Great place on the water, very quiet finger off New River. Walkable to all of Las Olas. Would stay again for sure.

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

Amazing location close to airport and beaches! Travis was an awesome host with a beautiful unit with pool my friends and I LOVED our stay!!

This condo was amazing! It had amazing views and was just like the pictures! The beds were very comfy and neat. We loved the easy access to the pool and were only steps from the beach! Parking was easy and only a short walk right to the condo! Golod was a great host and responds quickly!

Did a spring break trip with 11 friends. Place was fantastic, easy experience, Jodi was great and everything went as planned. Resort was very nice, not too crowded. 10/10 would recommend!

THIS APARTMENT IS UNREAL! I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!! I lived in the area for 13 years, and wanted to bring my daughter back to my favorite part of the beach. Dharma's place was absolutely perfect! The location is the best on the beach...not too crowded and wider beach (some parts of Miami Beach can be very narrow). Beach chairs and umbrella being included is a huge plus in Miami. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with everything that you need to stay there for a week. Super comfy/huge bed and very quiet. The balcony was massive! I was in total shock...it wrapped around the entire unit and even though it wasn't water view, we had an amazing sunset view every evening. I didn't rent a car on purpose, since I already knew that that location has great walkable restaurants, the perfect beach spot and 2 awesome pools/jacuzzi. Plus the most incredible park next door for kids. Also, Dharma responded within minutes! I am already planning to book our next return!!

Chloe was very communicative and checked in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. A lot of the units in the building were short term rentals and we had very friendly neighbors- given that information, we did not hear our neighbors through the walls which was great. Our particular unit was on the corner of the building and had SO MANY windows which was really enjoyable for natural light while also having a border of trees and bushes to keep the street noise down.

We had a wonderful stay at Adlene’s place! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great experience!

This home was immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rainshower head had the best feeling. Luis was a terrific host. He was quick to respond to any message. The kitchen has the basic essentials needed for breakfast lunch or dinner. The pool is right outside the slider, slightly heated and well maintained, as are the chaise chairs. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The beach is a five-seven minute drive. We will definitely return next winter.

The location was absolutely stunning, featuring breathtaking views that enhanced the overall ambiance. However, it could benefit from some improvements, such as a cozy small table for enjoying meals, elegant wine glasses, and coffee cups for those relaxing mornings. Overall, my experience there was very enjoyable and left a lasting impression.

Michael’s place is beautiful and super clean, as well as private!!! The decor is lovely and the bed amazing! Relaxing in the hot tub with the magical atmosphere and lighting is so luxurious. I did not want to leave! I am looking forward to staying again for a special weekend!!! Thank you for being a wonderful host Michael 🙏

Beautiful sunny wrap-around deck, flexible check-in&out, big comfy bed, incredible rooftop and building amenities, coffee shop in the building, close by to everything you need (restaurants, parks, etc.) .. made my first visit to Miami absolutely perfect, wished I could've stayed longer!

Yenny was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and transportation. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and how welcoming the space felt from the moment I walked in. The only downside was the elevator—it could be quite slow, especially during peak hours, which made it difficult to stick to a tight schedule. On some days, I had to wait 5–10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to head out on time. That said, everything else about my stay was top-notch, and I would absolutely return. Thank you again, Yenny, for your wonderful hospitality!

This was a great location and very convenient as it was in walking distance to a lovely Italian restaurant the private backyard added an extra touch and all of the amenities was also great love the modern feel of the home well decorated

Victor's Place was absolutely amazing! It was truly an oasis tucked away in a place you would never think. Totally private. Spotlessly clean and an ultra comfortable bed. All the photos are exactly the way it looks but it's even better in person. The outdoor space is so beautiful and relaxing especially in the evening when you can take a hot tub and lay in the hammock. They have the outdoor space lit up with beautiful lights and it's totally peaceful and private. You can even walk around in your birthday suit LOL. The place was 5 minutes from practically anything you need like a great place for brunch and coffee and muffins and all of the basic amenities like Walgreens and Target Etc and absolutely wonderful restaurants. It's literally 8 minutes from the beach by car. Basically as soon as I walked in I wished I could live there. They were so accommodating and respectful of my space and they were great with recommendations as to where to go and what to do. Just a totally awesome experie
