We were attending a wedding at nearby Sutton Bonington Hall and the accommodation was perfectly located in walking distance. Really cosy, clean and comfy place that is spacious and stylish. Jen was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

Really lovely location, staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The mattresses felt pretty worn in the middle and in need of changing. Otherwise everything was perfect! Gym, spa and pool are amazing and accessible for most of the day and evening.

This was a great place to stay for cheap central accommodation. I stayed for a university course - clean comfy bed and shared kitchen ( you get your own fridge and utensils in a locked cupboard) the gym / sauna steam and yoga room were an added bonus. Some slight noise in the early hours.. but to be expected in student halls.. nothing major.. I would definitely stay again!

My engineers have been staying here on and off for months now. Absolute place if choice for them always when working in the area due to the amenities provided. Always also never had any issue with regard to check in, check out or with any of the various properties I book offered by the host in the area.

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

Great place. Just perfect for me as a base when working away. Nice kitchen but could do with a little more attention to detail (1 spoon!!!) Checkin easy with nice friendly staff. Health club is included and very good v

Apartment was exactly as described. Tucked away with ample free parking and having use of the facilities of the leisure centre for free was an absolute bonus. Two roomy double bedrooms with comfy beds & a well fitted kitchen/living room with dual aspect so was lovely & light & airy. Great balcony off the kitchen which gets the sun all day was perfect for a morning coffee & afternoon glass of fizz. My only criticisms would be that we did wake up to no hot water which reading other reviews seems to be an ongoing issue, but one call to the leisure centre & they sent someone over straight away who sorted it. We also didn’t find the leather couches that comfy & as they are quite hard with no cushions, so we ended up using the pillows from the beds. Other than that, perfect little bolt hole for a quiet weekend away.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

we stayed the weekend for a family birthday where we all wanted to be together. the host was responsive to all our queries and was very flexible and fair to all requests. would definitely stay again :)

Lovely house in a lovely area! We had a wonderful stay—the home was perfect for a bigger group, offering plenty of space and comfort. There were lots of things to do nearby, making it a great location for exploring. The hot tub and sauna were a fantastic bonus, adding a touch of luxury to our trip. Would highly recommend. We stayed for three nights to get the family together for our son's 40th birthday! Amazing old house so cosy and welcoming! Very clean with everything provided to cater for our family of ten from grandparents to a five year old !! Amazing swimming pool and games room to keep everyone entertained! The eldest 15 year old spent a lot of time on the piano another bonus!! Thanks for the welcome hamper too!! We did manage to make a visit to Croft castle as the weather was great but there was plenty to do if the weather wasn't good!! We all liked the friendly pig !! Hot tub was a hit too!! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
