Nick was a wonderful host, we had a few hiccups he responded and took care of immediately. I will be retuning to area sometime this year and will most likely rebook with him.

This place is perfect to enjoy a weekend getaway with friends or family. Perfect for the many hikes in the area in morning, followed by the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and cozy relaxing indoors the rest of the time. Highly recommend!

The house and Dave were fantastic. The home was beautiful and extremely clean. It was very clear that the home has been loved by the family and cared for extremely well. It was also very well appointed, so whatever we needed (kitchen utensils, sheet pans etc) was right there. The views were absolutely stunning. We had cold weather during our stay so we didn’t use outside at all but we plan to book again in the summer to get the full experience. All the bedrooms were great and comfortable, even the basement wasn’t musty or dingy. Dave responses to questions we had were almost instant. All around an amazing stay and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone thinking about staying her.

Sahir was very responsive and friendly and his home is totally gorgeous. The views and the area are very serene. There's a great wfh set up too. Highly recommend :)

Jane and Klay were great hosts and their home in Stone Ridge was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. We loved the fireplace and our dog loved the huge front and backyard with easy to access trails right from the property. The hosts were proactive with communication and gave really nice recommendations for local hikes and restaurants. We had a beautiful snowy weekend and would definitely love to come back. Thanks again!!

This was our second time staying here for a family getaway and it was better than we remembered. The hosts were so great, very responsive and helpful. It snowed a bunch while we were here and they made sure we had what we needed and a plow came to help us get out of the driveway. The fireplaces are such a cozy touch and our dog loves the big fenced yard. We will be returning again!

This place is spacious, pristine on the inside, and modern. We were extremely comfortable and very close to the front gate at West Point. If you are traveling with a big group or just want to be close to West Point this is the place for you. Five star stay!

It's a lovely apartment that was very clean quite spacious and comfortable. Just a short minute or two drive to a few restaurants and to Daryl's house. We had a great time!

The place was clean and was ready for us before the official check-in. It was homey, spacious, and gave us just what we needed. The house in the abnb app (and Google Maps where it's from) is not the right one; it's actually right next to the fire house, which is the one you see on Google Maps. It's close to everything you need in Cold Spring and a short 8-minute walk to the supermarket. A good find!

Ann Marie was incredible, and so was the space! It was clean, freshly stocked with anything we could possibly need, and Ann Marie was incredibly attentive and communcative. She left absolutely no stone unturned and was available if we needed anything at all - she even came out while I was cleaning snow off of my car to give me a better brush to make that easier as well. I've stayed at a number of Bnb's in the last few years and I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. If you're looking to stay in the Hudson Valley/Beacon area, I cannot recommend staying here enough, you won't regret it. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This was an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described, incredibly clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was welcoming and very responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway!

I had a short and comfortable stay. The sauna was a treat.

Kim’s place is clean and has almost averything we need. There’s even free snacks when we arrived. We feel that we are home just far away from our own home. Hot tub did not fail us. It was so relaxing even with snow around us and rain pouring. We enjoyed our stay.

David was helpful in making local recommendations, gave clear and precise instructions to the cabin. The house was in great condition, good amenities, everything worked. Extremely clean and well maintained and organized. I would have stayed longer if I could have! If you are looking for a great location off the beaten path, this is it. The sun wakes you in the morning through the bedroom window, and the river in the yard is something out of a novel. The back deck is a great place to spend some time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, cozy and welcoming. The grounds are spectacular and the creekside sauna was delightful. We didn't see a single car on the road which was a pleasant surprise. A wonderful spot to relax and catch up with dear friends.

We had a great stay at the Pond House. The building is beautiful and well maintained, the fire place was lovely, the pond was frozen over and provided a gorgeous backdrop for all activities. We brought our one year old and dog with no problems. The property is very family friendly. Would strongly recommend and hope to return again.

Elise's lake cabin was the perfect getaway! Spotlessly clean, wonderfully cozy, and Elise was a fantastic, responsive host. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

We had a great relaxing time. The only thing was that we had to get into the circuit breaker a couple of times because the hot tub tripped something. That was not easy as you had to find a screwdriver to remove a mirror that covered the box. But it was a simple enough fix, and did not affect our time.

Ben’s cabin was beautiful! Such a lovely escape to a quiet spot in the woods. The hot tub is the best part :) the bathroom and kitchen are immaculate!

What a magnificent spot! If nothing else, the creek next to the house was worth the price of admission. But the whole experience was fantastic. We filled the place up, and had a dozen more family members come for Thanksgiving dinner. It was cozy and the extra kitchen in the cabin was a godsend. We loved being there, and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you!

Amazing place - perfect for romantic getaway just 2 hours from the city. The place is cute and has all things you need for a night in. They have the cutest alpacas and dogs, make sure to drop by their pen and say hi! The views, both at night and during the day, are amazing and we’d recommend carrying some firewood to light up a bonfire, a setup for which is, right outside the cabin. Cory and Sonia are amazing hosts. Our car got stuck in the snow in their driveway and they personally came and helped us get it out and also made sure to drop us back on the road in the morning. Amazing stay!
