If you are looking for a place close to DC THiS is the place. The house is exactly as described and is very cozy. We appreciated the snacks and water that were left for us to enjoy.. such a nice touch. I’m still dreaming of the comfy living room couch. Great dining options nearby. 15 minutes to get to DC. Quiet neighborhood

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

This is the second year that we’ve stayed and I have nothing but good things to say about the property and the hosts. Always great experience, house is always spotless, the hosts are always responsive and the location for us was perfect. Thank you!

My colleagues and I were in the area for a conference and needed a place with at least 7 bedrooms. Douglas' place was comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. Plenty of parking and lovely grounds. Would definitely be a great place to stay when the weather is warmer as outdoor space and pool looked very inviting.

This was our 3rd year renting their Potomac Overlook home for our family Thanksgiving and once again, our entire family loved staying here! The home is spacious with plenty of bed- and bathrooms plus super-comfortable beds. And the property is absolutely beautiful with its Potomac River-front location and plenty of very usable outdoor space. We highly recommend it!

I had to cancel this trip at the last minute for personal reasons. I still wanted to leave a review though. The communication through the whole process was excellent!!! I was looking forward to spending the weekend in this beautiful home. Even though it didn't work out, I will definitely consider another trip in the future! Thanks for being so attentive to detail and the customer's needs!

Samad's place was very nice, bright and welcoming. It was easy to access going and coming and responded to our call and messages timely. The necessities were stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable for me and my family. My only note is more kiddie friendly games or toys to be available.

Excellent location. Parking was also available on the street directly in front of the house, or at most a one of the adjoining streets. Place was very clean and well maintained. Host is invested in making sure that both the apartment and the neighborhood. Dogs were happy with being able to see out the front window and sit out in the enclosed front patio.

Amazing Stay with a Fantastic host! I had a wonderful experience staying at Rob’s place. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly hospitable and made me feel right at home. He was friendly, attentive, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jennifer's place was perfect for my weekend in DC. Really nice location in quiet neighborhood....but only a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Slightly longer, but very doable, walk to Metro. Rock Creek Park just down the street. Apartment was both spacious and cozy, and offered everything one might need. Offstreet parking a huge bonus! Jennifer proactive and responsive in her communication. Would definitely stay again!

Hashim's place is a true home away from home. Great for short and long term stays. Friendly host. Would recommend, and stay here again.

6 of us stayed in this beautiful modern up to date home. We came to see the DC area and attend a couple of events. The home is in a beautiful area we saw deer on 2 different days during our 4 day stay. 2 the first time and 4 the second time. They have a patio with a BBQ and a fire table and chairs. The house was super nice and cozy while being roomy at the same time. We took the metro into DC (top notch metro system)everyday $13.00 for a allday pass or less if you buy multiple day passes. The metro station is 1.5 miles away. Lyft to station was $7 to $9 or 30 minute walk. Stores are nearby. I contacted the host and they were super good to respond right away. All in all I am coming back in the summer and will stay here again

We had a lovely stay, it was quiet and very clean. We did have an issue with a beeping alarm in the middle of the night- they answered the phone and helped us sort out the issue.

Chau was very gracious to host our family at a difficult time - a death in the family. The space was more than adequate for our needs and was clean and inviting. Guests should note that there are a few oddities with a couple of the bedrooms. First, one of the Jack and Jill bedrooms has a 'window' that is open to the kitchen area below and only covered by permanently closed shutters. It is definitely not soundproof. The other is the room that 'shares a bathroom with the master'. It indeed shares that room because it is directly off of the master bathroom with no other access. Other than that, it was an amazing stay in a very large home on a very large lot. Thanks, Chau!

Loved staying at this place. Host went above and beyond to make us feel invited by leaving us some wine and Valentine's themed cupcakes. Loved the location because it was easy to get to and from the event we visited for. Would recommend for any trips in the National Harbor area.

Very clean, nicely sized 3 bedroom guest house. Very easy access to the interstate and DC. Close to restaurants and groceries, etc. The host is very responsive and accommodated our early check in, which was a huge help. My only small complaints which did not impact our stay but were a little disappointing - the furnishings overall are outdated and could use a refresh. There are also no TVs in any of the bedrooms. We would have appreciated a TV in the master bedroom to watch the news in the morning, etc. The 1 TV is on the first level of the 2 level home. We would stay with Maryann again, overall a great rental for what we needed!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

The place was just as described and stocked with lots of towels toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen was also was stocked with water and soda. It was definitely enough room for me and my family of 10 to sleep comfortably.
