The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

A lovely apartment near Dai con, gorgeous views from the balcony, nice spacious room with a clean bathroom and a kitchen. Ngo was also very sweet and helpful when checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi

We enjoyed our stay at Quynh's. It was easy to work with Quynh. Airbnb was clean. Good amenities. Also, the price for Quynh's is very reasonable. I rated it 5 stars based on the price. It is very clean and in a good location. We had no qualms. But you also shouldn't expect a 5 star hotel experience at the very reasonable rates that Quynh is charging you. Our only complaint is that the washer does not work even though it is advertised as an amenity. I even messaged Quynh prior booking to make sure it worked after reading other reviews about it not working and was assured that it was. It does not. Quynh did, however, make it right and took all of our laundry and had it cleaned by someone locally. We appreciated that.

Amazing location, Nice clean apartment which was a nice escape from the business of the city. I have no complaints, Vesper was very helpful anytime we had questions and we loved our stay here.

great host and nice place but the beds were really uncomfortable

Beste Lage. Host war gegen einen Aufpreis auch sehr flexibel mit den Check in und out Zeiten. Danke dafür. Wohnung könnte sauberer sein. Vereinzelt lange schwarze Frauenhaare auf dem Boden. Schlafmaske sowie Ohrstöpsel sind für empfindliche Leute in der Stadt aufgrund des Lärmes ein Muss. Beachte auch, dass es lediglich ein klassisches Schlafzimmer gibt. Das Wohnzimmer (Coachbett) muss zu einem zweiten Schlafzimmer umgewandelt werden. Das ist auf den Bildern nicht sofort ersichtlich und kann Irre führen. Alles in allem gute Unterkunft - Danke!

The place is good fit for people staying in Hanoi for tourism. Host is very helpful and communicate in time. The bed was very comfortable. The room was as described and shown in the photos. Location is perfect to stay in Hanoi. Very cozy feeling.

The host couple were very friendly and welcoming us on our arrival. There was a construction in the building right in front of apartment entrance while we were staying. The host let us know ahead of it and we didn't stay at the apartment much so it didn't matter. It was spacious so we could rest well after the shopping and sightseeing. It was easy to pop on grab and go to Old Quarter. I would recommend this place to someone prefer to stay away from busy and noisy Street.

Un logement très lumineux dans un quartier authentique, et un immeuble calme. Des produits (notamment fruits et légumes) frais, des petits restaurants (pho et banh mi) . Des habitants accueillants. Un lac à 100 m pour se promener. Si je reviens à Hanoï ce sera dans ce quartier assurément ! Une Hôte ( Nguyen) très gentille, serviable. Merci pour tout .

Very helpful host and a nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. 5 flights of stairs with bags is difficult if he has not mentioned that. Helped us arrange airport pick up and drop off. There’s a nice coffee shop next door and lots of restaurants walkable. There was very loud construction noise and vibrations throughout our stay… not in the owner’s control. We’d love to come back!

Hang's Pentstudio apartment was perfect for our 2-day stay in Hanoi. The check-in process was very easy to follow and the house rules were clearly communicated beforehand. Hang was a very responsive host - they answered all of our questions and gave us helpful advice for exploring the city. Keep in mind: one of the bedrooms upstairs does not have an attached bathroom - which might be an inconvenience for some but did not hinder our experience. While the pantry does come with some plates, mugs and utensils, it lacks cutlery and glasses. The pantry was also well stocked with spices and condiments to aid in cooking. The amenities were as advertised and the apartment itself was wonderful. It had been spotlessly cleaned, well maintained and accomodating enough for the four of us. All in all, our experience with Hang and their Pentstudio apartment was everything we could've asked for and more. Love from 🇮🇳

Host was friendly and profesional. one of the best airbnb apt which i have stayed in Ha Noi. its friendly and full of facilities. the apt was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nice city view! The best thing is its prime location - supermarket and coffee shop downstairs, near to everything. Compared to the apartments in Ba Dinh district, its price is more reasonable.. Highly recommend!!!!!

Nhà của Luka thật tuyệt vời. Tôi đã ở đó nhiều hơn 1 lần và lần nào tôi cũng thấy hài lòng. Luka là chủ nhà rất dễ mến. Ngoài ra anh ấy còn giúp đỡ tôi rất nhiều trong khi sử dụng căn hộ. 10 điểm cho Luka và nhà của anh ấy.

This is a great large studio apartment in Smart City, plenty big enough for 2. Fully furnished, stylish with a good view towards the city. There are loads of shops and local restaurants around the area. It is easy to get the building by internal Vin free bus - the stop is opposite with Vincom Mega Mall run frequently. Busses from there to the Old Quarter take 40 minutes depending on the time of day. The apartment, is clean, modern and has everything you need for a short stay.

This place was clean, spacious and the view of Hanoi from the balcony was absolutely stunning. The hosts were responsive whenever we had questions as well. Highly recommend!

Really great value for money in Hanoi. The place was spotless and the bathroom very clean. The apartment is new. I stayed on the 1st floor and had a very nice garden view. Location less busy and you have to walk up to 20mim to access some of the hotspots but away from the chaos of Hanoi and very quiet
