We had the pleasure of staying at Scotland End Barn this weekend for a family celebration . The house is exactly as described and perfect for a family get together. Caroline provided a very useful list of local information including places to visit and eat and was quick to respond to any queries we had . Hook Norton is the perfect village to stay with a couple of pubs and a Brewery within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend this house, thank you Caroline.

What a delightful stay I’ve just had at The Stable. Wonderful farm surroundings. Very peaceful and secure. Rita was an amazing host and the Cottage was extremely clean and comfortable and I wanted for nothing :-)

We absolutely loved our stay at rectory retreat, the setting was beautiful and it was so peaceful. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very cleverly thought out. The hot tub looking out onto open fields under the stars was the cherry on the cake! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay at the Hayloft cottage. The beautiful private surroundings just outside of Stratford upon Avon town was perfect and kept immaculate. Wendy made us feel right at home and the place was snug and cosy for the 4 of us. Complimentary treats for valentines went down a treat and we loved the pool and hot tub experience which was all pristine and well organised. Thank you so much Wendy, already planning our next trip! We had the most wonderful stay the night before our wedding. Stephanie was having some renovation work completed on the property and upgraded us to her larger property which was so kind and such a treat for us all. The house was stunning and our guests felt the same. Thank you so much!

Fantastic place to stay. We visited with our young daughter and dog & we had everything that we needed - hosts simply can’t do enough for you. Fab location as well with loads of places to visit that are only a short drive away.

Larch Barn was perfect for myself and 2 friends. We were blown away with the location and space inside and outside the barn. It was a luxury to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the huge garden after a day exploring the area. The only negative was that we didn’t want to leave!! Would definitely return…

We had a really delightful two nights here. We chose this location because we wanted to explore Stratford-upon-Avon but chose this particular spot because we wanted to be able to spend our nights in a peaceful, countryside location, and we liked the specific facilities that the barn offered. We're definitely planning on returning here in future.

Our stay at The Stable was superb! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect retreat—peaceful, cosy, and just right for us and our three dogs. Our host, Karen, had placed a well-stocked welcome basket of provisions, including fresh eggs, milk, bread and more…The enclosed garden was a fantastic bonus, allowing our dogs to run safely while we relaxed. It has everything you could need for a stress-free getaway. The studio-style layout felt spacious and inviting, with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely little dining area, and a super comfy bed. One of our favourite things? The large patio doors opened straight onto the decking, where we could sit with a coffee (or a glass or two of wine) and take in the country fresh air. The location couldn’t have been better—secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet just a short drive from Stratford-upon-Avon and the stunning Cotswolds. A massive thank you to Karen, who was an exceptional host!

Really lovely house and great location for visiting local spots, such as chipping Norton, Diddly Squat Farm and other local places. Great for families and if you have a dog; totally enclosed garden / courtyard space which was brilliant. Thank you Neil and Janet.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Stone Barn. We were blown away by how lovely the barn was. We were greeted by lambs in the field next door on our arrival, treated to a spectacular sunset and enjoyed a peaceful private stay. There were lots of small thoughtful aspects to the barn that we really appreciated for example Easter themed decor and treats, milk and coffee pods, a bluetooth speaker, a very detailed folder about what was around in the area and toiletries were provided (even some sleep spray for your pillow!). We regret that we didn't book to stay for longer as we loved our time at the barn so much. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Nicky and Mark.

The property was absolutely gorgeous. It was very tastefully decorated and furnished beautifully. I really liked the extra touch of the welcome flowers, the toiletries and even some milk in the fridge for us to use; it really made the place feel like home. At the end of our days exploring, we sat outside on the patio in rattan style furniture to read a book and in the evenings when it got a little chilly, we retired indoors and lit the log fire, which was a lovely feature and reminded us of home. We would highly recommend this property. The hosts Andrew and Rachel were lovely and very helpful. This is a property that we would return to again when visiting this area. Felt like a home away from home. spotless and had everything we needed, the perfect little touches of teas, milk , butter and sugar so saved having to buy any for a weekend. Mel was a lovely host and was fast at replying. Loved sitting by the fire of an evening, very relaxing. Would love to go back and make more memories.

Me and my girlfriend had the most amazing stay at The Owl Barn for our Anniversary, it was by far the best airbnb we have been to. The home was exactly as described - clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, short drive to everything we needed, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Toby & Mandy were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, even leaving us the best homemade lemon cake I have ever had and a bottle of wine for us as well! We also used the fire pit on both nights of our stay and it was absolutely incredible - easily one of the best parts of our stay! I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality!

Amazing place and the location was beautiful and peaceful! The house was decorated so nicely with lovely features. The farm was so lovely, my kids and I loved walking around each day and seeing the animals - my girls especially loved seeing the sheepdogs Brian and Ash! Beautiful walks in the area and so many nice places nearby to visit with the kids. The nearby towns were gorgeous. Sophie and Shirley were great hosts and always quick to respond when we asked for any kind of recommendation. We really loved the pubs that they recommended - The Red Lion and The Fox Inn and would definitely recommend going! Overall a perfect stay and would love to return again in the future!

Sandy’s place for a 10 minute walk from our friends who live in Milton-under-Wychwood. Perfect location for us. The dogs loved the green opposite and great to have the Coop in walking distance too. The barn was warm and cosy with all the facilities we needed. Beds were really comfortable. We visited Fire and Wine for pizza which we would definitely recommend, also FarmEd which was really interesting. We also visited Stow-on-the-Wold and the Hawkstone brewery. Next time we would like to explore Bourton-on-the-Water and Burford. Would definitely like to stay there again when we next visit our friends.

A fantastic stay in a stunning location with a very welcoming host, who had thought of everything, to make our stay a home from home. A great base to explore the surrounding area and already making plans to return.

We had the most wonderful time at The Old House Barn. The quaint barn is styled to perfection, creating a cosy and serene atmosphere that was ideal for relaxing in the breathtaking beautiful countryside. The modern amenities made our stay incredibly comfortable allowing us to cook meals after a day of visiting nearby villages. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the delicious treat that greeted us on arrival. We couldn’t have dreamed up a more perfect stay. We stayed for one night (sadly not longer) and had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, super quiet and set in the most beautiful garden which we definitely would have made more use of had the weather been warmer! Angela came to meet us at check-in and check-out and she gave us some good tips on places to visit. Would definitely be back!

I grew up in Dorchester on Thames and we stayed at Steve’s to visit family and go for a walk up Wittenham Clumps. It was a great location for us all to stay, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It was a really beautiful place to stay. The kitchen is a thing of beauty. The character is striking wherever you look, with a lovely dining and sitting area. You need to be agile for the spiral staircase, but the ascent is worth the effort.
