West Lothian : locations de vacances avec brasero

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s place. It was in a perfect position for our family get together close to our relatives. Clackmannan is quite small but has a good coop which is only 5 minutes walk from the house. We also used a local Indian takeaway, they delivered and it was very good. The property itself is very well equipped .. particularly the kitchen which was important for us as we wanted to cook at home. Lots of nice walks around the area and also close to Stirling, Edinburgh and Glasgow if you want to explore. I only contacted Karen a couple of times but she got back to me right away both times which is always good as a host. We would definitely use the property again for family catch ups.

It was a home from home. Comfortable for all the family and pets. Perfect for our needs when moving home locally

Sarah is a lovely host and the house is large and comfortable. Everything is there that you could need for a nice stay in the countryside. Lots of walks and cycling options nearby, easy to get into Innerleithen, there are alpacas just around the corner, and the river Tweed is just over the road. A great place to relax and unwind.

This is the second time we have stayed at Melissa's home. It is such a great place in a really good location, with lots of travel links if required. Melissa is a fantastic host and it's always great to meet her when you arrive and if there is any issues then she is right at the end of the phone. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We look forward to coming back next year!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Daniela. L’endroit est magnifique, en pleine nature, sur le golf et la demeure, rénovée par Daniela et son mari, est magnifique. Nous avons été charmés par la maison, le site, l’accueil de Daniela et les dimensions de la maison (nous étions 8, c’était vraiment parfait!). Daniela s est montrée extrêmement attentionnée, réactive et à l’écoute. De plus, le logement est à 15 minutes de l’aéroport: le confort de la proximité pour éviter des transports sans aucune nuisance sonore. Enfin, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la literie et du linge de maison. C’était PAR-FAIT 👌🤩🥰

Vielen Dank Marjory, es war uns ein Vergnügen bei dir wohnen zu dürfen! Ein tolles Haus, eine vollendete Ausstattung, der es an nichts fehlte. Es hat uns sehr gefreut, in dieser Art willkommen geheißen zu werden. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Berge wurde schon beschrieben, und trifft es voll und ganz. Wir haben jeden Tag in deinem Haus genossen. Es ist geräumig, vollständig und mit Liebe eingerichtet, eine Unterkunft in die man ankommt, und nicht wieder abreisen will. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn es uns nach Schottland verschlägt. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge nach Glasgow, Perth, Dundee und natürlich Edinburgh. Nochmals vielen Dank!

Amazing porters lodge, beautiful attention to detail, very comfortable. Hot tub was an absolute treat. All the facilities to cook during your stay. Perfect place to escape for a relaxing weekend with some lovely walks on the doorstep. Will absolutely be back one day!

Welcoming host who communicated well - clear instructions and responded swiftly to messages. Nice little house in a quiet neighbourhood that was 5-minutes from the train station (we were a 10-minute train ride into Edinburgh centre). Also, within a 15-minute walk of grocery stores and takeaways. Parking was available (if needed) and Edinburgh Zoo was close by too.

Big thank you to Claire for hosting us, a really lovely home, we had a great few days in Peebles and the location was perfect for walking into town. Would definitely recommend staying here and if we're ever back in Peebles would love to stay again!

Lesley was a welcoming, kind and friendly host. Everything was perfect in the apartment and exactly as described. It was helpful to have her living on site as she could assist us with any issues immediately; especially with bad weather warnings and giving directions and tips about the area. She was flexible with the checkout times due to the snow which helped us alot. She facilitated our pet cat very well. We are grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home so warmly and generously. We highly recommend this location as its beautiful and would come again. We give Lesley a full, 5 star thumbs up for her impeccable service. Thanks!

Hazel’s place is a cosy homely spot in Portobello, close to all everything. It's a quick 40-minute bus ride to the heart of Edinburgh, which was super convenient. Hazel was always quick to reply and the place was peaceful, perfect for a good night's sleep.

A very cosy appartment, we felt right at home. It's central and everything in Peebles is within walking distance. Can highly recommend.

Jane was a wonderful host going above and beyond making my daughters stay such a special treat.

Andrea was amazing, warm welcome right from the check in and gave an informative house tour. The house was beautiful even with the pictures it was just even better in person from the pond to even a view of the loch. Amazing host with amazing marshmallows and fire place, will defo be returning for the summer 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Had an amazing weekend away. The cabin was lovely and in such a nice location. Hot tub was great!! Leigh was a great host always on the other end of the phone answering our questions. We will definitely be back! would highly recommend

Absolutely stunning!!! The stay was perfect, the lodge was in pristine condition, was so clean! The outside bath was so peaceful and relaxing!! Mitch and Mairi were the perfect hosts, very welcoming and friendly. The homebaked food were very tasty! It’s in a perfect location, a slice of isolated paradise only 25mins away from the city centre. Overall was 100% worth the price and would recommend to anyone l!!

This was such a wonderful place for a few days away! The little house is lovely - has absolutely everything you could need and is so idyllic and beautifully designed right down to the little details. The fire pit and swing and table in the garden were such an added bonus! A lovely location too - had a great walk at Grey Mares Nature reserve about 45mins away. Couldn’t recommend highly enough, I’m looking at dates to return!

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

Wonderful, beautiful, unforgettable stay! Our very first time in Scotland and my husband and I couldn't wait to explore but our kiddos begged to stay at the Airbnb the whole time. I think that's the highest compliment for an Airbnb!

Beautiful cabin with post-card picturesque views. It was a true winter wonderland which made for a lovely experience. The heavy snow did mean we chose to not use the hot tub as it does take a while to heat up and we preferred to stay in the warmth of the cabin but that just means we’re keen to come back again to make full use of the cabin and the surrounding things to see/do! Host was helpful and responsive, and all the information ahead of the stay helped us have a stress free trip.
