I was pleased with how clean and tidy Sergios’ accommodation was, and Sergios himself was very pleasant - both to share the accommodation and to chat with! Great recommendations for local amenities and very responsive over message. My privacy was also always respected and I was able to fully relax every day after work. My room was comfortable and homely, with great natural light from the garden-facing window. Overall, I would recommend any prospective guest make the most of Sergios’ hospitality and enjoy his accommodation.

I stayed for two weeks for work. The apartment had everything you could need for a short or long stay. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was ideal for my requirements local to where I was working, easy to find and get to. The apartment had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable.

Useful having two bathrooms. Particularly liked that there was a dehumidifier which meant I could dry my clothes on the airer reasonably quickly. Walking distance of train station and supermarket. Parking at the rear of the building was easy. John sorted out a problem really quickly... responded within half an hour and completely resolved while we were out.

Anne was very friendly and helpful. The space was great, lots of room. Lovely walk to downtown. Good restaurants and shops.

My employees stayed at KKs property as a home away from home for a work trip. KK was helpful and friendly, always proactive with responses and very accommodating. The property is great value for money, easy check in, nice & clean. Thanks again KK, will definitely book again next time we're in the area 😊

We enjoyed the idea of being in the town without feeling like we were. Although we were right on the street, we didn't feel invaded. Parking right outside was great. Noise was not a problem. The local shops were fabulous. Walking distance to the station for the day trip to Oban, which was special. Thanks to Kerry for an enjoyable stay.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The flat was Clean, very Comfortable, Convenient (shoppes, Falkirk center, and the rail station), and Elena's Communication was top-notch: clear and timely -- I especially appreciated her mid-stay check-in. Having access to a clothes washer was a wonderful plus! I would definitely like to stay here again and hope Elena's place is available for my next trip to Scotland.

Lovely, comfortable flat just 5 minutes walk from Livingston North train station which makes it ideal for getting to Edinburgh and Glasgow. I messaged Kumar with a question before our stay and he replied very quickly. I can recommend this flat.

Charle’s place was really lovely and had everything we needed. As we stayed over Christmas it was a great addition to have a little tree up and a couple of decorations plus some Christmas goodies - thank you! Everything felt very clean and new and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Being from the United States and coming into Scotland and staying at Kristy’s place was quite different for us. We are not used to the heating, the oven, the washing machine, the driving! But Kristy was available and answered all my inquiries and made our stay comfortable. She checked in on us to make sure all our needs were met. The place was nice and bright. I enjoyed my mornings looking out at the walking path behind the building. The listing was accurate and the place offered everything you needed. You do have to walk up two flights of stairs to reach the apartment but that was no problem. We had to leave early due to an emergency and Kristy was nice to work with us. We enjoyed the apartment.

Una zona muy tranquila y, aunque parece que estás en las afueras, son 7 minutos al centro donde tienes zona de ocio, restaurante, ... supermercados muy cercanos... Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Would I stay at this Airbnb again? Yes I would. What I see as this locations strengths, you may perceive as a weakness. It is not in a town centre, but the middle of a long-established, very quiet, residential area in Central Scotland. If you have a car, you will be fine, if not, then be prepared for a 13 minute walk to the Railway station and the same again to the "town centre" where you will find an Aldi, pubs and eateries. And that timing assumes you work out the short cuts!! As a sprightly 65 year old who likes to keep the smart watch working overtime, this is not an issue for me, it may be for some. This residence may not have the frills that some other locations may provide but it is clean, the white goods work and the heating I had to turn down! Polmont may lack its own tourist attractions, but it is perfectly located to visit the nearby towns and cities which do have world class amenities.

Great flat to stay for few days. As it was also on the ground floor, it meant that it was accessible to everyone and specially for my elderly parents who the booking was for. Place was clean and well looked after. John was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive when I needed to get in touch. Would highly recommend and it will be my go to if I need to rent somewhere again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home and was lovely to come back and relax after a hard day being a tourist. There was 4 of us and so we each had our own room which was great. We asked for a late check as our flight home was going to be very late . It depended on whether there was a booking but Jing confirmed that we could and also we could leave our bags. This was amazing and we really appreciated this. He responded very quickly. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay there when we come again

We had an absolute amazing time in Paul's place!! The view was incredible. Paul was extremely friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place.

What can I say, we found a gem and that was Matt! He is the perfect host, wonderful warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, he is passionate about where he lives and local knowledge is perfect for those who are new to the area. His accommodation is stunning, his passion for renovating the property to be as authentic as possible shines through, it was beautiful. The garden is just stunning! The accommodation is near all the amenities, beautiful park nearby, quiet and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend staying and we will definitely return!

Lorraine’s place was great, big living space and comfortable beds with an apartment full of great amenities. 9 of us across 2 apartments was very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. 5/5

This will be our go-to stay in Edinburgh. Walkable from Waverly train station, Hollyrood, Royal Mile, Castle, Grassmarket, Princes St….like seriously so central. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is perfect for travelers & the fireplace was amazing after chillier than expected weather walking around exploring all day. It’s beautifully decorated & we felt at home for 6 nights! We actually loved the daily stairs as we came home having lost weight on vaca, lol! Thank you for your hospitality Lindsey!

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. We highly recommend this location as its beautiful and would come again. We give Lesley a full, 5 star thumbs up for her impeccable service. Thanks!

Beautiful apartment. Was greeted and warmly welcomed. All the essentials were left for us in the kitchen including bread, butter, milk and even bottle of Prosecco to accompany us in the luxurious hot-tub. Worth the stay if you are visiting the area!
