Great location, literally on the main drag of shops and 2 blocks to the center of town where they have the open air market.

Immaculate flat with stylish furnishings, very comfortable beds with luxury linen. A comfortable lounge and a great kitchen. It was impeccably clean throughout. Highly recommend and will stay there again in the future. 10/10

We had a great stay at Mark's place, excellent value for money and perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, pier and arcades as well as being close to the Cleethorpes town centre. Mark was very communicative and was very helpful, providing extra bedding when we requested it on the same day. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be staying here again.

I loved the apartment, I really liked the location which is close to the center, close to restaurants and the gym.

Just back from a few days away in their Cleethorpes flat. Cannot fault it, perfect location with fabulous sea views. Great sized flat, spacious( 1 adult 2 little ones in our party). Pristine, modern and great facilities. Any queries I did have the hosts responded very quickly and were very helpful. Beds perfect if you love a soft cosy bed with super soft pillows. Would love to visit again soon. I've thing to note, which wasn't a problem for us but there are stairs to the flat and then stairs to the attic bedrooms so just be mindful if you have mobility issues. loved it, thank you for having us. 😊

Excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay - Derek’s property looked exactly like the photos & was very clean and tidy. Location was great also - central, and easy walking distance to all parts of town. Would highly recommend - beautiful property 👍🏻😊

Great break, lovely location on the lakeside, really peaceful and beautiful, hot tub was great and the caravan was clean and comfortable, Sam was a great host, Thank you for the welcome pack that was really thoughtful, Thank you again we had a lovely break.

It was a lovely place. Modern and very clean. The kitchen in particular was very well equipped. Claire messaged in the morning with plenty of clear detail on check in. My only slight criticism is the towels were quite small.

On arrival Kate greeted us at the front of mill house to the smell of home made scones. Plenty of easy free parking. Kate showed us around the house and made us feel welcome. She had left fresh milk, bread, crisps, biscuits and jam and cream to go with the still warm scones. Day one we sat in the gorgeous garden overlooking the stream with the ducks and ducking in the stream. Day 2 went on an Easter trail to a local heritage place, day 3 drove to Lincoln which was beautiful at the top of the hill in the cathedral quarter bit of a party town at the bottom but worth a visit. In the evening we visited Bella vita the Italian restaurant opposite which was lovely food. Day 4 and day to come home could have stayed longer and a visit to major oak at Sherwood Forest. Kate was amazing and replied to messages swiftly about places to go etc. our granddaughter loved a visit to Kate's beautiful garden a play on her swing. The house was immaculate and cosy, and the beds were so comfy.

I had a fantastic stay at this new-build property. Accessing the keys was straightforward, making check-in hassle-free. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were excellent, with a modern shower that worked perfectly. The place was spotlessly clean, and each of the three single beds was equipped with two towels, which was a thoughtful touch. The heating was great, ensuring the house stayed cosy throughout my stay. Parking right outside the property was incredibly convenient. Prince, the host, was easily contactable and very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant and seamless experience. Highly recommended!

we are a group of 6 friends and just spent the perfect weekend away here. Natalie was a great host, the house was spectacular. All the small details were beautiful, the garden overlooking the lake was lovely and the hit tub was such a great treat. The little extras like slippers and bathrobe just made it perfect. Everywhere was clean. We are already planning to return next summer.

Shoreline is such a lovely calm and relaxing house to stay in. Beautiful interiors and a wonderful view over the estuary. Well equipped throughout and most comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, with strolls along the foreshore and under the magnificent Humber Bridge.

The house is in a beautiful location, especially when the sun is shining, and very easy access to Boston. Excellently set up for playing board games with an outdoor fire place so you can keep playing when it starts getting cold. Would highly recommend to those looking for a relaxing weekend with friends and family!

This is genuinely the best airbnb we have stayed in! It is faultless! The thought that has gone into making sure guests have everything is astounding! The pace is spotless and the place has all those little details that makes it feel like home including a really well organised kitchen and contents, lots of bathroom extras and even 4 large black umbrellas in the hall stand - I guess it's not always sunny in 'ull! It's position on the marina is a beautiful setting and so close to everything in the old town and the newer part of town. Parking is easy and there is one allocated space but also plenty of room round the back of the apartment too. You really don't need to use your car if you plan to explore Hull itself which is great. We recommend the Minerva pub and the Lion and Key for food and old pub charm. Hull is my hometown even though I left in the 80s but staying here made it feel like a special holiday. Thank you Simon - we will be back!

The flat was spotless, everything you needed was there. Including an air-frier. However could not find a frying pan, can you fry an egg in an air frier! He had also provide basic essentials like tee/coffee/sugar /fresh milk / croissants/biscuit’s. However supermarket 2 mins walk away. The town has a lot of history and the museum is very much worth a visit if you want to understand the British civil war. Loads of pubs, many centuries old.

I had a pleasant night at Thomas place . It was very quiet and very clean.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Paul’s place - it’s homely and has everything I need. It’s in a beautiful location with a balcony looking onto the river.

My husband and I stayed here to attend Newark Showground and it was a good distance. The accommodation was perfect and self-contained so we had the privacy needed as we returned late some nights. The flat was amazing and an excellent use of space to make it feel spacious and at home with everything you need for your stay. In particular, Sarah was very helpful and responsive and which made our trip so much more doable and easier. Thanks Sarah x

Great host and very helpful with recommendations on good local restaurants and eatery places! Lovely apartment and well maintained. Smells fresh with good view of the seafront. Walking distance to Great cafes and restaurants. Beds& beddings were comfy & smelled nice. My only little minus will be probably asking cleaner to check on cobwebs . We had a lovely weekend overall. Jeanette was an exceptional host and Laura’s Loft is the perfect place to stay when visiting the heart of my home county. We stayed for the British Superbike round at Cadwell Park and found it the perfect place, a real haven after a day of work, noise and chatter. I would highly recommend Jeanette’s little Wolds haven and would definitely stay here again should the chance arise next season.

We had a family emergency and Leanne was so helpful and accommodating. Responding straight away and helping us whenever we needed it. The apartment was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed. It had everything you needed from slow cookers to a tumble dryer. The only thing I struggled with was that I did not know there was stairs into the property which was problematic when I was on my own with the pram, but it would not stop me coming back! Definitely will use again when we come back to see family! A*****
