This is our third year getting a house in Florida for a few weeks, and this was by far the best. First, the house. It was spacious, yet cozy at the same time. The two main bedrooms had large beds and were very comfy. I used the third bedroom as an office. The backyard was private with a pool. The front porch was great for people watching. The kitchen was perfect for cooking a meal. But If you don’t feel like cooking, this neighborhood has you covered. This house was the perfect location. Nice and quiet, yet less than a five minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants—from fancy to casual. Also, after dinner, I suggest some ice cream at Kilwin’s, which is right around the corner from the house. Or take a 15 minute walk over the bridge and check out The Cove. Lots of restaurants and a great brewery. All in all, we loved our stay. Our hosts were always available to answer questions and take care of any of our needs. We can’t wait to return next year!

We were family of four generations and we had a great stay at Warren's place. It was comfortable with lots of amenities, at the same time as being relaxed. The kitchen is well stocked for people who like to cook. The pool and the patio were lovely! Warren is very generous with allowing guests access to the bikes and the driving cart cart. We hope to return some day! We are a family of five, and enjoyed spending four nights with our three college aged kiddos during their Spring Break. Joshua's home is just beautiful. The grounds alone are worth the visit, not to mention the proximity to the beach and restaurants (that we walked to nightly!) The home had more than enough room! The kitchen was perfectly equipped for making meals at home. The beds were so comfortable, and with plenty of beach and bath towels, as well as amenities including soap, shampoo and conditioner we were able to travel light! Stop searching, you won't find something better!

The house was amazing. Perfectly located a block and a half from the beach and three blocks from Atlantic Ave., it could not have been more convenient. Beautifully decorated with a coastal casual appeal, it was a delight to spend time at the house and especially delightful to enjoy the back deck with a hot tub, grill, and TV! Also, finding a home with three full baths is uncommon, so we were especially appreciative of that added feature. The home was stocked with everything we needed and then some! We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of champagne and all sorts of snacks and drinks. What a nice treat! Claudia was an exceptional host. She responded immediately to my communications and often reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. We have stayed at dozens of Airbnbs. Claudia and Jose are by far the best hosts we have ever worked with. Thank you, Claudia and Jose! We can't wait to return!

We had a great time at Highland Beach. We have 3 kids 13, 10 and 7. The pool was nice and the beach was wonderful. It was a short walk and the kids enjoyed the water. The beach was very quiet. The house had everything that we needed and was very comfortable.

This rental was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There is more than enough sleeping space for 6-7 guests, kitchen is stocked, and the pool is fantastic. We had some difficulty getting in initially but the host seemed to notice with the outdoor cameras and was quick to assist. The visitor policy is strict so we were unable to enjoy the space with a few family members we were visiting but enjoyed Lauderdale by the sea only a few miles away and many other activities in nearby Fort Lauderdale. It didn't apply to us but if you plan to bring a dog keep in mind that they're not permitted in the backyard due to the pool and will require leash walks. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend this as a family friendly spot.

We were extremely happy with this Airbnb! Amy was very helpful and very hospitable! I would definitely consider staying at this location again! We were beyond satisfied with the experience and would recommend others to stay at this location!

This property was perfect for our young family, with ample space for a family of 5 (3 littles). The surrounding community feels entirely safe and we were able to enjoy the pool and venture out to the beach, downtown Delray Beach and visit local parks. Would recommend for young families and will stay again in the future.

Super cute place, great location. There were a few unexpected issues but resolved quickly. Overall great place with a lot of amenities!

We felt very comfortable during our stay! I often worry about the cleanliness of places where I have to lay my head, but this one exceeded my expectations! The beds were soft and comfortable. I loved that there was enough space for my puppies to run around without worrying about them bumping into things. 🤗 This was my first experience with Airbnb, and it did not disappoint! The hosts communicated very quickly whenever I had inquiries. I will definitely want to book with them again for my next stay. I could go on and on about how accommodating they were, but I might run out of characters!

this is a hidden gem -- and im reluctant to write about it lest you discover it too, and make it harder to book in the future --- nonetheless ---- MImi host owner tends to her home so well that I felt i was being taken care of by my family -- the house is full of art, books, and artifacts -- intimate, erudite, comforting --- if it was freezing outside, id have no trouble occupying myself indoors for days -- BUT -- the salt water pool outside, the private back yard, tiled outdoor shower nook, many comfortable chairs and sitting places, all beckoned so I had no time to browse around inside --- plus a fully stocked kitchen with tons of cook books and every gadget you might need, fluffy beds and pillows to dive into, and a secluded quiet neighborhood (rarely a car passed by) added to the intimacy of her home ---AND if i needed anything, and even if i didnt, Mimi was immediately responsive -- go visit -- but dont tell your friends!

A pristine and spotless guesthouse with huge glass door overlooking a Freeform pool and water feature. Extensive lawns extend past that to a waterway. The guesthouse is perfect for a couple or single. The Hendrikus family are all very welcoming and especially good hosts. They are attentive without ever being intrusive. The estate where the their house and the guesthouse is located is a gated community of well maintained luxury homes. Very peaceful and quiet. Next time I visit my family in West Palm Beach I hope to stay at the guesthouse again.
