Jaclyn’s place is spotless clean and neat, beautiful as same as photos and descriptions. I like the high ceiling and brightness of the house very much. Jaclyn is a great host, thank you so much for everything! Dinner in Tutto, the Italian restaurant she recommend, was fantastic.

We had a fabulous weekend at the Bolthole. Stunning location and beautiful walks from the door. The house was very cool and quirky which we loved. James was very responsive. Will hopefully return one day

We could not be happier with our stay from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Kay is the most warm and welcoming host we could have asked for, incredibly friendly and so helpful and accommodating! Nothing was too much and she made our whole stay all the more enjoyable! The house has everything you need for a short or longer stay. The linen and towels smell beautifully clean too! There was a welcome basket with fresh bread, homemade shortbread (the best I’ve EVER had!!!!) butter, jam and marmalade and some milk in the fridge. What a lovely touch! There’s also lots of extra bits in the cupboards if you need. Honestly, if you’re thinking of booking, do it! You won’t be disappointed! We would book again in a heartbeat if we ever visit Littlehampton again! Thank you again Kay! X

We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

A perfect place to stay. The apartment was pristine, beautifully decorated and in a lovely location. Sarah’s communication was above and beyond what you’d expect - proactively wishing us a nice stay, leaving little extras (wine, brioche, toiletries) and offering an early check in ❤️ - thanks Sarah. Hove seems just that little bit nicer as a place to stay than central Brighton, lots of lovely coffee shops, Independent stores, pubs & restaurants literally around the corner… & the sea at the end of the street! We recommend Capsule Records (a very classy independent vinyl store), Archipelagos Greek restaurant for food, the Wick & Le Pub for a drink - all on the doorstep, or The Pond (bao buns) & The White Rabbit for a pint in Brighton itself. In terms of attractions the i360 is well worth it as the sun sets, & The Lanes for a swim / sauna / coffee. Brighton & Hove have such a friendly independent vibe and there is so much to see that we are going to have to return to Sarah’s place!

I would highly recommend Siobhan's place for a stay in Brighton. The apartment is in a brilliant location, minutes from Kemptown shops/cafes and less than a 20 min walk into the main centre of Brighton. The place is clean, spacious and has everything you'd need for a short stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Siobhan kept in regular contact and made everything as easy as possible.

Our stay was absolutely brilliant. The house was everything we could have wished for and more. My 4 year old son even used the phrase “the best house ever”. Great location, only minutes from local shops, cafés and restaurants and most importantly, only minutes from the beachfront and all that it has to offer. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and thought of everything to make us feel welcome! We would definitely stay again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

Mia was an amazing host and very responsive, on hand via text if we did need her. We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan was very clean and exactly as described. There was so much to do on site, it was well maintained and the activities and entertainment were some of best we have seen. Thank you 😊

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

Tim was the perfect host. I felt very at home, safe and welcomed. Tim went out of his way to help me as the buses were delayed because of a marathon, meaning I would have been late for my course. Tim very kindly offered to drive me into Brighton so I could be on time. A friendly host, great location and very pleasant room. Sarah

Ideal for a family birthday gathering or special occasion. Lovely quiet location with direct access to the beach. The pool is a great addition for entertainment or in case of bad weather.

What a wonderful house , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . My wife and two young boys loved everything about the house .

We had a truly amazing stay at Sealight. The home was comfortable and spacious and the open plan living/dining area and balcony have the lovely view of the sea and we spent many happy hours chilling in the sunshine there! This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Our 3rd stay at this great property to visit relatives that live nearby. Weather was fantastic and we had a lovely time. Lots of walks on the beach which is really close to the house. Enjoyed the thoughtful welcome pack. Thanks James.

What a great location set in a tree lined private estate. The house and garden were in the perfect place to enjoy the area and make the most of the great weather. The garden, trampoline and other toys were particularly enjoyed by our granddaughter. Whilst only just around the corner the high street felt miles away from the privacy of the area. Thank you.

Exactly what we needed and a perfect location for a family visit in Rustington. The whole area is beautiful and peaceful. Loved how close the beach was.

I had a wonderful stay at the Beach Hut, it was so cosy and quiet and has everything that you need. The location couldn’t be beaten, it was moments from a beautiful shingle beach and at the end of the road was Pagham Harbour, a nature reserve with lovely walks and beautiful sunsets. It’s so close to the Witterings and so many other places to explore. You know it’s that good when you check your diary to see when you can return before you have already left. High recommended.

Stayed here for the Brighton marathon and it was more than enough for what we needed. Very cute and cosy. Hosts were super friendly and also accommodated to dietary needs (oat milk for coffee and tea). Very lovely place. Lots to do & easy to get to our desired location which was the Brighton marathon. Very pleased. Would return.
