Great host, nice quiet street, and the room had a comfy bed on the top floor. Sarah kindly accommodated an early check-in so I could attend an online meeting, which was much appreciated.

Literally fell into bed at 10pm then left by 7am. Great place to stay, lots of thoughtful touches such as hot drinks, cereals, yoghurts and toiletries (we all forgot toothpaste!). Would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay the location was just what we needed for the Center of Lincoln. Host was more than helpful would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return

Ticked all the boxes while working away with the lads four of us found this place just perfect. Clean bedding and towels and a well equipped kitchen and sky Q too. Suzanne was responded to messages and is a great host

Lovely, clean house only a 4 minute drive to Cleethorpes. Perfect for me, my friends and the children. All 7 of us stayed here yet the house still felt spacious. The shop a few doors up sold everything you needed and there was an Asda just a short drive away. We didn't have any bath towels but that may of been a miscommunication between myself and the owner, so worth checking but John the owner was extremely accommodating, very helpful and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning.

Booked two of Anna's houses for staff working in the area. They thought the house had everything they needed home from home. Would defiantly book again if we are working in the area again.

Great host and property

The house was lovely and in a perfect location right by the Cathedral (you can actually see it from the window) and near the Castle and the quaint shops and eateries of Steep Hill. Samantha had provided everything we needed for our week long stay, with all necessary amenities and the kitchen was very well kitted out. Having a garage for car parking was a definite plus too. Highly recommend Samantha’s place for a Lincoln stay.

We had a great stay! We had some issues with an alarm that went on in the middle of the night. However we got good instructions from the host in the morning. Would come again😊 Thank you!🙌🏼

This is a great find- very clean and perfectly well appointed! It’s down a street which was very quiet and felt very safe! Five minutes walk into town! Mirrors and hooks galore was very pleasing to my wife! You can always tell a good find when you walk in and it smells nice!!

Beautiful house, had issues with the hob but was sorted straight away with no issues. Would definitely use again.

Great house to stay in. Spacious and very very clean. We had everything we needed here. Parking in the street with a permit provided by Ann was so easy - its a big help when you can get easy parking outside the house. Ann was easy to contact and deal with and very friendly. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

The location couldn’t be better, and there is everything you would need to self cater, and the tv is super in the sitting room. The downstairs is lovely, and a nice sized bathroom beautifully laid out. Thanks for our stay. Liz

A beautiful comfortable home in a great location with everything within walking distance. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and the little thoughtful touches such as a loaf of bread and milk in the fridge were much appreciated. Thank you and will definitely be staying again.

Great stay at this very clean and tidy property with fast internet and close to everything Cleethorpes has to offer. Definitely recommended.
