Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier! Das Old Quarter ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Gegend ist schön ruhig und die Gastgeber sehr aufmerksam! Es wurde sich sehr oft erkundigt, ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist oder wir Hilfe brauchen und auf Nachfragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Super nice neat and clean room and amazing host, always very responsive and very happy to accommodate any requests. Did my laundry for a small fee and let me store my luggage overnight. Very very friendly and helpful and would definitely stay again!! Thank you so much😊😊

It takes one to know one. The host is super in every good sense of the word. She has been of effective help during our stay. Proactive in her listing and communications, our trip to and around Hanoi was a breeze. I had to bother her with the mini cakes for our friend who celebrated her birthday, to which she obliged with heartfelt enthusiasm. It really made our friend's birthday trip to Viet Nam a memorable one. (Super thanks!) I love the quaint interior of her place, from the large windows to the color palettes chosen and the decorated tiles in her t&b. The apartment was clean (no bugs) and conveniently located for us. Many cafes (King Coffee, etc), food joints (KFC, hotpots, etc), convenience store, and spas within a stone thow away fm the apartment. It is also a short walk away from the main thoroughfare, making it accessible for various routes and modes of transport. ☺️ Highly recommended by me, your fellow superhost (fm the Philippines)! 👏👏👏👏👏

I loved my stay at this great studio apartment. It’s located perfectly in the city to be walkable to the Old Quarter or Truc Bach Lake. It was nice to have a quiet and peaceful place to escape to after long days exploring. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

I stayed at a few places in Vietnam and the was my favourite to date. It’s very homey, perfect for one person or couple. It’s got a cute balcony overlooking the city. Communication with the host has been great - she’s always been very responsive and eager to please and solve issues. Location is great, I much preferred this to Old Quarter. You will hear some beeping from cars but that’s Hanoi. It didn’t bother me too much

The appartment was exactly like in the pictures, so bright and beautiful. Everything was clean and we had a nice little kitchen to use. We didn't meet Hoai Anh but she was incredibly helpful and proactive via messages. The neighbourhood is cosy with many restaurants and coffee places, close to oldtown. while calmer than other places in Hanoi, there was still quite a lot of street noise in the appartment: motorcycles, loud music,... Not ideal if you're a light sleeper. Bed could be more comfy but not a big issue.

That is our sweet experience in Ha Noi . Our apartment located on the top floor with a beautiful view of the west lake and the floating house on the lake. We have full facilities, including a kitchen for cooking. drinking coffee and watching the sunset in the garden next door is also a great experience you should try

Love this place so much! I booked on the day of arrival having been let down at the last minute by the host of my original booking elsewhere in Tay Ho. The booing was accepted immediately and great communication was had to arrange my arrival in a few hours. The room was brand new, so clean and beautiful. I went for the cheap room as it was what i needed for the short stay but the hosts let me use the washing machine in the apartment opposite on my floor and that looked amazing so next I will definitely book one of those. The family that run the building are so lovely and helpful. Their service was outstanding. If you want to stay near the Westlake then this is perfect. And if you do stay here, go to the rooftop garden on the 7th floor... the view is awesome!
