Me and my family stayed here for my mums birthday for the weekend. It was absolutely the most perfect place to be. Beautiful, spacious and modern house. With 3 bathrooms & robes for all of us. A very generous ampunt of cookery, pots, pans, glasses for us to use, which made it easier to cook in the kitchen. Also had salt, pepper, tea and a few bits of food for us to use. We travel a lot, and this is more than any other airbnb host has given us. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of our trip, so relaxing and easy to use. The rooms were neat and the beds and beddings were so soft and comfortable, I had a great sleep here. The house had a good heating system, an easy to use oven and cooker. The location was perfect. In a quite street, but a few mins from busy areas, shopping markets, the mall, the beach, and good restaurants. The host George was also very responsive. I have so much more great things I can say about this place. I highly recommend anyone to come and experience it for yourselves.

Can only say, "We will be coming here again". Lovely place, great unobtrusive hosts, all perfect.

What a fantastic house,perfect for our family gathering for an 80th birthday. The games/cinema room was amazing,our 6yr old and 11yr old loved it and playing all the old xbox games. Great for keeping kids entertained. They now want to live here! The layout of the house was great for our needs with various seating areas and entertaining spaces. The pub opposite the house was nice and did a really good Sunday carvery. Would recommend to any other family groups looking for a get away. Thanks Paul!

Excellent séjour chez Sandra et Jerry. L’annonce de la maison est conforme. Piscine, terrasse et jacuzzi très agréable en été. Excellente communication avec Sandra. Si nous revenons en Angleterre en famille, nous reprendrons cette maison avec grand plaisir.

A really delightful place to relax. Keith was fab. Place was wonderful. Robes for Us both and sliders to get up to the amazing hot tub. Good pub round the corner and most especially the breakfast was brought to the door and was utterly fab. Thanks Keith. Lovely all around.

Lulu and Russel were both very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place has everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was a great addition! The place is in a great and peaceful location with a lovely pub just up the road and only 5 mins from the beach. We would definitely recommend to others!

Clare was a warm and welcoming host. The cabin was clean and beautifully presented with candles and the log burning fire lit upon our arrival. The hot tub was lovely on the sunny days to relax and look out on the beautiful views, it is covered so if you’re not so lucky with weather you can still make good use of it. Wild deer roamed the fields at dawn and dusk. Lovely walks from the property with supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away. Remote enough to feel away from everything but close enough to town you can get food delivered if you don’t fancy cooking. Clare accommodated the booking request at very short notice and kindly left some treats for my husband’s birthday. We had a lovely relaxing stay and would love to return.

The Annexe was a very special place to spend the weekend, enjoyed the hotub and then sitting in front of the log burner. Tracey was a lovely host and we can highly recommend a stay if ever your visiting this beautiful part of the UK

We loved everything about staying in Louisa's place. We arrived feeling quite stressed but left after 3 nights feeling totally chilled. The hideaway is so quirky and has everthing you need to feel right at home. Plus the views are to die for. Seeing so many lovely birds was a real treat and because you're in amongst the trees, they were always about to watch. Great walks from the front door. Also and just as important, comfy bed, comfy sofa, warm, clean and lots of hot water. If you're thinking of booking, do it, you wont regret it!

Anne-Marie was a brilliant, accommodating and communicative host. We had a lovely stay in her very clean, functional and cosy annex cottage. She was great at making sure we were comfortable and on hand for any questions. A super host. Thank you !

Ik verbleef een week bij Elizabeth om de omgeving te bekijken en vrienden te bezoeken uit de tijd dat ik au pair was in de regio. Bij Elizabeth was alles netjes en alles was aanwezig om hier een week te kunnen wonen, een huis van thuis. Fijn waren de melk in de koelkast, een voorraadje chocola en ontbijtgranen, koffie etc. en lekkers bij aankomst, heel attent. Wifi en Neflix waren uitstekend. Het enige nadeel was dat je 's avonds niet even een ommetje kon wandelen. Daar leent de omgeving zich niet echt voor, qua donkerte, en de wegen en straten in Lower Beeding.

We had an amazing stay. We were there for a quick 3 day trip from the states to visit family in billingshurst. It was absolutely perfect for us as a family with a small toddler. The location was ideal for seeing the family and the parking was incredibly convenient! I honestly think it was even cuter in person than in the photos. We will definitely stay again for our next visit!

Immaculately clean home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Martin communicated well before our stay and was extremely responsive to any queries we had. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Myself and a few friends were looking to escape and have a private beautiful place for a relaxing new year break and the barn was exactly this! We felt at home straight away. The barn is stunning - it’s somebody’s home with books, artwork, rugs, lots of life. Once you’re settled you won’t want to leave- we didn’t!

Lovely location, we had a wonderful mini break, Caroline was brilliant and it was pleasant surprise to have some welcoming gifts. Lots do see & do near by, we visited local villages and the coast. The garden was a wonderful place to relax.

Fantastic Christmas stay in beautiful Bramshott village. Olivia and Ed really helped us out when another host let us down at short notice. Cannot thank them enough for their flexibility, and for allowing our extended family to have a wonderful Christmas together. Olivia and Ed are great hosts, very quick and clear with communication, and happy to help with any questions we had. Highly recommend this home and location for large families. We easily accommodated 9 of us. Lots to do nearby, with great restaurants, pubs and local walks. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!

We had a great family break at Lance's. So convenient to get to the beaches in the area and having a pool on site made the lazy days fun. Lance was very helpful and responsive when we needed him. We had everything we needed for our stay. A great staycation!

Susie is an amazing host - we got a warm greeting on arrival, the house / local information provided was really helpful and the cottage / location were amazing. The wood burning fires were great for this time of year and there was lots to do for our son on a rainy day - ping pong, pool, and plenty of other games. The local walks are great and we would highly recommend the Rising Sun for food!! The stairs are a great feature and in keeping with the cottage but not kid friendly - so we accompanied our boy up and down the stairs. We definitely want to go back for when the pool and tennis court are open in the summer 😊

We stayed for a few weeks and we loved it that much we’d love to buy it and stay forever!! John the host was amazing with everything, nothing was any trouble, the place itself had to be in the best position on the holiday park… over looking the lagoon is so peaceful with nature at your fingertips…if you need more life it’s a stones throw away with 4 very friendly pubs just down the road you can walk to with friendly people and wonderful food… live music at weekends in some of them, it takes minutes to walk to the stunning harbour and beach… there is a bus stop at the entrance of the park which can take you to Chichester or Bognor or anywhere nearby really.. The accommodation is brilliant with everything you need from home to home … and wonderful layout, more like a bungalow with amazing views… Highly recommend.. we will be back for sure… thank you John for making our stay so great..

Fantastic place - beautifully appointed and thoughtful hospitality from Martin and Ana. Full kitchen, options for indoor or outdoor dining including outdoor heating which was lovely for leisurely evening meals. The bathroom is downstairs, which might not work for everyone but wasn’t a concern for us, and actually works really well when you’re in and out of the pool all afternoon! We will be recommending to others :)

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Louisa’s house for a week at the end of the summer holidays. We were a multi generational group of 11, and used it as a base so we could sail at Dell Quay just minutes down the road. We all had a fabulous time sailing, swimming in the pool, playing tennis, going to Chichester Festival Theatre and visiting the Pallant Gallery too. We had a delicious meal at the Crown & Anchor pub just minutes down the road and went for walks along the beautiful shoreline. This house was perfect for us.
