Super nice and responsive during our stay. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Jakarta. Absolutely fantastic stay in, this is awesome flat - spacious and perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need.

De kamer was leuk en in het centrum van jakarta. de trein en bus zijn makkelijk te bereiken via 5 miniten wandelen. sara had wat keuken apparatuur staan en nadat we hadden gemeld dat deze het niet deden wou ze deze laten repareren en toen dit niet ging heeft ze nieuwe gehaald. super vriendelijk en uitstekende locatie.

Martha was great at communication and check in was easy. Her place was exactly as in the pictures and she sent lots of detail to help us find the place easily. She left us water which was very helpful. The swimming pool was amazing and there is a food court, stores and restaurants really close by. It is easy to get a grab taxi or gojek or get a quick coffee and food. The apartment had A/C which was great as well as a little balcony to dry bathing suits. We will look Martha up next time we are in town

This is the epitome of a five star stay. Everything exceeded expectations, from the first moment to the last everything was wonderful. Spacious apartment, clean, comfortable beds, good lighting, amazing views. A kind and responsive host. If I ever wanted to live in Jakarta, this is the place I would want to buy. Everything from the television to the refrigerator to the elevator was noteworthy. The apartment much more spacious than anticipated and the balcony, quite large… with breathtaking views of central Jakarta and beyond. Direct access to the mall is just icing on the cake. Of course I’m going to return, and I encourage anyone reading this review to book this unit if it’s available. I give it 6/5 stars

One of the best place to stay in central Jakarta, near by many attractions..

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

always love to visit Mrs. Hilma place: peaceful and inspiring. perfect getaway to have a personal retreat, to find oneself again in the busy daily life. and the location surrounding give you time to wander, to find coffee shop and culinary, from street food like tongseng in Cipete street to lovely cafe like Levant Boulangerie.... really look forward to spending time at your place. thank you very much for your hospitality!!

We had a wonderful stay in tidung lagoon. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Meals was served 3x a day. Our room was surrounded by crystal clear ocean water. with warm pleasant temperature. Easy to dip in even in the early morning. Spots for snorkelling was just outside the room. Room was basic, but we had a very good sleep with all windows open with natural breeze and the sound of the ocean very relaxing.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. Great place, clean and affordable

Cisca is a very good and friendly host, pro-active and responsive. Nice appartment, has everything you need for your stay. Very friendly staff in the building. In the building is a pool, gym, ATM centre, restaurants, supermarket which is very convenient. Close to 3 malls in the centre of the town. I really enjoyed my stay here and will defenitely come back

It’s a prime location where you can go anywhere easily with so much option of transportation (including the MRT, the station is just 3 mnts walk) And due to pandemic which affect not only health & safety issues but also economic issues, there’s a bit adjustment with some service. But I’m okay with it and understand the situation, so not a big deal for me (we’re all affected by this situation). Anyway, Evi is easily to communicate and so nice. Would recomen her place to stay in the heart of Jakarta.

I booked this unit a while ago, but right before check-in I saw a review mentioning cockroaches and got a bit worried. I contacted the host and she replied quickly, assuring me the issue had been handled by pest control. I’m glad I trusted her, the unit was very clean and I didn’t see any cockroaches at all. The location is great and the host is super friendly and responsive. I had a comfortable stay and would definitely come back!

Cukup sangat memuaskan. Lingkungannya enak, nyaman, dan bersih. Akses sangay mudah untuk berpergian. Selain itu, pemiliknya sangat responsif dan cepat dalam menanggapi segala pertanyaan atau permintaan. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman tinggal di sini sangat menyenangkan dan rekomended!

good location, quiet apartment, good view overlooking to toll. good side, the host provides good furniture n beds, not stingy in pot and kitchen appliances.it would be better off if microwave is provided. other than that i would give the host thumbs up.

Sherly is very good host, friendly, easy to communicate, responsive. Good location, has access to all necessary - caffe, groceries, mall, gym, and moreover - embankment, that is really rare and quite pleasant option. Also close to airport. The place itself good also and I believe worth it's cost.

rumah pak Phang sangat nyaman, bersih. perlengkapan dasar tersedia di unit, begitu juga di lantai 1 apartment tersedia seluruh toko2 kebutuhan harian dan makanan, jadi akan tidak perlu bingung apalagi terdapat kebutuhan yang kurang. cukup dekat ke jakarta kota ataupun ke bandara dan PIK. saya senang menginap disini bersama keluarga.
