Very much enjoyed staying at Kelly’s with my family & dogs for the holidays. Would recommend to anyone wanting a safe, charming, well located place to stay in Memphis.

This place is in Central Gardens, a historic neighborhood in Midtown. We felt like the neighborhood was safe. This home is close to restaurants, and grocery stores, and is easily accessible to local sights such as Sun Records, The Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street, Mud Island, and various Memphis BBQ restaurants. We found the place to be well-decorated. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a plus. There is also a half bath on the first floor. We also appreciated the garage where we could park two cars inside (with a little work). Other pluses were the fenced and private backyard and the responsiveness of Mac and Zach.

This home is tucked away in one of the quietest nooks on Mud Island. My significant other and I lived further down the street for 2 years prior to this visit back to Memphis to see friends again. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants along the river. You won’t find a better location in Memphis!

Great hosts, super clean and in an area that is less than five minutes from anything you want to eat and a bunch of good local restaurants. Easy and quick check in and felt secure. The house was adorable with two very comfortably sized rooms , smart TV in the living area and a well stocked kitchen.

This was our second time staying at Anuja's property and we love staying there. The check in process is super easy and since the house was available Anuja allowed us to check in early. We love the neighborhood that the property is in. We feel super safe there and the neighborhood is very peaceful. The house is just as described and has everything that you would need for your stay. Our four-legged child loves the fenced in back yard and we appreciate that Anuja is pet friendly. We love sitting on the balcony off of the master too. Anuja is great to communicate with and was always quick to respond. We will definitely continue to stay here in the future.

This place was amazing. It is was clean, very cool decor and furniture. The bed was so comfortable. Which was very important to me because of my back. Beligca was very attentive, helpful and gracious to our needs while we stayed at her place. I would highly recommend this particular apartment.

Adam’s place was great, kids let out a loud “ITS A GAME ROOOMM” ! Adults enjoyed the pool table. Plenty of space for a large group also. The projector screen with lounge couches in the backyard was amazing gave the movies vibe for the kids. Pictures are accurate but looks much better in person. Thanks for hosting our stay!

Everything was good. The area was good close to a lot of stuff. The only downside was the tv we had no WiFi the entire stay however Ben was on it trying to get it back on but to no avail. However we kept busy with our stay and we had a great time.

We had an excellent stay at Drew’s place. I admit I was a bit nervous about the location because I grew up in Memphis, but this area wasn’t how I remembered it—it turned out to be surprisingly great! The home was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for our group of six adults and one child. We especially loved the outdoor area, which was perfect for the little one. Love, love the instruments a great reminder of Memphis’ rich music history. Entry was a breeze, parking was convenient, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We never needed anything extra, but whenever I had a question, Drew was quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend Drew’s place for your next stay in Memphis!

Great Place to stay near Graceland

Our large family (8 adults, 5 small kids) loved this house and its location. The size was large enough for us to spread out and keep the kids separated for naptimes and early bedtimes. The pool is a wonderful place to hang out! The pool is heated year-round to 84 degrees, but during cooler seasons, the hosts will heat the pool to higher temps for an extra fee- ask about this ahead, so you can budget for it. With the outdoor temps in the 50s, we were able to comfortably enjoy afternoon swimming everyday. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood, within 5 minutes of nice restaurants and supermarkets, and only 20 minutes to downtown Memphis. I recommend this house for any family looking for a spot near Memphis to stay and play.

Brandy's house was perfect for our needs. Tastefully decorated. Clean. In a safe feeling neighborhood. Plenty of comfy pillows, extra blankets, towels. Very close to eateries and stores but not so close that you feel in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the Memphis area. We felt very comfortable, safe and at home!

This AirBNB is absolutely great - the pictures are nice but the Reality is far better! We loved the garden, the fact it had a big Garage was great, kitchen had more utensiles than you need. lot of space, communication fast and without any issues. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood, more than we thought, the direct neighbour is helpful. If we ever come back in this area, we would go there again!

We had a great stay at Cherie’s place. The home was very comfortable and very nice decor. She communicated well, and was easy to manage all the details. Would recommend it!

We absolutely adore this place and the owners are great too! We are a local family who were dealing with a gas leak and needed a quick place for a few days during the coldest time of the year. Daniel and Katie quickly accepted us and had us in the unit within 3 hours of requesting. We stayed a week and our kids loved having the space, and “movie theater” to watch all their favorite stuff! This place worked out great for our small young family but it would also be amazing for professionals -especially nurses. We had everything we needed while there. My son was sad to leave and asked to go back already! We will definitely have to visit again! Maybe for the kids birthday weekend! You won’t be disappointed staying here, it checks all the boxes! 5 ⭐️

We were in town for the Memphis Marathan and stayed at Picket Fence Retreat. The house had plenty of space to relax and be together with friends and family and we felt right at home. Thomas provided special touches like coffee and tea and a hot water pot. Thomas was quick to respond and all directions were clear and easy to follow. The neighborhood also felt like home and was conveniently located to all we wanted to do. We highly recommend Picket Fence Retreat and hope to stay there again.

Absolutely lovely home and a lovely host in a great neighborhood with all the amenities your family would need. Home is close to interstate with easy access to Memphis. Toi is very responsive and caring host would definitely recommend this home!!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place feels like home as soon as you walk through the door. Abe was an impeccable host. He was always available when we needed him and would go out of his way to help. If you travel to Memphis, I can’t recommend this gem enough!
