We had a wonderful stay at Abi’s house. The location is fantastic with excellent places to eat and drink nearby. An off-leash doggo park just a short walking distance. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbourhoods, even the cool breeze in those hot summer days all make this place so awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all friends and family.

What a wonderful place to stay! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We loved our visit to Cottesloe and this amazing property- would definitely recommend. We have just returned from Australia, having spent two months there. Anneliese's house was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a very quiet neighbourhood. When we had an issue with the stove top, Anneliese ensured that someone came to fix it the next day. The house is also very spacious and, although we were just a couple, there was plenty of space for a family. What we particularly appreciated was the homely feel of whole place. We really could not have asked for more and would recommend it anyone visiting this lovely area.

This house was absolutely perfect! Beautiful quiet location, beach, shops, cafes etc all so close by! House was lovely and clean, had everything we needed for a summer break - felt very at home it was a lovely property. Hope to stay again next time!

Sarah’s place is incredible - this is the 2nd time we’ve stayed! Beautiful location, beautiful views, amazing balcony to enjoy the sunsets, nearby to lovely cafes and shops whereas other areas of the beach would be farther away from these conveniences. Comfortable spaces, comfortable beds. Amazing!!!

Perfect place for a holiday. We stayed for 2 weeks. Here are some of our holiday highlights Relaxing in the gazebo watching our two girls dive for toys at the bottom of the pool. My girls lived in that pool. Wife picking a giant Zucchini from the garden to make soup in the fully equipped kitchen. My parents loved it. It was delish. My cousins kids stayed for a sleep over as there was heaps of room. Definitely the holiday highlight for our girls. Two different supermarkets within walking distance. A life saver on our first day as we didn't have a hire car yet. My parents and sister would just dropping in on a whim to say hi or stay for dinner. This was possible because the Freeway is just down the road, which meant it was quick and easy to get anywhere. Two weeks went too quickly.

One of the best Airbnb we have experienced. The tiny house is so comfortable and it has everything you will need. Surrounded by trees and very peaceful. Breakfast included is so handy. We love the food provided in the basket every morning. Our border collie loved the place and the new friends he made there. Golf course just behind the house is great and a very beautiful walk full of kangaroos and native birds. Heather is amazing. You can definitely feel the love she put in every corner. Thanks for the amazing Easter break. We can’t wait to be back.

Lovely home that suited our needs perfectly. The backyard area and pool were fantastic. If you need to be in the area, I'd highly recommend it.

LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

We stayed here for my sisters hens in the swan valley. Great location and incredible place to stay. The photos are exactly what is shown. The house was exceptional. Highly recommend Michelle as a host.

house is beautiful, plenty of eating places within walking distance. highly recommend Indian restaurant called Vatican. yo chi frozen yogurt was a daily visit for us. The only downside to this property was the size of the pool. property has 5 double bedrooms.There was only one lounger and if 10 people got in the pool you wouldn't move

In short, the place is just as amazing as it was on the first occasion and Emma is very helpful as always. Cannot speak highly enough of this accommodation. Silvia was a very considerate and thoughtful host. The apartment had great amenities and access was easy. Great location close to the beach and shops. Lots of little touches like decorations and chocolates for Easter that added to the stay. A great spot to enjoy Coogee, Freo and surrounds.

Lovely accommodation and friendly host! My husband and I had a wonderful time in this cozy home- best was that eggs, milk, fruits and snacks were provided. Bed linen was really comfortable and toilet was very clean as well with all amenities provided. Highly recommended.

Lovely home. Very spacious and comfortable. Great deck at the back to relax on. Close to transport and shops. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

We have returned for several long stays and always get a great welcome . Natalie ensures everything is in order , and continues to make improvements. We loved the new outdoor seating and large table which was perfect when family came over . Thank you for everything we will definitely be back !
