Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

Good value Great Apartment close to the main area. It is very safe and secure with Building Security 24 hours. Had a Wonderful stay ! The host Edith, was friendly and easy to communicate with ... Very kind, helpful and responsive. Located in Jl MH Thamrin , Central Jakarta. Only 5-15 minutes walking distance to the nearest Big Shopping Malls ( Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia ) The Apartment Building has everything that you need - ATM centre, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Will stay here again in the future ... I highly recommended this place for your stay in Jakarta.

A very familiar environment as we’ve stayed in the premises area for a while, fortunately in the same tower as well. Susan and team communicate, prepare, even handle their listing very professionally. Room was pure, smells good and ofc no different than photos. Kudos to Susan and team for indulge this end year stay.

The location at Gold Coast was safe with a great view. However, we were concerned about traveling in Jakarta after 6 pm, as all Grab drivers kept saying it wasn’t safe. But yeah Gold Coast is safe at night aswell

I really enjoyed my stay of 6 days in this apartment and was sad when I had to leave on the last day. I really liked the panoramic view, the free access to a large swimming pool in the building complex, the mix of simple and fancy shops and restaurants close by (the fancy ones are in a nearby mall in 10 minutes walking distance, and the many small amenities in the apartment. One gets quickly used to the community of the building complex.

Rumah bersih, nyaman, dingin, keluarga senang bisa ngumpul dan main PS5 yang disediakan. Peralatan dapur lengkap, ada mesin cuci best! Thankyou ya. bakal rekomen tempat ini kalau ada keluarga / teman mau nginep lagi.

4 hari di sini numpang rekaman vokal. This place was everything we needed. Private; homey; lingkungannya hening & tenang tapi di satu sisi juga strategis kalo butuh apa2 ada mall & supermarket; semua fasilitas rumah berfungsi dengan baik termasuk hot shower & dispenser air panas. Ownernya enak diajak komunikasi. Check out gak ada masalah, bahkan kita minta waktu tambahan beberapa lama untuk nunggu jemputan dan langsung diiyakan. Overall aku sangat recommend tempat ini. tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

Tempatnya strategis banget buat yg mau ada event di ice, bisa ditempuh jalan kaki 8 menitan dari ice bsd. Rumahnya homey, bersih, rapi, dan wangi. Amenities dan perlengkapan lengkap sesuai deskripsi, host juga sangat ramah dan helpfull. Bisa early check in jg kalau sebelumnya gaada yg menempati. Next kalau ada event di ice lg kami pasti menginap kembali disini. Terima kasih bu yulita dan pak andri~

This is my second stay in the property and we love it. Christian has been a helpful host that is quick to response to our inquiry. The property is spacious and comfortable.

It was a great stay, place was neat, clean, and well prepared. will surely recommend this to others and be back for future stays.

This house is exactly as described. Rafi is a very nice person. He responds to everything very promptly. Once my bathroom got locked, he sent the keys immediately and this is very close to grand Indonesia. All facilities are available in the society. Value for money!

18日間、滞在しましたが、マンションの隣にスーパーマーケット、3つのショッピングセンターがあり生活しやすい場所にあり、あっという間の18日間でした。毎日、pacific placeというショッピングセンターにランチを食べに歩くのですが、ジャカルタの最先端の雰囲気を感じながら歩くのは、この街に来て良かったと思います。オーナー、フロントのスタッフ、セキュリティ、メイドとも親切な対応に感謝を申し上げます。昨年の秋に続いて2回目の利用になります。次回、ジャカルタに来た時は是非、利用したいと考えています。お世話になりました。
