Everything was good but we found some Ants in the kitchen. They had provided some spray to get read of them. It was nice and convenient place to stay.

The host was incredibly supportive, and the house was absolutely fantastic. The location is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Great value for money!

Had a great stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend it! Only negative thing I’d mention is that you’re paying a rather high cleaning fee and yet they’ll give you a long list of check out instructions that includes cleaning.

Great location, walking distance from the CBD and beautiful City view, especially at night.

It was our first time in Perth and Northbridge was close to everything. We walked everywhere. The accommodation was neat and clean. Communication with the team was quick and responsive. They checked up on us in the first 24 hour and that made us feel welcome.

We (family of 3) had an amazing stay at Thomas' Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our trip. Thomas was an excellent host, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and always available to answer any questions. There was a small issue with the vacuum cleaner not charging when we checked in, but we let Thomas know on the first day, and the very next day, he came by to personally check it and replaced it with a brand new one. That level of prompt and thoughtful service really made a difference! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We very much enjoyed our stay on Hay Street. The apartment is comfortable spacious & very well equipped. The hosts were easy to deal with & very prompt to answer any queries. The weather was extremely hot when we were in Subiaco so it was also lovely to have use of the small pool.

228 James Street is a well connected location to Chinatown, and near to Perth CBD Area. If you are driving it is also central to iconic places such as beaches or farms in swan valley. Nearby park centres such Mirrabooka, Ellenbrooke and Galleria are easy to drive to. Safe as it is next to police centre and secured parking place. Host being a property management company was responsive and helpful as we had an elderly and toddler to handle. Overall it’s a good location to stay in. Thank you!!!

Great Place to Stay, Heaps to Do and Close to The Beach

This house was very centrsl to everything. Has coffee shop near, grocery store etc.i loved the location and would definitely cone back
