Lovely stay at one of the serenity cottages. Very cosy cottage with a lot of characters. The garden is perfect for the quiet relaxed weekend - hot tub, sauna, sitting area. Very comfy beds. Thank you

I have booked this stay for my brother birthday and to have a wonderful time. The cottage is amazing and the surrounding has beautiful views and walk. Amber was very friendly and a wonderful host.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

Our second time staying at the location but in a different barn this time. A beautifully decorated barn, the decor felt unique and has given me some ideas for what I’d like at home! I think this place is a great location and just wish we were here longer so we could try some more of the recommendations Cathy made for us. It is expensive, but if you want a place with a hot tub locally, this is the best value you will get. I had an issue that was totally my own fault when I arrived and Cathy and her husband were both very helpful and quick to sort it out for me. We will hopefully get to stay here again soon, although with a baby having the barns with the hot tubs directly outside would be better as the signal in the baby monitor doesn’t stretch the whole way across the courtyard.

We stayed here for a two night break with no husbands or children and the surroundings were so peaceful and relaxing. The house felt very luxurious and Joanna was a brilliant at giving additional information. Bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. Would definitely like to stay again!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Marcus ensured we were very well informed before arrival providing a guest book with comprehensive information and recommendations. We were greeted with bottles of wine & the house was very warm & music sound system set up. The barn is absolutely beautiful & immaculate. It is in a very remote area but this suited us all as we were happy to stay in and enjoy it. The log burner, games room & hot tub were added bonuses. A big thank you to Marcus for a truly amazing weekend break away with good friends ❤️

We stayed in the annex for three weeks, as our son was attending an intensive course of physical therapy at NAPA in Harlow. The property being only on the ground floor was perfect for our son in a wheelchair. There is a step at the front door but we found that this was not at all a problem. Our stay was an extremely comfortable one. It is a beautiful property that is comfortable and well thought out. The annex has both style and substance. It feels like a home. The surrounding farm is beautiful and was a joy to look at. Sally herself is a perfect host - informative, kind and good fun. The only negative from me is that the fridge was too small for our purposes. However, Sally let us kindly use another fridge and I know that she has plans to install a bigger one. All in all, we loved it and we have already booked for later in the year.

Highly recommend The Pumphouse, beautiful home, beautiful surroundings and David is super helpful and has loads of tips! Would def stay again!

Great place. Very clean. Very quiet at night. Lots of seating in lounge (although not as shown in photos, so slightly lower than the recliners shown which may be difficult for disabled people like me who need high seating). Paddock is a bonus for dog owners as there are no safe walks direct from property. We were 2 couples and it was great to have the privacy of separate entrances - although everyone preferred the fab downstairs shower room! Super bird watching opportunities from the back windows. Weather was not on our side but the outside table etc. looked great.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

The Dairy is a beautiful stay. The conversion is very tastefully done, and although the space itself is quite small, it felt comfortable and spacious for 4 humans and a dog. Kate was kind, welcoming and accommodating host, and hit just the right note of helpful provision, without overload or overbearence. The locale is a Mid-Suffolk village, and everything and nothing you would/wouldn't expect from it. I particularly enjoyed sunrise walks with the deer across the gentle surrounding farmland. And the bakery does some tasty treats!

Perfect for our short stay

We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day 2024 and what a find this cabin was. As the listing states, there's no TV but that was fine with us and we spent a lovely couple of days enjoying countryside walks (our dog loved it!), conversation, board games and reading. It was wonderfully peaceful and we all felt refreshed from the break. The only very minor issue was that there is only a combi microwave and a 2-ring induction hob. I brought along an air fryer/oven so was able to knock out our Christmas dinner pretty well but be aware if you are planning to cook anything exciting. Additionally, despite having an induction hob at home, I couldn't work out how to get it working but that wasn't an issue for me. Great wifi, wonderful walks abound, we were greeted very nicely and then left to our (happy) devices throughout our stay. I can recommend The Willow Tree in Bourn for wonderful food but we didn't try anywhere else, given the times we were there. Many thanks, Jonathan.

Caryn is a fantastic host - very responsive to messages, accommodating and friendly. The home was clean and tidy and in a great location - slept so well both nights! The garden room was (one of ) the main features we liked about the place. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

We stayed for two nights and this is one of the nicest, most relaxing airbnb's we have ever stayed in. James was great, met us on arrival with his three friendly dogs, and took us round to the accommodation which is lovely and felt very private. The garden and patio area is really tranquil, and the sofa and armchair were the most comfortable we've ever sat on, perfect for relaxing with a view of the lovely garden, the great weather we had helped too :-) The accommodatio had everything we needed and Loddon is great for pubs - four within a short stroll! - with a large co-op and multiple takeaways and cafes etc. Will definitely return!

Lovely place the setting was gorgeous we all had a fabulous time thankyou so much for mum& dads hamper that you left us ! The hot tub was just right all in all was a lovely break for us all & the dogs loved it aswell!

We had a lovely stay. The caravan was perfect and the beds super comfortable. The view was beautiful,the pictures dont do it justice. We were lucky with the weaher,it was lovely sitting on the decking in the beautiful Autum sunshine. Just wish we stayed longer. Thank you.

Wendy was so kind waiting for us on our approach,,welcoming , helpful and very informative, the annex was cosy, comfy, homely and just what we both needed, plus she popped over some fresh milk as I’d forgetten to being some , we will return thank you so much

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!

A fantastic lodge which had everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean. Michelle was lovely and met us on arrival to explain everything. Would highly recommend.

A comfortable barn to stay in with the added benefit of both a pool and tennis court to enjoy during your stay.

Chisholm’s was absolutely gorgeous, filled with character and such a lovely place for a quiet getaway. The grounds are so beautiful and there is a very cute and friendly doggo around to spot too. The property itself is lovely, very well presented and cozy- a lot of thought has obviously gone into how to make things lovely for guests. Within short driving distance of places like Dedham, Manningtree and Mistley so we also visited some excellent restaurants. Polly herself is super friendly and nice, very responsive to messages and it was overall a lovely experience.

Had a wonderful stay at Waterside, it was exactly what we were hoping for. Lorna & Dean have the balance right between hosting and letting their guests get on with it! Thank you both for letting us stay in your beautiful house... M&A.
