A very beautiful place, exactly as described. Very accessible, everything around the house especially the fish and chip shop. 😋😋😋 wolfies of hove. Fantastic host very responsive. Helpful with local knowledge. Lovely flat. Yes it can be a bit noisy but if you are in Brighton enjoying yourself then you expect to hear people, just part of the experience. Normally quiet by midnight or so. The access to all amenities more than outweighs any disturbance. Flat lovely and clean and spacious. We will definitely be back . Thanks Silvija x

The flat was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The balcony is wonderful and the location excellent. Loved the views and I got a great photo of the sunset over the Portsmouth skyline. A perfect place to chill out, and I will be back.

Lovely flat with everything that you need for a short stay. Easy to find and easy check in/check out. Brighton beach is around a 20 minute walk or there is a bus stop round the corner if you prefer. Plenty of cafes and shops on your doorstep. A great, convenient location to explore Brighton and Hove!

Amazing place felt just like home. Well located accommodation, close to shops and beach. Beautiful sea view. We had a lovely stay. My Grandson enjoyed sitting on the big swivel chair looking out at the view of the sea. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to book again

Es war sehr nett in Lancing. Die Lage ist ideal um sowohl Brighton als auch das Hinterland zu erkunden. Dazu ist man auch direkt vom Haus schnell am Meer. Alles in allem eine rundum gelungene Woche. Lieben Dank an Harley!

wow! the apartment is lovely, just as described and clean and comfortable. The hosts are great, respond and reach out to ensure everything is going well. The views and location is amazing, so if you want somewhere different book here. you're literally on the beach but you don't hear any noise from the dog walkers, cyclists and cafe downstairs. it's beautiful

Sarah’s house is perfect for a stay at the Witterings. Located a few mins walk to the beach and close to other area such as Itchenor and Bosham. We stayed as a family with young kids and it had everything we needed, from the games room to the garden. It was a bit rainy when we stayed , but that didn’t stop us venturing out. I can imagine in the summer, the house would be even more perfect. Sarah was super helpful too. The house looks even nicer than the pictures.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

What a wonderful house , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . My wife and two young boys loved everything about the house .

We had a lovely stay, the house is perfect for family get togethers being open plan and is very well equipped (plenty of crockery, cooking stuff etc). The location is amazing, with direct beach access from the garden and amazing views out to sea. Would definitely recommend

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

Great location, super host. We loved it. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The beach is at the end of the road. Easy walk along the promenade into Brighton. Damien was brilliant! The accommodation was exactly as advertised- perfect for a weekend stay.

David's place was a good spot for an overnight stay whilst attending a conference. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen, furniture, and is nicely decorated. Only recommendation would be to get a more powerful shower but overall I would recommend for solo/couples travelling to Brighton.

Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

Loverly, clean and bright apartment with fantastic view overlooking the beach. We could have spent hours on the balcony just watching the world go by. Location is within easy walking distance of centre and local amenities are just around the corner. Finn was an excellent host and even provided breakfast goodies to kick start our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Really lovely place to stay, light and airy. Beds were super comfy and nice bedding. Everything was clean and ready to use. Would absolutely stay again for a trip to Brighton😊

We had a really lovely stay at Joanne's basement flat in Hove. It was in a great location very close to the beachfront and easy access to bars and restaurants. About a 25 minute walk into the centre of Brighton along the promenade. The flat was vey clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Everything we needed was available and communication with Joanne and Ken was great. It was extremely handy having a parking space as well. A fab few days away and would recommend. Would love to return. Thanks Joanne :)

Wow, das Penthouse in Embassy Court ist wirklich klasse - Modernistische Architektur direkt am Strand mit toller Aussicht auf Strand, Meer, Pier und Stadt. Es ist sicher DER Ort in Brighton, an dem sich Geschichte, Form, Funktion und Lage perfekt treffen. Und Stephen und James sind super Gastgeber, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Lage, sondern auch der hervorragenden Kommunikation. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche - Danke!

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie

We had a lovely stay at Katie’s apartment. Check-in and out was easy and the apartment was a beautiful base for us during our stay. It was great to wake up to the sea and within minutes of kemptown’s many cafes, restaurants and bars.
