Great break, lovely location on the lakeside, really peaceful and beautiful, hot tub was great and the caravan was clean and comfortable, Sam was a great host, Thank you for the welcome pack that was really thoughtful, Thank you again we had a lovely break.

Hill Crest House was perfect for our family reunion. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and had plenty of supplies. The game room was the best part though, with plenty of space for the whole family to hang out. We enjoyed walking across the fields to the pub at Tetney Lock. We look forward to coming back in the summer to enjoy the pool and garden.

This was a wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone. Although it’s in the hosts living premises, you have total privacy in the Elliott suite and the uninterrupted use of the pool and hot tub. The character in the Elliott suite is fabulous. There were loads of films available & also full access to smart tv Netflix etc. I felt so at home here & will absolutely come back! Lucy is lovely and a helpful host! Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!😍

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, truly didn't want to leave, hostess was excellent and the place was absolutely spotless, the welcome basket was an amazing addition, the location was beautiful and couldn't fault a single thing, hot tub was incredible, hopefully will be back to stay again next year!

Jeanette place was extremely clean the bed was very comfortable as I struggle with my back and knees the hot tub was easy to use and Jeanette came every day to make sure it was clean and to put the chemicals in I would highly recommend to people and I will be definitely booking again in the future ❤️

Great place to stay. Place was very clean. Great location, very peaceful Hot tub was ready to use which my kids absolutely loved. Host was very responsive, friendly, easy to talk to. Check in was very easy. Had no problems at all. Definitely recommend

We had an amazing stay at Michael's Airbnb over the weekend, enjoying a perfect staycation! The house was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, accommodating all 11 of us with ease. It was ideal for families, with thoughtful amenities for kids, parents, and even babies. We loved the privacy the property provided—perfect for our karaoke sessions that lasted well into the night! The layout was perfect, with plenty of bathrooms for convenience, and two cozy living rooms that suited both adults and children. The kitchen was stunning—well-equipped and aesthetically pleasing. While the heated pool was a great feature, the rainy weather kept us indoors. Nonetheless, we still made use of the BBQ grill and hoping to come back in the summer to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Michael was an outstanding host—welcoming, generous, and friendly. He was responsive to our queries and prompt with replies. Overall, we had an unforgettable and fun experience!

Another amazing stay, 2nd time we've been and won't be the last. Jason's a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble. My 2 autistic sons love it here and are always upset when we leave. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Emma’s was a lovely place to stay it felt very cared for and as guests we felt very cared for. Emma had really thought of everything. We were lucky with the sunny weather and enjoyed having lunch in the garden. It was very quiet and peaceful. Emma was very kind and helpful.

Lovely large property that was spotlessly clean. The location was ideal as it was only a 5 minute walk to the hospital. There was plenty of information in the property on where to eat, which was very useful as we had never been to the area before. Will stay again when next visiting

Lovely homely cottage a short drive from Lincoln. Peter the host was very responsive and communicated well with us throughout. We were allowed access 2 hours earlier than the allotted time which was great. The cottage had everything we needed for our stay including a welcome pack of breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausages, milk, bread butter and Peter’s own home made honey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the wood burning stove and the outdoor area where we could watch the rabbits and pheasants every day. I would recommend this delightful cottage to anyone coming to beautiful Lincoln. There is so much to see and do!!

Loved the comfort of the place as well as its accessibility to the City Centre.!! Everything within the house was in perfect condition, peaceful surrounding neighbourhood and the service from Lo and Hellen was always readily available. you can't go wrong with this pick!!!

Lovely host who reached out before our stay to ask if we needed the sofa bed, which we did. Suzanne made sure it was made for us. Suzanne also gave us clear instructions on where to park, at a nearby car park for when the permit parking was in use.

The stay was fantastic! The space was spotless, well-designed, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the small thoughtful touches, like fresh coffee and extra toiletries, made the experience even better. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, attractions, and easy access to public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout the stay. Quick responses and helpful local recommendations added to the experience. Overall, it was a perfect stay—clean, convenient, and welcoming. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

We stayed in this beautiful cottage for two nights. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet location. Would definitely recommend to others. Great host with good communication.

A lovely, spacious family home with plenty of room for everyone. The setting suited us perfectly, a big private driveway, lots of parking, and backing on to open fields. The kitchen diner is a great space, with patio doors out to a large garden. The sitting room is also lovely and very spacious. The house was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with the basics, there was a big range cooker which was perfect as we were cooking for a small family gathering. With such a large space downstairs and all the facilities, it was also easily accessible for family members who are not so mobile. The location is very easy to find, a few minutes from the M180 but in the peaceful village of Belton. Alison was very helpful, always quick to respond, and nothing was too much trouble. All in all we had a great stay, thank you.

We recently stayed for 4 weeks as our house was being renovated. The house is fantastic great garden and great sunny room in the morning / early afternoon at the back of the house. Owners are great super responsive, super clean when we arrived. Would strongly recommend. Great dog walking in sturton. Thanks Elly and Ernie just what we needed

Francis was such a lovely host. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything for our stay. The accommodation was very clean, had all the facilities and was ideally located for our stay. Francis left us clear instructions to check in/out and during our stay and his communication was great. Would highly recommend a stay at Francis's place and cannot thank you enough for our lovely stay!

Elaine could not do enough to make my Mum and Dads stay more comfortable. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. The place is cosy yet has a unique twist. My Dad is a big fan of the reclining seats! The location is perfect if you are looking for a quiet get away with a top notch garden. Thanks Elaine!

We had a lovely stay in Cleethorpes for a friends birthday. The house was perfect for our size family of 2 adults and 2 children. We paid a little more than we thought we would for the area but it was worth it for this property. Glad to have off-road parking and also in a quiet street. House was new and clean and clutter free with plenty of wardrobe space. Bedrooms were large and bathrooms new and spotless. Kitchen was immaculate with good equipment. Nice to have a little outside area too when the sun shines! Close to the beach and amenities which is super easy for the kids. Keith was super responsive and helpful and kindly left us a really sweet box of goodies to enjoy which went down well with the kiddies and adults! Would stay again if we come back.

The place was ideal for a family Christmas. We were able to spend time all together. Spacious house. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. Great open space. Ideal location in the village. Lee was always responsive . Will recommend the place . Thank you

It's in a very good location, nearby with a retail parks and supermarket, while where we stay is in a quiet area. The house is clean and the beds are comfy. A little issue with the freezer but not a big deal. If you plan to cook, I suggest you bring your own pots and pans and the induction cooker may take a bit time. One thing would really like to share is the toilet has no locks on the door so you may want to beaware if you are not going with your family.
