We stayed for two weeks and we had such a great experience- great location - super close to the train station and town center. My kids loved the little play area above the rooms. Jodie was super responsive

Me and my friend had a lovely 2 night stay here. Very quiet and peaceful area. Beautiful spot. 19 minutes from downham station, so easily accessible. Entire place was spotless and it seemed bigger in person! Host was very quick at replies and very friendly and helpful 😊

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

This was a great find. The apartment is delightful inside and out, it is beautifully decorated and has everything you might require, it is quiet and felt very secure and has fantastic views. Cambridge is a city to explore as well as having great walks outside of the city right on your doorstep. The car parking was essential in such a place. We enjoyed our visit to Cambridge and our host was excellent at keeping in touch. Thank you we would like to return one day and we would highly recommend this stylish apartment.

Really lovely apartment with fantastic views. So many great amenities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely weekend in Ipswich. Very comfortable beds and lovely decor in the apartment. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Ipswich. Great communication from the host. Totally recommend a stay here. Thank you!

A very peaceful and tranquil place to stay overlooking open countryside. Beautiful walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of books and DVDs for a quiet evening in. plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and lovely clean towels and bedding. Great resource of things to do with maps on your doorstep and a-joining villages. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Laurie and Lucy are very friendly. Highly recommended

I booked this house for my sister’s hen do and it exceeded our expectations! The house itself is so lovely and the views from the back garden are amazing. It had everything we needed and we had a great weekend staying there. Janine was a great host, always available to contact and told us everything we needed to know. The house is about a 15 min drive from Norwich town centre, on the Saturday evening we got 4 taxis for £8 each to the city centre. I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a large party!

We had the most wonderful stay, the location was stunning and everything was there to make us feel right at home. We also really appreciated the flexible check in which allowed us to maximise our time at the house and its beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay here! Hannah and Andy were super responsive.The kitchen space and gardens was beautiful and we would definitely stay again. For anyone considering booking do it. I would also recommend bringing some ear plugs if your guests can be loud, as the bedrooms are very close together.

The most gorgeous house with great facilities. Such peaceful surroundings and felt very safe and secure. The host gave some many recommendations on activities and places to go that aren’t far from the area. Can be a little hard to find, however the host gave clear instructions. Couldn’t recommend more!

This lake side house was perfect for a few days away, set in a peaceful location with the lake literally on the garden. Very clean apart from a few ceiling cob webs, well equipped kitchen and lovely and big open plan living room and kitchen areas. King’s Lynn is just 15min drive and is a lovely town with all amenities. There is a friendly bar and cafe in the Pentney Lakes complex and a decent children’s play area too. Perfect for a family get away.

Fantastic place to stay, comfortable, smart and very clean. Check in and out was straight forward and easy. Tanya was a great host and easy to communicate with, thank you for our stay!

I visited the area to attend a friends funeral and the cottage was a perfect place to reflect. Everything was spotless and decor was to a high standard. The view over the river was beautiful and we saw quite a few canal boats going past as well as a family of geese. It had the most perfect garden with a view to enjoy a morning cup of coffee with and was just a 15 minute walk away from March town centre. The walk into town was absolutely lovely with our dog. Our dog especially loved it with the lovely enclosed, spacious garden. I would definitely recommend this property and am thinking of returning in the near future. Thank you to our host who was very responsive and friendly over messages.

Lovely house in a quiet village. The garden, pool and hot tub were fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and walked to the Blue Bell pub in Stoke Ferry for a lovely Sunday lunch. Would stay here again and the hosts are lovely and helpful too

Absolutely beautiful views and very relaxing. Comfortable bed with wonderful fresh smelling bedding. Stunning views to wake up to. We didn't want to leave. Sunrise was amazing on the first day, completely different the next. We would stress that the Parking Permit is meant to be displayed in the allocated bay outside the property; as we didn't realise this on our first day and worried now about a fine. We would definitely recommend this as a relaxing place to stay where worries can be left at home and you can sit and watch the waves roll in over the beach and the people walking by. Ideal place to sit and write, paint or read a book. Wonderful and would like to visit again.

I was attending a course in the area and the stylish and cosy accommodation made it a super all-round experience. The heating warmed the place thoroughly within 5 minutes and all the essentials were provided.

Had a wonderful week here, close to the sea front and accommodation was excellent, apartment was well stocked and comfortable, beds really comfortable, a really lovely quiet place to stay, lots of lovely places to see, highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it, the hosts were easily contacted, and were helpful, and extremely wonderful place to stay, thank you Benji and Leah ❤️ xx

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Belinda flat, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had! Belinda went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, providing everything I could possibly need—from a fully equipped kitchen to luxurious linens and toiletries. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk away from the train station. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was clear that Belinda genuinely cares about her guests' comfort and experience. Communication with Belinda was smooth and easy, with quick responses. Had a great stay at Agi's place! The apartment is located right on the water with a bunch of shops and restaurants right at hand. Agi was also very responsive and welcoming, offering a book of suggestions on local attractions and willingness to communicate any time.

Absolutely loved staying at Sarah's place in Mistley! Location was central and it was super easy to walk into Mistley or Manningtree. My dog had the best time running around in the fenced garden, the space was cosy and warm and I loved working on my laptop in the sun room looking out at the backyard. Sharon was an excellent host, she came to say hello briefly and have me lots of helpful local recommendations. Can't wait to come back!
