Absolutely fabulous cottage-gorgeous location, super spacious and very well equipped.

Lovingly restored property with oodles of internal space for 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 children). The high ceilings, exposed beams and the veluxe windows with views of the sky were particular highlights. Langway has all the amenities inside you could need and more. Lovely to have an air bnb place that has the key bits in the kitchen that make life a bit easier when you're only a way a short period and haven't bought absolutely everything with you - cling/foil/condiments/ squash. The welcome basket and bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Beds and bedding were really comfy. Sofas not super comfy, but we didn't spend long say on them as we were mainly out exploring. Not far to Kendal and to Windemere by car. Langway has limited outside space, but we knew that on booking and the little courtyard with table and chairs was enough for us. It does face on to the lane, but the lane is exceedingly quiet with only a handful of cars ever passing. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing time here! The barn is beautifully designed and incredibly cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day's walk. The views are stunning, and we felt right at home. Karen was super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We felt so comfortable and at peace during our stay. We can't wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience."

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

We had a lovely couple of nights stay at John & Carmel’s farmhouse. As a group of 6 who studied at the uni together, it was fantastic to have the farmhouse as a base for a couple of days of adventures. The garden area was lovely (especially with the sun we had!) for cards and sun soaking. Inside was spotless and there was everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at Pauls's villa for my 40s. Everyone loved it. The villa is very spacious and great for parties or family gatherings. It is a lovely walk just behind the villa (you can see some animals ). The villa is well equipment lots of pans, plates and glasses. Beautiful garden. Only what I would suggest its to get some garden furniture so guest can enjoy sitting outside while the weather is nice. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Anna’s house was perfect, it felt tidy, clean and welcoming and we felt safe allowing our almost 2 year old to play and explore. Perfect distance to the centre, either 8 min drive or a 5 min walk to a tram stop. Wonderfully decorated and comfortable.
