Such a lovely calm location, the cottage was super clean and cosy. There are amazing farm routes to take walks and there’s so many furry friends!! Rita is lovely and so helpful, we will definitely come here again :) x

We had a wonderful weekend at Furlong Barn. The accommodation is first class in every respect. We were also allowed to help ourselves to Christmas decorations which were in the house and that made it an extra special weekend.

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! The perfect, cosy weekend getaway. Exactly what we hoped it would be. Nancy and her family were all so lovely, and went above and beyond to help during our stay. The barn and surroundings are beautiful. Can’t recommend her and the barn enough. One of our favourite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at!

The property is in a quiet location on a working organic farm surrounded by beautiful countryside. Locally there are a number of picturesque villages, places to visit and country pubs. The property is clean and comfortable. Karen and Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful and made us feel at home. Many thanks to Karen and Jonathan and hopefully we will be able to stay again. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The accommodation provided by Nicky is beautifully appointed and extremely tasteful. Nicky is a wonderful host, leaving us in peace but always on hand should any queries arise. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast items and Nicky provided lots of information for local pubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend this lovely accommodation to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay at The Stable was superb! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect retreat—peaceful, cosy, and just right for us and our three dogs. Our host, Karen, had placed a well-stocked welcome basket of provisions, including fresh eggs, milk, bread and more…The enclosed garden was a fantastic bonus, allowing our dogs to run safely while we relaxed. It has everything you could need for a stress-free getaway. The studio-style layout felt spacious and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely little dining area, and a super comfy bed. One of our favourite things? The large patio doors opened straight onto the decking, where we could sit with a coffee (or a glass or two of wine) and take in the country fresh air. The location couldn’t have been better—secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet just a short drive from Stratford-upon-Avon and the stunning Cotswolds. A massive thank you to Karen, who was an exceptional host!

We loved our stay here. Mark & Sharron were wonderful hosts, really friendly and helpful. The Barn was beautiful, clean and tidy, comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything we could have needed. The surroundings were lovely and we enjoyed a few walks around the property. I can not recommend both The Barn and The Hayloft highly enough. I booked both properties for myself and immediate bridal party for my wedding at Dodford Manor. Both properties were spacious, luxurious, beautifully decorated with everything we could have needed. The perfect space to get ready before the wedding. Janice was really helpful in the run up to our stay, always responding to questions within minutes, she went above any beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. When we met Janice and her gorgeous dogs after arrival she was so welcoming, making us feel right at home. Janice I am so jealous of your beautiful home! We will be back again in the future for sure.

We throughly enjoyed and had a very relaxing stay at Yew Tree Barn, it is immaculately kept and as a welcome our host Lisa had provided us with some lovely goodies to enjoy. The surrounding countryside and views were outstanding and we'd love to make a return visit, as its the perfect place for a restful getaway.

Natalie was an excellent host with a very comfortable well appointed cottage in a private setting. Such a great host and should we find ourselves back in Snitterfield we would definitely book again.

We had a brilliant few days away! If you are looking for tranquillity, peace and quiet in an idyllic setting, you will not be disappointed. The Barn overlooked the pond, so we spent some time bird watching as we sat out on the decking during breakfast and in the evening. We stayed in The Barn, there is also The Leat next door, which we would consider, if you wanted to take additional family members. The property had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. This was the perfect location for sightseeing the surrounding area. Natalie, the host, ensured that our stay at The Barn went smoothly before and on arrival with information regarding check-in and check-out. This was a holiday break for my elderly mother-in-law, myself & my wife. We needed everything on one level with separate bedrooms/bathrooms/showers, this property met those needs. Thank you Natalie for an amazing time at this stunning property and for looking after us.

Beautiful property as described

We had the perfect Christmassy stay at Anne’s cottage. Exaclty as described and felt so cosy and right at home. Anne was so warming and welcoming and also so responsive! The little touches were amazing including Xmas decs and hamper Anne left for us! We couldn’t wait to get back to the cottage at the end of a day to put the fire on. In a lovely quiet area but not far from main towns in the Cotswolds. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to family & friends . Thankyou so much, your little cottage is just perfect!

A beautifully converted and spacious barn in a great location. Jane is the perfect host. I would highly recommend.

Great stay lovely location very peaceful. Amazing communication throughout from Susan. Everything is thought of no step missed. The place kitted out with all you need and super clean. Would highly recommend if you fancy an off the grid break!

We had a lovely few days, the house is very well equipped and the perfect space to feel together but not on top Of each other. We stayed local and did short local walks with our children and mostly just relaxed with a warm fire (perfect in the snow!) The local shop is amazingly well stocked which was a nice surprise and super helpful to be so close when we ran out of milk. The bedrooms are really comfortable and it felt homely. We would love to come back for another relaxing trip.

Caroline was very helpful and friendly from the outset. We hired Caroline’s place for a surprise for my partner’s 30th birthday and Caroline let us check in slightly early to decorate which allowed us to create a perfect surprise - we were really grateful. Caroline was communicative throughout and helped with recommending a lovely local restaurant (The Red House) - we had an amazing meal. Caroline also recommended a taxi company who were excellent. The granary itself was a beautiful big space and very well equipped. The kitchen area is stunning with a gorgeous terrace overlooking fields and horses. I would love to come back in the summer to make the most of this! The Granary is so comfortable and cosy with plenty of space! The bedrooms are beautiful and very luxurious, it was brilliant to have an en suite with each room. Our stay at the Granary was very special in a peaceful setting. Caroline is an excellent host and on hand if needed. I would not hesitate to stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at 'the Piggery' We could not have wished to stay anywhere better. The cottage was very well located for our visit to Leicester and the perfect place to come back to and relax after a busy day. It was spacious yet cosy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very stylish and luxurious with super comfy sofas. The hot tub was a welcome addition. Thank you Emma, you have created a beautiful luxury place to stay and we look forward to returning very soon on our next visit to Leicester.
