Overall, if nothing else location, location, location. This was perfectly located to be able to walk to the beach within a few minutes, or the pier along with restaurants. We only had to drive when we wanted. They have a perfect backyard (shared with 2 other rental units) that has Ana amazing pool and amenities like chairs and coolers to bring to the beach. Was exactly what we were looking for and a perfect place to celebrate my wife and I anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but regret that we could only spend 3 nights with Marlene and Sherman in the beach. The unit is immaculate and has every amenity along with very thoughtful niceties. Marlene is very informative about the area, nature, restaurants, and activities. Publix and a few restaurants are located directly across from the unit which is very convenient. We also got to enjoy a Space X rocket launch which was amazing! We have now found our East Coast FLA stay and will definitely return.

We booked a two night stay to visit Brevard Zoo and the surrounding beaches. The host east very responsive, she checked the time to the zoo for us from the property and remained in contact during our stay. We were traveling with a baby and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the proximity to the local supermarket. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would provably stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

We stayed for one night before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. It was very close to the terminal and perfect for a night stay or longer.

Patty’s place was perfect for our needs. Right in downtown Melbourne every type of food is within walking distance. We love Aya for Middle Eastern food. Also lots of nightlife especially when school is in. Great mattress in the bedroom.

The house was very conveniently located near the cruise terminal. We arrived a couple days before our cruise and enjoyed staying in the house to visit the space center. The house was very clean. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Also we recommend Southern Charm Cafe for breakfast and Kelsey’s pizzeria for dinner.

A beautiful place near the water within walking distance to downtown and a very short drive to the beaches! Looking forward to staying at Mark's place again.

We had a great stay at this cozy beach bungalow. Super close to the beach, restaurants and a gourmet grocery store. Loved it!

Super convenient location & impeccably clean. It’s as central of a location as there is in Melbourne, making all the downtown restaurants & shops walkable + just over the causeway from the beach & only a couple miles from FIT’s campus. Simply for awareness, the only location drawback is being situated right on the main road through town, there is steady street noise, but we would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting our son at college. Thank you for the memorable visit!

Beautiful and uniquely decorated. Was a great place for our family to stay before a cruise. Plenty of room for 8 adults. Beach was in walking distance. The pool and canal were relaxing to hang out by in the evening. Wish we would have booked for an extra day prior.

We enjoyed our stay at Tiffany’s place. The location was nice as it was close to restaurants and stores, and a short drive to both the beach and I-95. The home was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for our needs. We appreciated that a pack n play, booster seat, beach equipment and beach towels were provided.

The listing was perfect for our family trip and needs. It was everything we expected and more, Pedro and team were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely recommend or inquire staying in the future.

John’s place is a quiet retreat away from the busy areas but close enough to get there in a few minutes. And the three minute walk to the beach is wonderful. The place is clean and John was responsive but not at all overbearing. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it for others.

We had the absolute best time at Anabel’s Airbnb! It was super clean and well organized. The area was quiet other than the train that runs close by. The backyard/patio area was perfect for tanning and enjoying the outdoors. It was the perfect amount of space for two guests and had plenty of room for more. The host clearly communicates the check in and check out instructions plus they were simple and easy. We would love to stay here again in the future!!

The home is beautiful and completely updated. The pool was great. Andrea was very responsive and an excellent host. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay there again!

Monica was very responsive and even helped us rearrange our dates to the best of her ability when we had some other events come up that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful and the property is very nice and quiet. We loved being on the top floor! The set up was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully equipped for what we needed (normally we have to go buy a vegetable peeler). The kids loved going from the pool to the hot tub. We met a few of the locals and they were very nice and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay again on our next trip down to Cocoa beach! Thank you so much Monica for allowing us to rent your property!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Great location! We were able to walk to beach, visit family before checking in for a cruise. The condo was clean, and looked like described! Would rent it again!!

Staying at Spanish Main #20 for two weeks was really wonderful! The place was on the first floor and very convenient access to the pool and steps to the private beach! The condo was super organized and the kitchen had most everything you might need to cook meals. Everything was clean and we were very comfortable. We walked a lot on the beach and to downtown Cocoa Beach where we loved the local restaurants, bars and bakeries! The laid back and unassuming feel of Cocoa Beach and its residents and visitors is very refreshing. The beautiful murals everywhere in town always made me smile😍🙏! We loved the meals and coffees at Surfinista and beers, milkshakes and dinners at 4th Street Filling Station. Another favorite was the family vibe and great fish at Mainely Lobster! The Junk Food bakery was also an amazing shop with art by local artists as a bonus😃. Make sure you take a trip on the Cocoa Beach Wildlife/Dolphin Tour to learn about the 1000 Islands and local wildlife!

Monique and Sal are great,the condo is wonderful comfortable beds close to the beach. My wife really liked that there were no stairs to climb. The pool was next the condo and the water was the perfect temp. The beach was super close and gate was a push button code which is great because I have lost keys on the beach in the past.The pier is next to the property. Location is perfect close to everything. We are very thankful for the opportunity to stay.
