What a place, what a location, what a city! We were 8 middle aged men on our annual university rugby club reunion attempting to re-live memories of a time gone by! A large spacious top floor flat with an open kitchen/lounge downstairs, 3 bedrooms (4 large beds) upstairs, and amazing views - the place was perfect for us. The location was right near a number of pubs and bars with the rest of the city just a short walk away so no need for taxis to get around. Darts, boat trips, live rugby, great food (the Hat Greek Bistro was fantastic), and a little bit! of drinking kept us busy. I used the one gated parking space with everyone else coming by train. If driving be careful of bus/taxi lanes and one way streets! Bristol has so much to offer with such a great friendly feeling, we all had a great time and said a return trip would be a brilliant idea. Charlotte was the ultimate host and made the whole process and stay really easy - thank you. I would highly recommend.

We have had a very enjoyable stay at Paul & Becki's place in Ilfracombe. The flat is perfectly situated with a stunning sea view and just a couple of minutes walk to the pubs and restaurants in town. Becki was a great host and provided plenty of recommendations for where to eat and some great walks along the coast. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit North Devon.

Dawn & Richard were fantastic hosts. The accommodation was fantastic and spotless. Bed was very comfortable with great blinds to block out the light and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Couldn’t fault anything would definitely return.

this place exceeded our expectations. comfy clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Cafes, restaurants and supermarket close by. situated by the harbour, so plenty to watch eg the fishing boats. beautiful views of the coast from the flat. Coastal path and many other local walks to do. totally recommend this place

We enjoyed this modern apartment with all its home comforts that you need, the view was amazing from the lounge window. The location was perfect with the coastal path being outside the apartment, we were blessed with great weather.

We had a lovely time at Mitt & Claire’s place, it’s perfect for a weekend of surfing being so close to the beach. Great apartment with everything you need, and super responsive hosts with any questions we had. Will definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely stay at the beachside apartment, Great location, off the beaten track but only ten minutes walk to centre of town, Two minutes walk to Minehead Harbour (fantastic for crabbing) and a wonderful pub The Ship Aground. Will definitely visit again, Thank you.

This was a beautiful home from home - spacious, very clean, well resourced and bright. We particularly liked the thoughtful touches, such as green tea which my wife drinks. We loved the location and walked every day through the lovely Clyne Gardens to Swansea Bay, which only took us 20 minutes. Thank you for a nice break.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host went above and beyond, communicating quickly and making everything effortless. The house is stunning—beautifully decorated, incredibly homely, and so spacious. With 15 of us, including children, there was plenty of room for everyone to relax. The huge dining table was perfect for group meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed—loads of crockery, cutlery, and top-quality appliances. The beds were super comfortable, the showers worked perfectly, and every detail was well thought out. The location was spot-on, and nothing was scrimped on. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommend!

Mill View Cottage was the perfect place for a short getaway. It is cosy, warm and clean with everything you need for your stay. The bed was comfy with plenty of blankets to keep you warm but since the heating keeps the cottage perfectly warm these were just nice to have to snuggle on the sofa in front of the wood burner! You can literally step out the door and walk the Tarka Trail and beyond and there are plenty of beaches nearby as well. Hannah was super proactive in communicating ahead of my stay and whilst I was there and her directions were really helpful in finding the courage as it's tucked away down a lane. I would have stayed longer if I could have because the cottage felt so welcoming and homely

What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . We really enjoyed our stay in Topsham. We are a family of 4, the kids are 11 and 13 and it was perfect for us. I recommend coming by train if you can, it is a short walk from the station and there are plentiful trains to Exeter and Exmouth as well as things to see in Topsham and nice walks close by.

Great location a minute's walk from the sandy beach. Good bedrooms and dining area. Good space for chilling - big sofa & chairs & TV. Mostly well equipped and working with the kitchen and bathrooms - it worked pretty well for us as a group of 4 friends cooking in & driving out to Swansea coast & the Brecon Beacons (Four Falls waterfall trail is 40mins' drive).

A lovely house in a perfect location with a great view. Easy to find, good off road parking space and clear instructions. Appreciate having milk in the fridge on arrival!

Lovely accommodation located within easy walking distance of the seafront and the bars/restaurants in Mumbles. Very nice to sit in the garden and see both a green space and Swansea bay. Would happily stay again.

We had a really lovely short break, the situation helped to make it special, so close to the sea and to our favourite restaurants. We thoroughly recommend The Beach and Rockfish for good food, and La Mar for a special treat. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed, even down to beach towels. The bed was supremely comfortable, there is a good shower and my husband says the television was easier to navigate than most in rental properties. Thank you Julie, we hope to return next year sometime to take full advantage of the beach towels!

We had a lovely time, beautiful sunset and sunrise view of the beach from the balcony. I picked and dropped off keys to Sue, she was wonderful and amazing at responding to texts! Overall, was a great stay! Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay in a great apartment. It’s even nicer than the photos. The hosts were great, very accommodating, responsive and helpful. There aren’t many steps to the apartment and it was easy to get in and out. Highly recommended. I would love to stay again,

This was our second visit to Carolyn's apartment in West Bay. We also visited out of season last time - West Bay has a lovely out of summer season vibe! There were plenty of shops and restaurants still open. We did have a dramatic storm for one day, but mostly the weather was dry, sunny and bracing! The apartment is in a great location, and is beautifully maintained - very clean and welcoming. Carolyn is a wonderful host - excellent communication and very useful information from entry details to local amenities.

Lovely apartment, very clean and great shower! Very comfortable bed. Everything we needed and a treat to be left Prosecco and fudge! View was lovely, easy to walk to the Thatched Inn or the Lime Kiln. Communication with Cristopher was excellent.
