What a great place to stay much much better the pictures. The bathroom was unreal. Would definitely recommend staying here. Supper clean. Has everything you need.

Great little space ideal for few nights away. attached to Hosts house but completely seperate. kitchen downstairs, everything else upstairs. comfortable beds. well equipped. travel cot and extra single bed and sofa bed if there are a few of you. We used the sofa bed for our 8 Yr old and he loved it. Lovely and quiet. Views out over the horses fields. Baby friendly (stairgate already fitted and highchair offered)

Literally couldn’t fault our stay, hosts were great with recommendations of what we needed. Room was great and well equipped. Lovely stay all round and would recommend

This place is amazing. A self contained accommodation with everything you need in a home from home. Beautiful scenery and surroundings. The apartment is spotless. Easy to find with W3W. I will recommend this place to family and friends who would like to visit Stafford.

What a brilliant little haven to stay in. I was attending a wedding at Donnington park farmhouse and this gem was just down the road. I’m not used to travelling by myself, but Liz’s emails were really clear and helpful and friendly, the place was clean, cosy, had everything I needed and felt safe and homey, whilst also being surrounded by fields and open space. Two lovely friendly Labrador’s also gave me a bit of fuss to make sure I wasn’t missing my own dog … and some fresh eggs and milk and bread and jam were provided, which meant I was completely self sufficient after a long journey, I couldn’t ask for more. if I’m down again I would absolutely stay again and if I’m with the family I’ll definitely book the barn for all of us.

Dee was a great host and very easy to communicate with, warm and accommodating. The garden apartment is a delight and we enjoyed our stay. We were only there for 1 night but could have happily stayed for longer. There was a lovely welcome basket in the kitchenette. There were lots of little things in case you needed them - including a hot water bottle, torch, phone charger etc. The heating was easy to use and the apartment was warm and snug. It's difficult to describe but the atmosphere of the apartment was very welcoming and relaxing - it had a nice vibe.

Es la segunda vez que alojo en el anexo de Carina y David, y si hay disponibilidad trataré de ir cuando vaya a Rugby. Es una familia encantadora y tiene una casa preciosa. El anexo es tal y como se describe. El jardín es enorme y bien cuidado y tiene acceso casi directo a una reserva natural donde se puede dar un buen paseo. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento de cómo se portan conmigo. Gracias Carina y David. Nos vemos en unos meses.

It’s an absolute gem. So many thoughtful touches. It’s beautifully decorated and styled. A very well equipped kitchenette, so close to being a kitchen. Lovely quiet place with a very comfortable bed. Kotti and Tom are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. We will happily stay again when we are in the area.

Nice comfortable and relaxing. In a very quiet area and only 5 mins walk to the race course. Nice little touches tea, coffee and biscuits and porridge for breakfast. Very quick communication Really enjoyed ourselves and would go back, thank you

it was lovely to stay with Christine, we felt like part of the family, the accommodation was lovely and we had everything we needed. Christine went above and beyond. Clean bedding and towels each week. Little treats for my son. We would come back any time.

Can't say enough good things about Kirsty and Ellens place, it's warm and cosy and in a lovely quiet area. Everything was really clean and well thought out and its rare to find a place that offers total privacy at an affordable price. They even left some chocolate for me on arrival! Very convenient for Northampton town and love that i had my own private spot to park. Would 100% stay here again.

Private access. Was a little bigger than I was expecting if anything. Parked on the road without an issue. Good facilities for the size of the place, though not much storage due to that limited size. Would stay again if I'm over that way.

James and Kirsty place is a hidden gem, tucked away in the countryside with a tree-lined path leading to their charming home. It’s peaceful, beautifully designed, and every detail feels carefully considered. The interiors are warm and inviting, with plush furniture, a blissfully comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom stocked with essentials. The real highlight? Their incredible book collection, organised by genre and even colour-coded—a dream for any book lover. The porch is perfect for a morning coffee, and the mix of rustic charm with modern comforts like fast Wi-Fi makes it an easy place to unwind. We only stayed one night, but if my partner and I didn’t have work, we’d have extended in a heartbeat. James and Kirsty are exceptional hosts—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Great place great host and a great price

What a great place to stay if visiting Worcester/Malvern, owned by lovely, generous hosts. Spacious and comfortable studio with a compact, spotless bathroom. Very well equipped with everything one might need for ashort stay. Neat little kitchen area with microwave, kettle, egg boiler/poacher. Understandably there is no hob, because the kitchen is in the room. However, there are plenty of pubs in the area and an excellent breakfast is provided by Vicky And Ben. I will come back when I next come to work in Worcester 😀🙏

The cottage was beautifully and tastefully decorated, warm and cosy in beautiful surroundings. Helen couldn’t have been any more friendly and helpful. We were left to enjoy our stay, but in no doubt that she was nearby to help should we need it. It all worked perfectly and we would not hesitate to stay there again. Gorgeous!!

We have stayed here before and returned because Penney's place is perfect for when we visit family and friends in Rugby. It's really clean, cosy, well appointed and conveniently located near to the town centre. Penny is really helpful and communicative and we'll be back again soon. Many thanks

Wow, what a great stay at Jill and Keith's! From the friendly, warm welcome to the surprisingly spacious rooms, this place is a gem. No kitchen? No problem, these two have thought about pretty much every alternative going! Under counter fridge, toaster, kettle, air fryer, somewhere to wash up, you name it, it's there! Lovely welcome pack, our toddler also very much appreciated the cereal for breakfast! This was a great base for us for a busy weekend of visiting friends and family in the area. Bewdley is a beautiful village with lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants. I also enjoyed the pictures of Bewdley going up the stairs, it's the little touches here that really make it special. You could pretty much just rock up with your clothes as everything is already there, washing up liquid, shampoo and conditioner, hairdryer, smart TV, books and board games galore! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, I'm sure we will be returning shortly. Fantastic hosts

The place is in a nice quiet village with very easy access to Towcester and Silverstone. It is easy to find and has a peaceful feel overall, great for those who like to feel independent when staying somewhere.

Wonderful stay! Perfect apartment for enjoying the surrounding area. Extremely clean and comfortable. Sue and Rog are wonderful, responsive hosts who provide everything you could think of for a comfortable stay away. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
