This host took time to ad special touches like coffee and a fresh new creamer available, treats for the dogs, extra pillows and blankets. She was responsive when I couldn’t sign on to the tv app The fenced area was perfect for our dogs and allowed us to enjoy our downtime without having on the leash all the time. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed although we mostly ate out.

This is our 3rd time staying at one of Yvonne's rentals and 1st time at Our Nest. They never disappoint. Things we love about Our Nest: *Great location *Plenty of space *Gas Logs Fireplace *Barnwood throughout home *Comfortable beds and furniture *Mountain Views (we saw deer one morning!) *All the amenities (fantastic coffee bar, snacks (the good ones!) provided, eggs, juice, and milk in the fridge when we got here!, stuff to make s'mores, bathroom toiletries...it's like a gift shop in your home, but you don't have to buy it - it's just here! *Yvonne - the owner - always available, always kind! ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect place as a base for day hikes in Linville Gorge. Accommodations were just as described and we enjoyed sitting outside at night with a fire. Host was always responsive and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beech Front. It had everything we needed for our trip, and it was a comfortable home away from home.

The bed is amazing and location is walkable to restaurants, shops and university. Earthfare is close for groceries, etc. Denise is friendly and responsive and finding the place is a straight shot when arriving to Boone. Parking is easy and convenient to right into the cottage. Everything you need is in the house and spotless.

I loved my time here! It was a nice and quiet getaway. The WiFi was excellent and I was still able to work during the day but could unplug and just enjoy the surroundings at night. Highly recommend!

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed the time at this location. Was very clean and nice. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We were able to really rest and relax on porch in the evenings after a day of adventure. Overall great place and great time

Great stay within walking distance of Beech Mountain Ski! The condo was very clean and cozy. Check-in and check-out were made easy with clear instructions from the hosts. I would stay again!

Wonderful location to connect with nature, but not too far from downtown Boone.

The tiny house was easy to find, private and peaceful. I real joy to just relax and rest after a long drive. I’d recommend a stay here for anyone in the area and getting to pet all their animals was an added bonus!

Wife and I had a great stay here with a dog and baby. It might be the most well-stocked AirBnB I've stayed at. The hot tub was nice and clean, as was all of the indoors, towels, linens, etc. Host was very responsive so that's always appreciated. She also provided good recommendations on nearby activities. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Such a quaint and cozy little cabin in peaceful surroundings. We stayed a few days in Marilyn's cabin and were very comfortable. It was super nice and relaxing to just sit outside in the mornings with coffee and a book while enjoying the plethora of surrounding bird songs. Marilyn was super friendly and responsive and we felt very much at home in the cabin.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna's place. The space was quirky and cozy, close to town, and perfect for a private mountain getaway with friends!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing and cozy stay in the mountains with my family of four. The hot tub was the perfect addition to the place. It feels secluded and in the country even with Boone and Blowing Rock being 10 min easy drives in either direction. App Mountain right around the corner and easily accessible, too!

We really enjoyed our long weekend. They contacted us before check in to let us know there was a bad ice storm that knocked out power and trees one was blocking the driveway. They had everything cleared and power was on. No issues at all! We liked how all the switches were labeled and a list to help find things you may need. Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Lanis place was the perfect cabin getaway. Hot tub worked great and plenty of sleeping options. Stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of games. Fireplace was awesome. It was scenic and peaceful in the trees. Be aware the road to get there is a little scary if you’re not used to driving unpaved and winding roads. But perfect for those who want to get away and be far enough away , while still remaining 15 minutes from civilization. Lots of cute shops around, the grandfather winery was great.

Beautiful home, large enough for our group to spread out and have our own space to relax after working long days with Hurricane Helene Relief efforts. River sounded peaceful and we would have loved to walk next to it but flood waters eroded the banks (no fault of the owners). We saw otters and geese. I would recommend this place, it’s close to both Burnsville and Spruce Pine yet tucked away in a very quiet spot.

We loved our getaway at the cottage. Although it was a little tough to get to (it is definitely in the mountains!), it was exactly as described - a rustic, cozy cottage. The bed was extra cozy and clean! We were really surprised that there was a good cellphone signal in all the areas we went over the weekend. The trails haven't recovered from the hurricane yet but we didn't have the time to do any hiking while we were there anyway. We WERE able to check one of the things of my wife's to do list though - we met with Pierce and got to feed the goats! The only grow we had was low water pressure, although that wouldn't stop me from renting again. We will keep this cottage on our favorite list for the area.
