Our stay was amazing! Would absolutely stay here and rent from again. 5/5 stars experience!

The home was welcoming, clean, very comfortable. Excellent kitchen supplies sugar/spices condiments (which we added too) to cook with. Appreciated 3 different nice coffee appliances. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are small but nice. Nice towels, beach towels. Beach chairs and coolers available. Outdoor seating areas were nice. comfortable new cushions, pillows. Everything was good quality and great working order. We enjoyed the heated pool. Thanks Nick for the easy last minute check in. We had a great stay!

Gabriel is an excellent communicator, when a question arose Gabriel was very quick to respond and also helped with some recommendations. The house comfortably fit myself and family of eight, plenty of seats to sit and lounge. The coffee station was a hit with my family. Access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. The outside area was our favorite by far. Having access to an outdoor grill, pool, hot tub and basketball court was perfect. The location was close to all the best beaches- crash boat, jobos, and montones just to name a few.

10/10 location is up in the mountains and beautiful. One of my favorite airbnbs would definitely stay again

Contact met de host ( Ingrid) was meteen vanaf 1e moment goed! Bij aankomst was zij er, heel vriendelijk en gastvrij Ze liep met ons het huis door, legde alles uit. Huis was heel netjes en schoon. We konden heel makkelijk contact krijgen als we vragen hadden. We hebben daar 2 heerlijke weken gehad, veilig gevoel en rustige buurt. En overal lekker dichtbij! mits je wel een auto huurt! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!!!

This Location was absolutely beautiful, amazing and very easy to get to different places as well. The home is very welcoming. You feel right at home. The communication with Sonia the host was absolutely wonderful she is amazing and they are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommended this beautiful home in Manati. I will definitely be staying there if possible when I come back to beautiful Puerto Rico.

Mariely's home in Rincon was an absolute dream. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach side get away, or a place to stay with a family on the west side of the island. From the moment we went to check in, Mariely was helpful and quick to respond. The home is exactly like the pictures, with lots of space for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. She stocked the home with basic amenities as well, which is very helpful. There were plenty of towels, blankets, and even beach supplies. Mariely was also very accommodating to our schedule. Our flight back home was not until late in the evening, so she allowed us a late check out to give us more time in her home. Also, the location is perfect. Close to a restaurants, bars, stores, beaches and in a very safe area. My only regret, is not staying longer. We will definitely be back next time in PR! Thank you for everything Mariely.

Awesome Nine-Day Family Getaway! We just got back from an amazing nine-day stay at this apartment, and we had such a great time! The park right out front was perfect for our kids to run around and play. The kitchen was super handy for making family meals, and we loved having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for our beach days. The swimming pool was a total hit! It’s not heated, but honestly, it was refreshing and just what we needed in December. Our kids had a blast splashing around! Plus, having Netflix for the kids was a lifesaver during our downtime. The place was super clean and cozy, making it feel like home. We really can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for a fun family spot, this is it!

This was my first Airbnb the host were super friendly and responsive which is great when you don’t know the area. The place was beautiful the morning and evening view is beautiful on the terrance. The location is near everything and is comfortable to get in and out of felt super safe walking by myself locals are friendly as well. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach and close to the Econo grocery store and Lala’s Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. Great to have a dishwasher! The beds (both queens) were on the firm side, but we slept fine. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was hot with great water pressure and the tub was new. Everything was well-maintained and seemed pretty new. The lighting inside was great, so even though we didn’t open all the dark drapes or crank all the windows open every morning, it never felt dark inside. The best part of the place for us was the big covered patio in the backyard. We ate our breakfast there every morning and used it as a wonderful refuge during afternoon rainstorms. Hosts really seemed committed to taking good care of the place and seeing to our comfort. Would definitely stay again.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sorprendimos con lo hermoso que es el espacio y sobre todo con las impresionantes vistas desde la terraza. Es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de la belleza del entorno. El alojamiento está muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y placentera. Además, la atención del anfitrión fue excelente, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Definitivamente recomendaríamos este lugar a cualquiera que busque una experiencia única y memorable. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!

This place has everything you would need for a rental in Puerto Rico. Spacious deck that allowed beautiful views atall times during the stay. The 3 bedrooms would be great if staying with family. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. Frank was very helpful with recommendations of places to eat prior to getting to the rental. He was very helpful when my husband had a bad reaction due to allergies, no fault of Frank or his rental. The gated garage does have many cats which my husband has a severe allergy but was fine with some meds. Air in all the bedrooms was nice. The living area could get hot but a breeze did come in with the doors open. The only bad thing with keeping the doors open is little flying bugs that are attracted to the light. But you can not beat the ocean breeze and ocean waves crashing. A great location and stay in Loquillo!

El lugar es súper cómodo. Se notaba la limpieza desde el momento que entrabas y sentías el aroma. Todo estaba ordenado. La cocina estaba completamente abastecida. La ubicación es súper conveniente. ¡Recomiendo esta estancia!

First let us tell you how helpful Osiris was right from booking to checkout. We had flight delays and trouble with our airport transfer company and he went above and beyond to help us. He was always super quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. The view from the balcony of the condo was amazing. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay and the beds are very comfortable. We were a group of 4 adults and the size of the condo was perfect. All of the staff at the facility were extremely helpful and friendly. Even though we didn't speak much Spanish they always found a way to help us. The building and the surrounding grounds were extremely clean and tidy. The little snack and beverage bar by the pool was great and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!!!

C'est notre deuxième séjour au condo de Giovanni, en famille de 5 personnes, et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaites. La terrasse sur le toit et la balançoire sont très appréciées. Plusieurs excursions sont possibles, à 10 minutes en taxi, que ce soit les belles plages de Sosua et Alicia, celle de Cabarete, le marché du Seahorse Ranch, et d'excellents restaurants, etc. Les services de JustAddRice viennent compléter l'offre alimentaire. Merci a Giovanni et Angele pour leurs réponses rapides à nos questions. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain! Francine et famille.
