This house was very nice, clean, and exactly what the pictures show. The home smelled of cleaning products which was nice to know that it was clean; however, the smell lingered for days. It was a bit strong (lemon Mr Clean smell). The neighborhood the home was in was very nice; however, when you leave that neighborhood we found it to be less than desirable. The city noise could be heard in the mornings and daytime when outside enjoying the back pool area. At night it was quiet and peaceful. 2 houses away had work being done to the concrete rear patio, which went on all day every day we were there. I know the owners of this home did not have control over this but we did let them know upon our departure. The host was very easy to get in touch with and she was quick to respond each time.

Perfect fit for our needs. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Appreciated the written instruction and Ida's responsiveness to questions. Got to enjoy the pool and outdoor area. Even got to witness a school of fish jumping up in the bay right behind the house. Outdoor area really great. Loved that the grocery store and CVS were a block away.

My family and I really enjoyed the property, it’s a great location, extremely clean and very spacious. The host was kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Grace’s place was a great place to stay for an extended weekend getaway. The place was very spacious and clean. The backyard with the pool was amazing, friends and I were able to fish out the back while hanging out. We enjoyed the area as well, lots of good options to eat within 30 minutes. Grace was also a great host keeping up to date with reminders and clear instructions. Would definitely be a place we would stay again if coming to area again.

We had a wonderful stay at Gracen’s place! We walked in and immediately were so impressed by how clean and nicely decorated the space was. Gracen left us a basket with toiletries we would need for our stay, there were tons of towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that provided all of those! Additionally, it was a great area with stores nearby and was an easy drive to downtown WPB. I would 100% return to Gracen’s rental!!

Gina's place was super clean. It had everything you would need in the kitchen. The beds were really comfy, like sleeping on a cloud! The pool area had great seating for us to chill in the evening. We would definitely use Gina's place again when divng in Jupiter.

This is the best we have ever stayed in. We travel monthly and have never been treated this nice nor had a house this comfortable. I would recommend Christine a 10 in every category. Thanks for your hospitality, advice and use of this house!!

Everything about the house was incredible and high quality - size and layout/design, amenities, cleanliness, location, backyard, neighborhood. Heated pool with floats/toys/outdoor games, outdoor kitchen/bathroom, multiple outdoor seating areas. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Inside of the house was bright and open and had everything you’d want and need - comfortable beds/pillows with nice sheets/linens, toddler essentials, stocked kitchen, etc.). Short drive to the beach and great restaurants in Jupiter and West Palm. Annie was great - we highly recommend and will be back!

The Host Felipe was a great guy, and was very responsive to all my questions, and needs! The condo was great and in a good location. My stay was wonderful, and I highly suggest the property to anyone looking for a great place to rent. I stayed in the condo for 3 months and was totally satisfied! If I return to the Delray Beach area, I will stay at the condo again! I give this property a 5* rating!

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping (as well as the beach, if you don’t mind a longer walk). It was clean and cozy and the communication regarding check in and any questions was quick and easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Vey nice condo. Everything was as expected. Priscilla contacted us many times to make sure that we had everything we needed. If we come back to the Fort Lauderdale for a week or so in the future we would definitely try to stay there again.

Very nice place in an excellent neighbourhood. The no property I overlooks a no peaceful canal. All correspondence was quick, efficient and accurate.

Nice, clean and well maintained place. Easy to find and exactly as described. Decently close to lots of food and activities. Stairs to second floor are very steep and one bedroom is up there.

The place was just as described. Very quiet and private, and very clean. It is close to the interstate, and to food and shopping. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good pace to stay at.

Lovely home with everything you’d need for a relaxing time. The house was well cleaned and I could tell much thought was put into it. I appreciated Jason’s timely communication and his desire to take care of us as guests.

Caryn’s cottage was such a gem! It was even better than expected—spacious, clean, safe, pet-friendly, and in a fantastic location. The pictures don’t quite do it justice. The cottage was within walking distance of a great strip of restaurants and cafes/near the town plaza and also very close to a lovely park along the water. Plus, the beach is less than a mile away, and Caryn had beach towels and chairs available for us to borrow. Caryn, who is on-site, was super responsive when we needed her but also gave us plenty of space. The cottage itself is completely detached from the main unit, private with a separate entrance and parking spot. The outside/garden area of the home is beautiful if you want to enjoy a meal outside, and the pool was clean and ready to use every morning. All in all, it was such a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we’d definitely book again if we’re ever back in town.

Regular communication leading up to the stay, including check-in day. Most everything was well outlined within the listing, and move-in prep notes. Needed to contact the owners for instructions on a couple of items during our stay. Each time, response was received within a couple of minutes. Seamless. Perfect location. Property was immaculate. Gated community. Quiet, friendly, walkable. Looking forward to our next stay. Thank you, Donna (and Deborah!)!

The villa is very nice and we really enjoyed staying at Emily’s place. The location is quiet and we loved the security gate that really closes off the villa from the road. The living room/ family room / kitchen is smaller but we honestly did not spend much time at the villa so it worked for us. The outside decor / flowers are awesome. Definitely would stay there again.

This was my 3rd Airbnb rental in Wellington, FL over the past three months. David's "cottage" was perfect for needs. Two details that stood out were both a brand new kitchen and bathroom, which I found is rare. The cottage was equipped with an updated lighting system and A/C unit. The keypad on the door worked very well. Another 5-star plus is a "house binder" explained everything I needed to know about the cottage (ie. garbage location, grill use, laundry, etc). When I had a question, David responded within an hour. Highly recommended!!!!

Super pretty and the host was super accommodating and nice and responsive. Would stay here again!
