Definitely a 5 star! I will start off by saying both host were very accommodating and made sure that everything was as it should be also including communication about the weather while I was driving to the area. This house was just as described. Very clean, nice, neat, cozy and all around home feeling. I was very comfortable with my stay. Everything I needed was included at this very nice home. I also found it very accommodating for me to work from this home in the evenings. Nothing was bothersome to me at all. Neighborhood was quiet. Yes you hear the traffic but it’s on a hwy so that’s expected. Did not keep me awake or bother me. I’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Very clean, easy access, safe area, cozy stay, awesome shower head, toilet is full size and not a small round one, two TVs so if you have kids you can still watch adult shows, large back fenced in yard to let dogs out, covered carport area right next to entry. Saw it described as "staying at grandma's house" and that is very on the nose. Cons: This list is very nitpicky but if the host wants feedback to increase the quality of the stay, I wanted to pass these along. As a firm bed owner, the king bed is too firm. I would recommend a topper or replacing it with a mattress that is somewhere closer to the middle between "Soft-firm." The fridge was not making ice and the host provided a couple ice trays that were already filled and frozen, but for the cost of the stay I would like to see a better quality refrigerator that provides ice and filtered water. The couch in the living room is dingy and although it was clean there is only so much you can do with an old couch.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the sweetest dogs and horses and a kind, welcoming family who made us feel like part of their home. Their hospitality was above and beyond—always available to help with anything we needed, while totally respecting our privacy. The setting is peaceful and serene–truly a breath of fresh air! Even though we were around for work, staying here felt like a retreat—quiet mornings, scenic surroundings, and a sense of calm that made it easy to relax and recharge. The home itself is cozy, charming, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything you could need is here! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was such a lovely experience and we’d be delighted to stay again! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Very nice clean home in a quite neighborhood. I would stay there again if is available on my next trip to LA

My family road trip to West Monroe for our mother’s birthday! This is one of the best Airbnb that we rented . We enjoyed the spacious area inside and outside to accommodate our needs. The lake view was awesome, family love the fishing right off the fishing and boat dock! The neighbors welcome us like we were new residents very friendly!

When my work dates changed at the last minute, Frank was very helpful in adjusting my reservation dates so that I wouldn’t lose a ton of money. The tiny home was exactly what I needed, and I do plan to return the next time work brings me to this area.

This home was perfect for our needs. We were in town for a baseball tournament, but in our down time absolutely loved the porch and basketball. Beds are definitely on the firm side, but we would stay here again.

Quiet, peaceful location with comfortable furnishings and plentiful amenities.
