My family and I stayed in Roman's unit and we couldn't have been happier. The unit is located in an extremely well cared for development made up of owners and hosts. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed all of the amenities offered including the 3 pools, tennis court, gym, and poolside restaurant. The location was just what we wanted - away from the touristy parts of the island, yet located an easy drive to the beaches, activities, and grocery marts for all our needs. Roman was always available, responsive, friendly and helpful. Shortly after our arrival, we were greeted by the concierge, Joffrey, who shared some inside tips and a bottle of wine. Our unit was wonderful. We had all the amenities described in the listing. We like to cook and had all the kitchenware we needed for our many meals on the private patio. This was our first trip to Aruba and we will definitely be back. We will certainly stay at Roman's place as it's absolutely hard to beat.

Roy’s home was very welcoming. We loved that it was in a quiet little gated community. Roy was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had, he was also quick to let us switch property’s to fit our household. We would really love to stay with Roy in the future.

Great location for the Winter Equestrian Festival. Nice sidewalks in and around the neighborhood for exercise. Loved that there were teabags in addition to coffee pods.

The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and location was nice.

The house was gorgeous in a beautiful neighborhood in the walled city, secure, easy walking distance to the rest of the walled city as well as Getsemani. The pool was fantastic and refreshing and beautiful. ( we didn’t use the hot tub as it was very hot in Cartagena) Loved all the outdoor spaces in the unit and in the common areas. The women who cooked and cleaned for us were exceptional, providing us with breakfast every day and a special luncheon and dinner for 13 people. They took care of us in every way.

Our group of 8 stayed Feb 2025. The home is nicely decorated, clean, and Jose supplied a starter set of toiletries for the shower, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, some coffee pods, and spices for cooking. They supplied large beach towels for the pool, a small cooler, and noodles. The oasis pool and hot tub were awesome. Don’t miss the second pool by the marina that is heated and a hot tub grotto which was perfect in the evenings. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, you just can’t beat it! This townhome is located near many restaurants and fun places for activities. You enter the home from the first floor but second floor is the main living area with full kitchen, living room, and nice balcony. Two bedrooms are on the third floor so lots of stairs but worth the trip. First floor has a private king bedroom with a pull out couch in the living area and a small kitchen. Laundry room is in a storage area outside next to the front door. We loved our stay and Jose!

The place was as advertised, met all our needs and equipped for a long stay. John was an incredibly accommodating and responsive host.

what a beautiful condo. looks freshly remodeled with very comfy beds throught. The included private beach access with sand toys wagon and fixins for the beach! Will be closing this condo for future trips to siesta key!

We had a great stay at Petra’s! The house looks exactly like the pictures and it’s really cozy! Great mattress and pillows, also it was spotless clean! The kitchen has everything you need and we also appreciated the convenience of having a new stove/oven and wash and dryer. We really enjoyed that we could choose between gas or charcoal “parrilla” considering that my partner is Uruguayan, he was literally in heaven! We loved our morning walks around the complex with our pets and the option of walking to the beach. The backyard is the place where stayed the most during our stay and it’s super relaxing! The beach club is nice and pet friendly but if you prefer to stay at the swimming pool in the complex, it’s literally a 1 minute walk! Communication with Petra and Andres was really easy and they were both super responsive! We can’t wait to go back and stay for another couple of days at Petra’s!!!

El departamento está ubicado en la mejor playa de Aruba, Eagle Beach. La zona super segura, con cochera privada, portón automático. La planta alta tiene 2 habitaciones amplias, cada una con su baño privado, aire acondicionado, ropa de cama y toallas. La planta baja cuenta con cocina súper completa, comedor y living. Un patio interno con parrilla eléctrica y otro que salis al jardin y te encontras con un bello lugar lleno de palmeras y una piscina con reposeras. El anfitrión organizó muy bien el check in y el check out.

It’s very close to the designer stores and upscale mall-Gucci Prada LV Jimmy Choo Fendi….and you name it…it’s there. Walkable and accessible. Kitchen is a bit small so don’t expect to cook much. We only boiled eggs and made coffee so it worked for us. Jose is very responsive. Very flexible and nice guy. Let us check out late because our flight was late. Clean place, easy parking, walkable. Has laundry and enough beds. I would recommend it!

Mi estadía era de un día para otro, así que el lugar cumplió las expectativas, agradezco la pronta respuesta de Leidy frente a mi solicitud de alojamiento porque reservé sobre el tiempo. Lo único para tener en cuenta es que no hay toallas de cuerpo para que las personas vayan preparados, y la zona es residencial, en general todo el pueblo es muy tranquilo al ser un turismo religioso. Queda a 20 min caminando de la casa a la basílica principal.

This host was amazing! She was so friendly and responsive. The house was cozy, and we all felt very safe in the area. The price was very reasonable for the space. The house was very clean, and overall I would absolutely stay again.

This place was very clean . We need a place to stay because our other accommodation didn't not work out. Nick's team was very fast at responding and accommodated us. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for our family trips to the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable - we loved Esteffany's home! She was gracious and very accommodating - we would love to stay again!

This place was good for my roommate and I. We stayed for 6 weeks and there were no issues. Had everything that we needed and was as advertised. Theresa is very responsive to any questions and needs.

Belle maison bien organisé et spacieuse rien à dire sur la maison ça bien passé

Un excelente lugar para pasar un fin de semana tranquilo y lejos del estruendoso mundo. Muy privado, de fácil acceso, bastante equipado, habitaciones cómodas y con A/C, una piscina muy grande y de buena profundidad. Tuvimos la bendición de que estábamos solos y pudimos disfrutarla al máximo. En verdad un sitio al que volvería sin duda. Aunque un poco retirado del pueblo, está a pocos minutos de todas las playas más hermosas de Río San Juan. Un Muy Buen Spot.

Olga is very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. My friends and I had so much fun staying here and it was absolutely beautiful!

We absolutely loved this place! We felt right at home, Luis is a great host, and the area is superb. Hiking trails close by to the river, close to downtown. Will stay here again

Great home in Getsemani, easy access to everything but just down from the noise, so you could sleep. Loved the rooftop veranda and outdoor shower.

The place is exactly how it’s shown on pictures, safe, private and clean. The host was responsive with my questions and I had no issues. Definitely coming back again.
