My colleagues have stayed at this property before. Little difficult to find, it would be ideal for a What3Words to be issued with the check in details. But they enjoyed their stay again, and would stay again should we be in the area. Communication from host was good.

This was a wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone. Although it’s in the hosts living premises, you have total privacy in the Elliott suite and the uninterrupted use of the pool and hot tub. The character in the Elliott suite is fabulous. There were loads of films available & also full access to smart tv Netflix etc. I felt so at home here & will absolutely come back! Lucy is lovely and a helpful host! Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!😍

Nice and clean, easy to find and parking available

just came back from our lovely cosy evening at Holly cottage. The cottage itself is beautiful, very homely with amazing views from the lounge. Great extra touches such as breakfast bits and bobs and our own personalised welcome note was a cute touch. Folder full of information regarding the cottage, amenities and local areas/ routes and places of interest. would definately visit again and highly recommend to others. thanks for having us, was nice to meet you on our way out this morning too 😀. x

A lovely home with great facilities especially with young children. Safety gates, travel cots and bed guards available which meant our stay was comfortable and stress free. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great. Emily & Lee were super easy to communicate with and responded and fixed an issue rapidly. Cannot fault them! Thank you again for hosting our family :) x

A well appointed flat, beautifully presented and in a fantastic location for exploring the city of Hull. Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet place to stay but with everything you need (including lovely fresh bread!) on your doorstep. Abbie was a great host, always quick to respond, and we had a perfect stay.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

Jo and bill are a lovely couple who went above and beyond to make sure everything was great for me. It was easy to find and in a lovely area. I had no issues whatsoever in my stay and I would highly recommend this air BnB to anyone. Great hosts great place great couple of weeks.

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

This was the perfect place to stay in Newark for our weekend. It is a charming home, full of comfort and warmth. Our dog, Monty, was welcomed and they were so very kind to look after. Him when we went to our party on Saturday night; he was very happy.

The house is as described with plenty of information, Rachel is consistent in letting you know if other guests will be arriving

Perfect 1 night stay!! Catherine’s place was exactly what we needed for a nights stay over. We were gundog training and had travelled up 3 hours with our 4 dogs (which Catherine very kindly agreed for us bring) so it was the perfect base for getting some rest and the beautiful breakfast the next morning set us up for the day ahead! Thankyou for a lovely stay! :-)

Staying with Louise & her husband isn't like staying at a normal AirBnB, it's a bit like being wrapped up in a warm blanket & looked after for the weekend. I think Louise might need to branch out & run a restaurant with rooms to be honest, she's a natural host and has a flair for hospitality. Highlights: - Arrival fruitcake, cheddar, biscuits & pot of tea served on a tray in my room - Warm room twinkling with fairy lights, smells divine from various scented candles - Bathroom spotless, incredibly well equipped with luxury toiletries - Complimentary snacks, drinks, magazines, books, TV in the bedroom. - The breakfast is probably the best I've had & plentiful too. I can eat a lot & couldn't finish it! - Louise is available to chat but isn't intrusive. It's a hard balance to find but she manages it effortlessly. - By arrangement Louise allowed me to use the office - thank you! - Louise & her husband washed my car on the Sunday as a surprise. Wow! Amazing, good value, lovely! 5*

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet area it allowed for rest and relaxation. My husband truly enjoyed our twilight spa experience! Being able to see the stars at night, while relaxing in the hot tub, and spend quality time with my spouse was amazing.

Really enjoyed our overnight stay at Clares. Check in was easy with very clear instructions and Clare was extremely responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Clares place is very comfortable and very cleverly thought out with everything you could possibly need for a short stay. A light breakfast was included which was really handy and welcome. Clare was thoughtful and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommended and will return.

A great place to stay for countryside nature and walking.Very comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast is amazing and Gina goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
