Velma is a really nice host. We always felt well taken care of. There’s a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The street and the neighbours can be a bit loud - not a minus, just mentioning if you’re looking for a quiet place. The place is a good deal for the price and has convenient connection to NYC. Best to take an Uber from/to Newark airport.

We had a wonderful time spending Christmas in and around Princeton. We walked the town and shops and had great dinners. We played cards at night at the condo and everyone had a blast. Thank you David

We had a fantastic stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From a French press for morning coffee to face wash in the bathroom, the attention to detail was truly impressive. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to catch a bus to Times Square and explore other attractions in the city. Sanela was an exceptional host—extremely welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great choice for travelers.

Taz’s place was great value, rooms were spacious, the high ceilings were a nice plus and he even had a crib available for use. If you’re a light sleeper, there is some noise upstairs late night (thanks for those earplugs, Taz!) from other tenants I assume. Not a big deal. Lots of cute places to eat and cafecitos walking distance. Street parking isn’t readily available but there is a reasonably priced garage within a few minutes of walking. Felt safe walking at night. Overall, would recommend for a family.

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

This property is a gem and our host is a treasure! Both check in and checkout were smooth and easy. Kitchen and bathroom were pristeen. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It is a beautiful place to recharge after a long night celebrating with loved ones in NYC!

El hospedaje era muy lindo , cómodo y todo súper limpio , lo que describían era cierto, lugar muy lindo para hospedarse unos excelentes anfitriones siempre pendientes de todo lo recomendaría 100% al que quiera reservarlo, muy buena comunicación y tenía jabón, shampoo en los baños de cortesía y algunas cosas útiles en la cocina todo lo necesarios, fácil acceso a la casa en la esquina hay un supermercado mexicano con todo lo necesario. Todo súper bien.

What a jewel. Staying in Hoboken at this AirBnB was an absolute highlight of our trip to NYC. Everything you could need within walking distance as you will pass convince stores, food and drinks on the way to and from the train station. Stay here and enjoy the home as it was cozy with all the amenities you need or visit the surrounding area in Hoboken, all within a short walk. We had 3 couples total on this trip and each had their own bedroom and respective bathroom, which was super helpful for all to get ready to hit the town. Highly recommend this home!!!

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

Eun Seon's place was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful - even walking us to the bus station in the mornings and giving great advice and tips for traveling across the river! We feel so lucky to have gotten to know Eun and that she shared her comfortable home with us. I highly recommend her place - especially if you're looking for something quiet but still convenient to the hustle and bustle of the big city.

The pictures don’t do the place justice. Cristin has done a beautiful job curating her space. I would describe this place as a cross between our deco, vintage French, and Femme designs. The condo is pristine and quiet. The highlight of this listing is the beautiful host. Cristin Is America sweetheart. she made sure I got to and from the train station safely, she prepared meals, allowed me to hang out with her and her friends, and extended check out for a late train departure. I will definitely book again.

Farzi was a very welcoming host and provided a comfortable environment. there was an added bonus for me. i was able to practice my tennis serve on one of the 4 courts. i didn't make use of the swimming pool though. i thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay.
