West Point Lake : locations de vacances

We were comfortable from the moment we walked through the door of this house. It's welcoming with an ideal balance of private and communal space, inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed, so over three days we ate every meal at the house. We didn't always need to cook because there was prepared food within a few minutes' drive. Susan provided plenty of suggestions for groceries, restaurants, and activities at Veterans State Park. We all slept great and attribute that to the quality of the bedding and mattresses as well as the sense of peace in the neighborhood. We spent evenings working on a puzzle enjoying a cozy fire and the fairy lights around the mantle. The wifi allowed remote work. Susan communicated well and was quick to respond to questions. She was personable and welcoming. We look forward to returning in warmer weather when we can take advantage of the pool and spend more time on the dock watching the sunset. We couldn't be happier with our stay. Thanks, Susan!

We picked this spot as an alternative to staying in Auburn since we were in town for a football game on Saturday. It was really nice and we wished we had scheduled another day or two to stay around the lake. The setting was really beautiful on the lake. We went to dinner at the steakhouse on the grounds and it was fantastic. The locals were friendly and welcomed us. The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, and modern. It was perfect for us. TV and WiFi were easy to figure out. Appliances were nice. We would definitely pick this spot again if we were ever going to be back in the area.

Incredible location on Lake Martin. Tucked behind an island that creates a private cove to enjoy while on the dock. It’s the perfect setup for families with kids and adults alike. We enjoyed hours of paddle boarding, swimming and exploring the water out there. The huge back yard was an added bonus. We’ve stayed at airbnbs worldwide and Stacey’s place is by far the most stocked house we’ve ever rented. You feel as if you are staying at a friend’s place. Truly well done on every level with the amenities, decor, and setup. You can feel the pride they have in the place. For those boating it would be hard to find a better location to enjoy the water. Easy and quick access to multiple restaurants and marinas. We spent hours in the general vicinity of the house tubing and skiing. Nice calm open water. Thank you Stacey well done!

Angela was a great host! The villa was better than the pictures. BEAUTIFUL sunsets over the water and super peaceful. Just what we needed to recharge after the hustle of the holidays. It was also very close to the filming spots from the movie "Big Fish", which my tween really enjoyed. Especially the goats on Jackson Lake Island. We will be back!!

My family absolutely loved it! It was the quintessential blend of nature and seclusion while keeping with the creature comforts of home necessities. We used this perfect Airbnb as a central location to hit Atlanta one day, Chattanooga another day, Cheaha & Talladega another day, then Blue Ridge & Lanier Islands. As a perfect send off, we left Chelsea’s Airbnb with frost covered grass and a family of deer strolling right past us. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Liudmila’s place was exactly how described! Even though there were a couple of mishaps, she communicated and accommodated us! The place was clean, spacious and up to date! Every time we come into town, most definitely will stay here again! Thank you again!
