Super lovely Airbnb! The place was clean and exactly as described. It was walking distance to cafes but still private and quiet. The off street parking was great. The hosts had great communication and answered messages quickly.

This is a great place to be based for exploring Perth. It’s very central, so easy to get around Perth by foot or on the free Cat buses. Being on the 22nd floor means you are away from the street noise and have a fab view. While check in/out is a little fiddly, it is well explained and to be expected in a busy city (we’ve experienced similar in Sydney and Paris!). The most important point is that it worked seamlessly. The bed is comfy, the shower powerful and you also get use of the pool.

Geweldig verblijf op een uitstekende locatie in hartje Perth. Het appartement is fantastisch, erg luxe met een geweldig uitzicht en alle faciliteiten waren super goed geregeld. De sportschool en zwembad zijn netjes en worden goed bijgehouden. De manager heeft ons erg goed begeleid en was heel snel met reageren of ter plekke. Wij raden iedereen dit verblijf aan en komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Wij hebben genoten!

Absolutely loved staying here! Would recommend this place to anyone. Right in the CBD and beautiful view.

Our Hosts went above and BEYOND our expectations, there was a bottle of fine bubbly chilling on ice awaiting our arrival. The huge spa/hot tub was simmering and ready to greet and relax in after our journey, - there was even loads of ICE in the freezer for our drinks - toothbrushes in the bathroom! and - the apartment was well laid out, with everything you could need to enjoy a few days away from the usual hustle and bustle of a busy life! We really enjoyed our stay - 10 out of 10 from Us!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this site

Great proximity to beach and shops (and far enough away to remain quiet). The apartment had the necessities and was great for a base as we spent the majority of our time at sporting competition. Full kitchen and fridge allowed meals to be prepared easily. No fuss check in and out.. would happily stay again.

Had a great stay here with my husband and toddler. Easy to get in/out and having a car park in the city was super helpful. Tidy home with modern features. Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge great - essential during a heat wave in Perth!

Great place for a relaxing stay in Perth. Very clean apartment with a pool and well equipped gym. Sam was a great host.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. The host prepared the apartment perfectly for us, including equipment and nice Christmas details. Thank you for everything

Cosy Nook was a home away from home. The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It was very clean. I was able to make my own meals using the kitchen. The TV has Netflix and there is a comfy lounge. The bathroom was very clean and there is use of a washing machine and clothes airer or dryer (which I didn’t use) The bus to the train station and shops was right across the road and free. It was also easy to walk to a local coffee shop and a little further to many shops, The Art Gallery, Museum and the train. I would be happy to stay there again. Good communication, easy access to get in by being met with the key was great. I didn’t use a car while there but there was parking. I enjoyed Perth and would visit more.

Its a fantastic place to stay. Close to the city. House is well maintained and good.

Sunny is a great host. Very nice apartment in a brand new building. Hope to be back one day.

We had a wonderful stay here—our family spent about a week and truly felt right at home. The location is perfect: quiet, private, and very convenient. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Had a great week at Sean’s place. Very modern, great space, walkable to beach, bars etc. great touch with electric garage door and parking, Ubers were quick and cheap to get in And out otherwise. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, quiet location. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Sean was quick to respond to any questions and very helpful.

Beautiful holiday house! We LOVED the place! We spent almost everyday in pool, table tennis, outside patio, and kids were so excited every single night for bunk bed and rooftop bed room🌺 The hip cafe, restaurants, and beautiful beach are in 10min or so, so many options! The host was so responsive, so kind and generous. Her kindness def added great experience to the house! We’re saying we’d def want to come back to stay this place again, hopefully soon!

The house was so welcoming, felt right at home. Was able to get comfortable and the pool was amazing on our hot weekend. Showers and bedrooms were so nice and updated. I would recommend to people coming to Perth to stay. Right next to the beach and such a close walk to restaurants. Thanks for opening your house up to us 😁

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move
