This was the perfect spot for our family of four while visiting the city for a running event. Jon was very responsive and friendly and gave us a tour on arrival. The place is exactly s pictured, immaculately kept with practical and stylish design. Fresh flowers on the table was a lovely touch 👌 I only wish we had stayed long enough to make use of the hot tub! We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you.

It's the second time we've stayed at Rosebank. It's a perfect apartment - comfortable, spotlessly clean and really well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful place and feels like being in a boutique place - it's finished to such a high standard with beautiful furnishings. Josie is friendly, accommodating and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her place. It's well placed, a short walk from town and good restaurants and a lovely pub on your doorstep too. Will definitely be back.

What a lovely, cosy flat. Squeaky clean, really well equipped to self cater with spotless glassware and cutlery. Despite being by a main road the flat was very quiet with no traffic noise. The quirky outside space was lovely, just not warm enough to sit out yet. As I work in Cheltenham I would definately rebook this lovely apartment.

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. This is one of the best, if not the best, Air BnB we ever had. Impeccable clean. Has everything you need. The host provides everything some extras you don’t normally expect. Just like home. Host is very friendly and responsive. Flexible check in and checkout helps us a lot on our erratic schedule. Close to Abingdon town centre. Few minutes walk to bus stop to Oxford/Didcot. Spacious car park. Close to river Thames. I would strongly suggest this for people coming to Abingdon and Oxford.

Lovely space close enough to to the city centre. Very clean and comfortable beds. Would recommend!

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time; this time with the addition of my doggies! Perfect location for all our activities for the weekend and we had a lovely time. Brett left us chocolates/sweets on the pillows for us and even a bag of dog treats for the pooches! (Which they thoroughly enjoyed). Even on the weekend Brett still answered my messages which is so kind of him. The stair gate was perfect at keeping the dogs downstairs and the house was perfectly clean, tidy and has plenty of full cupboards and drawers in the kitchen ready for you if you need almost anything! Kindly also left us milk in the fridge and tea bags/coffee for us to use. Also let us use both car spaces outside of the property. Overall Brett is a great host and this is a great listing. In a huge rainstorm the house stayed perfectly warm and comfortable (and dry!). We will be hopefully coming back on future trips here.

We had a lovely stay at Brenda's for a wedding nearby at the hall. The house was incredibly close (a 5 minute walk) and had everything we needed with plenty of space.

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

We had a lovely stay at Fiona's place; it was easy to find, close to Cheltenham centre, in a quiet residential area with a parking space on site. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were really comfortable and the lounge was cosy. Fiona was great with her communication and responses. We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate our baby’s 1st birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, with clear instructions that made check-in and our entire stay so easy. The apartment was spotless—immaculate in every corner—and so spacious, which was perfect for our little one to walk around and explore safely. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome pack with bread, biscuits, eggs, and milk—it was such a kind gesture that made us feel truly cared for. The host also went above and beyond by providing a baby bath, booster chair, and travel cot, which made things so convenient for us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the whole place had a warm, homely vibe. We honestly couldn't find a single negative. It was a peaceful, comfortable, and joyful stay—perfect for our little celebration.
