Clean, tidy, peaceful, warm and in a nice location with plenty to do. Comfy bed and nice linen. Everything in good working order. Folder with many helpful suggestions. Private patio with table and chairs, and onsite parking. We had a great time here.

Excellent in all aspects, providing everything we desired for our short stay weekend meeting with friends which had been prevented by original lockdown by Covid which was enjoyed by all.

Everything as described is accurate and the parking space is an added bonus. Stuart was helpful and replied very quickly to a couple of pre arrival questions we had. Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

Staying here has been a true pleasure and brought me a sense of peace. This flat is a real gem - beautifully arranged and exceptionally well-appointed. It had everything I needed and more. The location is fantastic, the home is serene, and the host was fabulously thoughtful and considerate. I highly recommend this place!

Anne was a great and flexible host . I had to change my dates for work and she was super patient and helpful . The annexe was cosy and comfy with great amenities . I would 100 % recommend and stay again .

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

We really enjoyed the time spent at Point Clear. The house was amazing, modern, huge bedrooms, clean, a lot of storage and modern kitchen. The outdoor space was well maintained, we enjoyed the hot tubs. Antonina was very helpful whenever we needed her. We will definitely come back.

The place was nice, clean, and new. Easy communication and very flexible. If you're 8–10 people, the sleeping arrangements are fine, but the living room and kitchen with dining space are a bit on the small side—though this is not hidden in the pictures.

The photos Karen took didn’t do justice on this place. The house was bigger than we thought, clean and smelled lovely. It was so cosy and homely and the garden was perfect. It was sunny and our dog just ran around and was very happy. The bed was very comfortable, we didn’t have any problems with heating or hot water, the hot water in the kitchen was slow or stopped being hot half way but used plenty of fairy liquid and just filled the sink up before hand. The shower was hot and everything was clean. Our only complaint would be the DVD player didn’t work and it’s not their fault but the main road just had so many motorcycles and lorry drivers, it’s hard to walk your dog down the road especially if they’re nervous but perfect other than that. Would come back

A clean, beautiful house in a quiet street. A perfect location very close to the railway station, seafront, pier,swimming pool, town centre, pubs and a large Lidl and Marks and Spencers food hall. Walton has a very friendly, village atmosphere and lots of lovely places to go for a walk and picnic. Lots of places to eat or to stop for coffee and cake. The house is very well equipped and has very modern decor. The back yard has plenty of seating and is completely enclosed with a wall. I would highly recommend it, especially for families. I will definitely book again the next time I want to stay in Walton.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was exactly as described. Perfect location with a lovely beach walk to the pier. Kids loved the bunk room and the toys and books were a great addition, along with some really nice extra touches. We normally stay on a caravan site when visiting clacton but this was such a lovely, relaxing alternative and I will definitely be booking again. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to come back. Xx

David and Jo were excellent hosts. Every little detail had been carefully thought out, and taken care of. They were extremely kind and thoughtful throughout our stay, and could not have been more helpful. The cottage itself is so charming, and beautifully presented. Quiet and peaceful, a perfect haven to come back to. We will most definitely be back.

nice home and a great host

I stayed 5 weeks at Bradley's flat and it was very peaceful and comfortable, I really felt home. The flat was super clean, with all the amenities that one can ever need, and everything worked perfectly. The location is very convenient too, central and only 35 min by train to London. Bradley is a wonderful and welcoming host. Warmly recommended, I will definitely come back at the next opportunity.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

Fiona was extremely helpful when I checked in especially as I for some reason got a tad lost( I was the problem as it's easy to find) The property is an annex to a beautiful house in lovely grounds with a great field for the dog to have a run in. This is the cadilac of airbnb's, the annex has everything you could possibly need. it's immaculate, exactly as in the pictures, the bed is very comfortable and the shower room is excellent

We had a great time🙂! Joanne is a great host and it was easy to reach her for couple of things we needed to know. House is in a great spot. The flat was spotless clean and a great sunlight in the flat was delightful. Had everything we needed. The flat is close to the town centre and the beach. We would come back again. Thank you Joanne. This was indeed a very good find for an impromptu visit to London. The property is just about a 5-minute walk to the train station, which has a direct line into London (35 minutes to Stratford and about 45 minutes to London Liverpool Street). The property is also located in the heart of Chelmsford with its vibrant shopping mall and restaurants. I will be recommending this property, and the managing agents were super responsive.
