As of 12/2024, this is ~20 minutes away from the location that is shown in the "Where You'll Be" map. Erika was a great host, so it'll likely be corrected soon, but you may want to confirm with her before reserving, if the specific location is important to you.

Host was very kind, responsive, and attentive . The place is very charming and lovely, just as pictured. Quiet, peaceful and inside a nice neighborhood. 10 mins off of I-95 which was great for us to get to other places quick. The place had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Me and my friends spent the weekend and it was such an amazing experience. The house is at perfect location, next to every famous spots, there's literally a brazilian market by the end of the street and this was very important to us! House was so clean and smelling nice, the place is very comfy for 5 people. The outside area is pretty cute and lots of space, we could parked 2 cars easily. The host is very helpful and friendly! Amazing experience!

Cute quaint neighborhood. Close to shops and Everglades National park. Spacious enough for our trip. The pool was an added bonus. Cynthia was very responsive any time I reached out.

Excellent value. Would definitely stay again. Well equipped kitchen. No traffic noise on quiet street. Davie is between the two approach paths for FLL, but planes are landing and so not noisy Beds are a little firm for me, but that is a personal preference. My wife and buddy liked them.

The towels and amenities provided were excellent, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. The bathrooms were exceptionally well-maintained and offered a high level of cleanliness. Additionally, the equipment was of high quality and in pristine condition, while the entire establishment had a fresh and inviting ambiance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a superior experience.

Great location, quiet and close to the beach. The beautiful garden area outside was a nice touch. The apartment was exactly as described, and Donna and Tracy were incredibly friendly. We were 4 people, and there was just the right amount of space for us. They even let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Donna and Tracy—highly recommend this apartment!

A perfect place in south beach. Tucked in on a cute street and 10 minute or less walk to beach and tons of restaurants. A CVS is very close by for anything you forgot to pack. Can’t recommend enough!

Helena's place was exactly as advertised. Perfect for those who are out and about and need a comfortable home base to regroup, plan your next day, and rest in a quiet/peaceful neighborhood. Almost hard to believe that the location is so convenient to MIA and area expressways. l like to provide a dining recommendation if possible to both help local businesses as well as encourage travelers to be adventurous by avoiding "chain"/cookie cutter restaurants. My suggestion for Helena's place is: Islas Canarias Cafe Restaurant & Bakery An Anthony Bourdain pick as well. About 10 minutes away. You will not be disappointed. We went twice during a two night stay. We will definitely stay with Helena again!

Miranda’s place was very comfy. It was walkable to the grocery store, beach and restaurants. The salt water pool was wonderful. Wish we would have been able to stay longer!

Every expectation was met. Very clean and easy to access. The T.V. had good access to a variety of applications and channels.

I had a great stay in Miami with my Family! The apartment was excellent—spacious, well-maintained, and in a great property. Hillary provided outstanding support throughout my stay. I initially raised a concern about the lack of utensils, and to my surprise, I received everything I needed within 10 minutes—an amazing level of service! I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Miami. The only small issue I noticed was a slight smell in the lobby area, which might be due to an external factor. Apart from that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely choose and recommend this property.

Our stay was great!! The unit was just as described, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed the amenities, specifically beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids. It was a quick walk to the beach and the entire unit was quiet - everyone in the building respected quiet hours. Just what we needed for a quick beach getaway for our family.

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!
