We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Even more spacious than photos suggest. It was also wonderful to be able to do walks right from the property. Friendly hosts who greeted us and popped by to check we were OK and if they could help in any way. Baked treats and tea supplies when we arrived were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here for several weeks for a placement at the hospital and the apartment had everything I needed. The location was perfect for both the hospital and train station.

We had a fantastic stay at Chris’s apartment. Super clean, comfortable and lovely decor. Really convenient location, only a 5min walk into the centre for all the shops, bars and restaurants. Check-in and out was so easy, would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cardiff! Thank-you so much for a great stay Chris!

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

I loved Luke’s apartment. Nicely furnished, really interesting layout …. Great snug downstairs. It’s really close to Clifton Village which has lots of cafes and restaurants.

Perfect for young families. We had everything we needed. Jon and Jo were super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would defintely stay here again.

Great apartment, central location close to the Cathedral but quiet. Excellent quality linen and towels, comfy beds. Was warm with lots of hot water. Perfect for a February stay, would absolutely stay in this apartment again. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay in this gorgeous apartment, the sea views were breath taking. The place was extremely clean, and great value for money. Due to the time of year a lot of places were shut in the area, however this didn’t matter as the apartment was so lovely. We could have watched the view all day!

Had a fantastic stay at Mike’s studio flat and first floor bedroom for a long weekend. The flat is situated on the top floor of the house and was absolutely spotless. The bed was super comfy and the flat had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. My friend stayed on the first floor and had a lovely, spacious bedroom with own bathroom. Mike is a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here if in the Bridgend area. We would love to stay again :) thank you Mike.

Travelled to Cardiff for rugby weekend. Sam’s place was perfect, close to city centre and local amenities. Apartment was spotless. Directions and instructions very clear. Sam was the perfect host, quickly responding to any queries. Would thoroughly recommend.

Imran was extremely responsive, even on a Sunday when we asked for extra things. Everything was exactly as described and extremely simple. The kitchen is well-appointed so we were able to cook a meal as if at home. Thank you for a great stay.

Andrew and Andrea were fabulous hosts. Easy directions/check in instructions and great communication throughout our stay. The apartment is in a great location and only a short walk to the moors, or to the local pubs. Roads are relatively quiet in the vicinity. The accommodation was clean, cosy and had excellent parking facilities right outside the front door. We will definitely be back.

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

A lovely place to stay, loads of room. Great view of the river. Helen gave great clear instructions. A lovely quiet complex within easy walk to the bay. If we head to the bay again we would 100% stay again. Thank you Helen xx

Just stayed for three nights over new year - there were 13 of us. When we arrived there was a hamper full of goodies - a lovely surprise and a gift for our youngest crew member. The place is amazing and something for everyone. The pool room and cinema room was a big hit. The comms was fab and when we had a problem it was dealt with quickly and professionally - thank you. We have all enjoyed ourselves.

Booked this for me and my friends (8of us) couldn’t of asked for a better host, great communication, great location would definitely book again thank you!

This three story townhouse is situated very conveniently for Exeter city (10 mins walk), but with the added bonus of looking out onto the river. We enjoyed watching the swans and ducks. When we arrived, everything was spotlessly clean and there were plenty of amenities for our short stay. There is a short walk to the allocated parking and the stairs in the house itself are steep (18th/19th century house?), so this wouldn't suit all people, but we had a lovely stay.

Amazing as always! So much to do with our daughter and we felt right at home as we did last year. Abi as always is an amazing host and extremely responsive. The lodge was warm and felt just like home. The beach, activities and restaurants were great. Thanks you Abi 😄

We had a great stay at Priory House celebrating a 30th birthday. Wonderful, large, private property with plenty to do and everything you need! Felt very spacious even with 16 people and Richard was really responsive throughout. We will definitely look to book this property again for any future large gatherings!

Lovely place nice and quiet Clean Plenty of places to sit in lounge area lovely balcony off the lounge area Well equipped kitchen Two bathrooms which was great for 7 people Great dogs welcome Hot tub was a great treat after being out in the day The swimming pool at the site was great for the kids we had a Lovely meal at the resort pub and reasonably priced Not really near any beaches nearest about 50 mins away with winter traffic but we knew that when booking Eden project was about a hour away and great to visit

So Home was clean and tidy and well presented. The hosts were very amenable and provided us with some treats upon arrival. There were clear instructions and the location was superb. Communication was excellent cannot fault

Beautiful home, with wonderful comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the fire place and the modern kitchen. Thank you for having us!
