Simon was responsive and flexible. The house was on a quiet road with friendly neighbors, and beaches easily walkable (across a busy road, but crosswalks available). We are a family of 4 with 2 young children, and it was nice to have a fenced backyard with hot tub to play in. If you're only renting the front unit, I think it would feel a little awkward to use the backyard based on the setup, but we rented both units so it worked well for us.

We were in the area for my daughter’s surgery and had about a 3 week stay. We had no issues during our stay whatsoever and had everything we needed. Maria gave us clear instructions for check in and check out and both were quick and easy. Great neighborhood. I walked with my daughter daily and the area was very quiet and everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay again if in the area and would recommend the home/location for families and children!

We have never experienced a more refreshing stay in an air bnb. Excellent communication! AWESOMELY equipped and supplied amenities. We took morning and mid day walks, nice friendly neighborhood! We ate dinner outside in the beautiful oasis of a backyard, EVERY NIGHT! He even went above and beyond and left supplies for our pup 🥰 we frequent Lake Worth to visit family and will 1000% be saving this as our FAVORITE! If we could give 100 stars we would! Highly recommend 🙌🏽

Beautiful home with lots of space. The house ws clean, the pool was warm and there were some basics like spices and oil which helped reduce the cost of buying groceries. Rodrigo was easy to communicate with. He informed us of different things ahead of time when needed. He even allowed us to check-in a little earlier when we arrived earlier than we had planned. Great stay at Rodrigo's and would definitely book again.

We had a great weekend staying here! The hot tub and outdoor area was awesome. Perfect for watching a game or movie with a group of people! We loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. The neighborhood was pretty lively at night - we could hear music and loud bass until around 1 am. It didn’t bother us, but just a heads up for anyone traveling with kids who need early quiet hours.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The house was very spacious and the kids loved the pool. Tons of space in the back yard. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience at this cozy & well appointed house. It was immaculately cleaned and the patio & pool table kept us well entertained. I would stay again next time we are in Boca.

Perfect for me and my girl friends to get away! Close to everything we wanted to do, and the home was clean and cute!

We loved our stay at the Island. The courtyard area was incredible. There was beach he at to use including a wagon to carry items to the beach.

We had a fabulous stay and time! The apartment had all the space and storage we needed. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable bed. The decor was just enough and the woodwork was breathtaking. There was plenty of pretty outdoor seating and so many things were walkable. Lake Ave was about 10 minutes away and we got to the beach in under 15 on foot. We also appreciated good quality beach chairs and umbrella which allowed us to save 100’s renting at the beach. Lastly, Rapid was always responsive from the time we made the reservation until the time we checked out. Looking forward to our next stay!

Janaina was very kind and he place was amazing. It was just a short walk from the beach and she allowed us to borrow beach supplies to make our time worth while.

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

This was a beautiful place to stay! beautiful backyard and house. the bed is a bit small for my taste but easily fits 2 people. the place was very clean and felt very safe. we ran Into a few problems at check in but we got quick and clear responses to help out. we absolutely loved that they supplied bikes. we took them out almost everyday around the neighborhood to shops, reasirants, or to the beach. truly a wonderful addition. I hope to come here again.

This is our second year to stay at Barbara and Ray’s lovely unit. Ray is so helpful and quite a joker. I love his sense of humor. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and I could stay in the shower all day long. This condo is just a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants. What a great location! We’ll be back…

Lorraine and Greg let us check in late because we had a long drive and didn’t get in until almost 8pm. The unit was spotless and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Lorraine checked with us everyday to see if we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! This one will be put into our favorites for sure!!!

We enjoyed our stay and the host was helpful to make that happen. Some things that made it challenging were the neighbors enjoying the weekend into the morning hours and other neighbors dogs barking at our child while we played in the yard. The second bathroom is also outside the house with the sauna, no big deal, but good to note for “busy” bathroom times. The kids area inside was great, we spent a lot of time there. Thank you

Christina's space is certainly one that is sacred, and well loved! There's plenty of space to relax on the property, and will certainly be returning soon. Christina is kind, compassionate, and accommodating with very clear communication on top of it all! Recommend for anyone looking for a short or long term stay.

My husband and I thought place was great! We always go away with our kids, but finally decided to have husband/wife time…. It was awesome! Very private and peaceful area…We loved that it was totally private and spacious…. Super cool place.. We.ll be back!
