopped working on our last night. And the $35 SIM card we purchased for the week from them didn’t work for data unfortunately, but that’s more the fault of the overall network. And at the end of our stay we went out in style! Olguita reserved a beautiful vintage car to take us to the airport for $30. It had no seatbelts, but it was fun to ride in an old car!

Lourdes est une hôte très accueillante et disponible. Le logement est confortable et conforme à la description . Excellent petit déjeuner et le patio intérieur est très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Un séjour inoubliable ! Les plages sont tout simplement paradisiaques, avec des kilomètres de sable blanc et une eau turquoise à couper le souffle. Le restaurant propose des plats délicieux, parfaits pour savourer les spécialités locales. Le tour en kayak était une expérience incroyable : pagayer jusqu’à l’île aux cochons et découvrir ce petit coin de paradis était magique. Et que dire des hôtes ? Chaleureux, attentionnés et toujours prêts à partager de bons conseils. Un endroit que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Nike and hid dog Pedro were wonderful hosts. Such a beautiful place to stay, so peaceful. The views overlooking the city and the ocean were spectacular, the poolside sunset was amazing also. The on property nature trail provided something to look at every turn. Every square inch of the property was meticulously maintained. Not that it was needed but the property was gated and gave us an elevated sense of security.

Beautiful place. Loved the rooftop hot tub and lounge chairs! Wish there were more available privacy screens for hot tub area. Location was well placed , in the middle of it all. I recommend!

We had a beautiful stay, the house is gorgeous and the property and views are stunning. We loved dining and hanging out on the outdoor terrace. Kids had a blast playing in the huge lawn area and splashing in the pool. There are also games and toys which kept them entertained. The house is less than 10 minutes from some stunning beaches, and although it is easily accessible from San Juan and local restaurants and attractions, it has the feel of being totally secluded, perched on a beautiful hilltop with expansive lush green views. There is a great attention to detail with high quality and tasteful furnishings throughout the property, and Edgardo is very responsive and helpful. We were staying with our friends, so there were four adults and four kids and there was lots of space for everyone to spread out. This house has an amazing balance of convenience, comfort and privacy in a totally idillic location. Highly recommended! A+ stay

I love this place, spacious, clean, peaceful and the basics you need. Yanet was super helpul giving directions to my driver and finding the house is no problem. On arrival she was waiting outside and went with us to point out all the locations near us to buy food and other stuff. Beach is less than 4 blocks away which is not a far walk at all. 3 blocks from the 5th main street where you can find about everything including restaurants open until really late at night. The pool is amazing and the back area its in really fresh big and relaxing. Yanet does live in the far back house but you hardly see her and when you do its always good conversations with her. She makes you feel right at home and always available for anythings thats needed. Location felt really safe plus theirs a night guard thats always on duty. Defiantly marked as my favorite and saved for future stays in Guanabo. Thank you Yanet, i will be back soon.

This guy single handedly saved our last 3 days in Cuba with his solarpanels during the nation wide blackout. (This way we manage to check in for our flights) We never planned on visiting Matanzas, but boy, Alay made it very interesting with his background in tourism. Highly recommended!

Excelente lugar para descansar y relajarse. He disfrutado cada mañana los amaneceres desde el balcón del apartamento. El contacto con Alberto (el anfitrión) fue excelente. Las atenciones de la señora Lesvia: inigualables. Siempre atenta a cada detalle. Súper interesante tener bien cerca el café bar “Donde Albert” y otros pequeños negocios. Un espacio recomendado para quien desea descansar, y al mismo tiempo no estar muy lejos del centro de La Habana.

We really like the air bnb, The caretaker Maria was very helpful and made good breakfasts for us. Her husband provided with great car transportation. The accommodations were good. The only complaint is that you have to go outside our rented space to get wi-fi reception because it was not possible inside the house. Also, the location of the home was different than the coordinates noted on the airbnb site. It was 2 niles away from where we thought we were and this made a difference since we were there for a triathlon. We thought it was easy 7 minute walk to marina but the walk more like like 25 minute walk to marina. Otherwise we a had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the town of Santa Fe.

Eugenio, Patricia, their family and Eduardo are caring and kind hearted. It was a pleasure to be their guests. Do not hesitate to ask anything you need to know about Cuba and La Havana, they will be happy to share their knowledge and some important tips. The location is wonderful and calm. Do not miss the rooftop (you will be amazed by the variety of plants)!
